I am going to do a Non War RP, namely a Yu-Gi-Oh Tournament hosted by Hataria it self. One of The Finalists who makes it will face Neherenia in a Duel and if He or She wins, He will Get the Golden Crown. Disclaimer Note to everyone that I do not Own Yu-Gi-Oh. Oh and I will need some people to be Elimitnators for this Tournament

well, one rule is that You name your Nation and how many Duelists you are sending

Elimitnators: Only one can be picked from your Nation.

You're going to want to set up some sort of adjudication system for this. Maybe have a submission of all deck lists and use some sort of randomisation system to determine who gets what and when?

Note to all Duelists: a Boat will take you to Tangalee, if your Nation doesn't have a Port, then go to a nation that does.
