The city formerly known as Mandali ios being renamed International City. This city, which covers a total of 12,583 square miles, or nearly 3 times the size of Los Angeles, is being sold off, with no more than 500 square miles being sold to any individual city. This city is located in central Al Ramir in the desert. The city capital buildings, as well as the airport currently under construction, will remain under Al Ramiri control.

While you have mostly soveign control of your area, you will be required to obey certain laws put down by the city government, or you may be forcefully removed.

Among those rules requires all countries owning parts of International City to remain peaceful with eachother within city borders. Also, there is a wall being constructed around the city with gates. People leaving the city within your control must have a passport to enter Al Ramir.

We also must inform you that all Al Ramiri citizens residing within city limit are allowed to stay at their current place of residence and will retain their Al Ramiri citizenship. While they will obey your laws, you may not stop them from practicing their Islamic faith. They are also free to move into Al Ramir controlled territory at any time.

Roads will be the dividing borders between the districts of this city own by various nations, and those roads acting as borders are under Al Ramir control. Should any violence take place on these roads, they will be tried by the Al Ramiri court and held in Al Ramiri jails.

You may purchase in 50 square mile pieces, each 50 square mile costing $30 billion USD. The extra 33 square miles will be cost an additional $25 billion USD.

And helping out a massive nation with apparently alot of power and commanding alot of respect could also do wonders for this nation. It would be done.

We wish to clarify our citizens are in no way, shape, or form being "sold" to any foreign nation. They are still citizens of Al Ramir, not another nation, they have the ability to leave this city at any time, and they are more or less living a life of someone with dual citizenship, except they are only citizens of Al Ramir.

I would have to agree. I don't see how, with some work, this cannot work out well. And, might I add, it is quite an interesting idea, having a large city split up into sections controlled by different nations. Very different indeed.

This money will be put into an unemployment services fund. Salat time, while not required for non muslims still must be provided to non muslims. Non Muslim eployeers must still provide this time to muslim workers. A worker taking part in Salat is not legitimate grounds for dismisal.
