Somethingey being a nation in the North Atlantic ocean thinks its time for a alliance among other naitons in the Atlantic ocean. You can join as long there is at least one inch of you nation's land in the North Atlantic ocean. If your nation is not in the North Atlantic, but is still in the Atlantic ocean you can join. So the idea is mostly open trade, but everyone may help each other if one or more allies need it. Nations in the alliance don't have to help the ally in need, but if you do help it will be noted and honored for your kindness to a friend in need. Somethingey will be in charge of the alliance until a proper leader can be voted for by members. Every nation has a voice in here. Have a issue with the happenings of N.A.T.O say it. Then the head of the allince and/or head of that department will look into it. Also anyone who is a member can introduce a bill that must have the appovel of 5 or more members before being voted on. A bill is not a law as more of a request. Here is one example:
N.A.T.O most send troops to act as peacekeepers in [insert nation name]. If the [insert some sort of terrorist group name here] gain control they'll have [insert some sort of WMD here]! We most act before its to late!!!!!
If appove all N.A.T.O members will do a small or major part in the operation. Like giving weapons, money, or sending troops. If not approved N.A.T.O members will not be ordered to do the operation. Members can still send peacekeepers, but other N.A.T.O memebers will not be ordered to help.(Again if they want to though they can)
