We will be looking forward to your meeting with Imperial Court of Japanese Empire. We are planning to allow yourself into the Imperial Compound in Kyoto. We will be meeting your at airport with full honor guard and dipolmatic security and protocals. We will be again looking forward to your stay.
General Secretary Zhao Ziyang landed safely on Kyoto airport. He had a warm welcome by the Japanese delegation on the airport, and after they had gone through the usual greeting ceremonies they continued to the location of the meeting.

Zhao Ziyang decided to open the conference with the reason to the meeting. There was no reason to begin with something less important. He cleared his throat, took a zip of water, and began to speak.

-I'm sure that you want to know our reasons for this conference. The main reason is the war in the Americas.
We would like to know your stance in the uprising war between the capitalistic nation of Sharina and the Republic of United Nations. We know the United Citizen's Federation is a member of both FOAM where one of the founders is Sharina, and EATO where one of the founders is RUN.
We also have some minor issues we want to discuss with you, but let's start with the most important one.

General Secretary our purpose in this conflict is to stay out for also long as we can. We will supply both of the nations and alliances with medical help but we are going to be keeping the Government of United Citizen's Federation out the conflict. Because at this moment we are in the course of taking on the British Rebillion and protecting the British Royal Family from being harmed in anyway possiable. We would like to open up talks about joint military alliance between the Asian Nations. I would also like to open talks about taking Hong Kong and Taiwan being changed over into the hands of the Imperial Japanese Government. We will be willing to allocate $150 Billion for these two locations. As well as open up joint military research programs for our two nations General Secretary.

A military alliance between Asian China and Japan/South Korea is impossible as long as The UCF is a member of FOAM. That's totally impossible.

-I want to enlighten you about Taiwan – that island is not currently controlled by Asian China, it belongs to The Philippines. And Hong Kong recently decided to be a part of Asian China. It belonged to Moorington earlier, but we agreed to take it over, and we don't have any plans of selling Hong Kong to another nation.

Well as for the alliance with FOAM I have been thinking about leaving the alliance because meaning of it members have done nothing but been unfriendly toward my government. I do have a issiuse that I think that we might be able to handle together and that is the matter of North Korea. We would like to start a military campain against them for stealing military securities of Republic of South Korea and Imperial Japanese Governments. I think that it will not be along before North Korea goes after military securities of your nation.

Again as for our involment in FOAM your can consider this our leaving the alliance to become a military alliance.

Well, if you're going to leave FOAM, things will come in another light. I was just about asking you why you're a member of FOAM, and what good thing they have done for you. But I can leave that part out now. (Ziyang laughed)
-Asian China is ready to offer Japan and South Korea a defensive alliance now that you're not a part of FOAM. I'm sure that we're having greater resources than FOAM when it comes to protecting your Asian nations.

-It's funny you mention North Korea! That was another issue I was going to talk about.
We're worried about the increased defense industry of North Korea, and we've suspected that they stolen technologies from us, but we've never caught a North Korean spy. I think we can agree in this issue too! This is a great day for both Japan and China!

General Secetary I think that with our nations military might that we might be able to hit all the targets on that list. We are looking forward to seeing your troops in combat. We have agree on how should control the North Korea? I know that it is going to be a topic of talk between out Government. I have South Korean Military Forces on the border and I also have the Former Russian Military in the Vladivostok. I can attack from the DMZ, Vladivostok and from Japan too. We can hit him with one might hit.

We are meeting with major powers in Asia. We are talking about the lack of respect from the North Korean Government and how they had taken tech from our governments. We are also looking to start an Asian Military Alliance.

The Government of United Citizen's Federation would like to bring to the table the possiable invaision of North Korea and as the current partner with the Republic of South Korea we would like to have help of the other Governments in the meeting to reunite the Korean people under one government. We are going to start a military build up in the DMZ to start a military invaision. We will bring everything military person to fight for the unified Korean Government.

We understand your worries about North Korea, and we certainly agree that something must be done. However, right now we're not able to participate in a raid towards NK due to the war in NE China (Beijing China).
All available military resources in northern Asian China are deployed to the fronts there. But we're expecting a rather fast progress now with the support from the UARCA, and the land fronts are going pretty well. And we're having other plans for the Asian Chinese East Sea Fleet right now, so they too are unable to help you with the NK problem. We ask you if we can wait a couple of weeks, if you want us to participate in the NK campaign?
