In a surprise move, Emperor Wilhelm Bismarck III revealed today that he is going to create a new branch of the armed forces, drawn entirely from his personal fiefs, and financed by his fortune.
This new organization will be referred to as 'State Security,' because its role will be to provide security for the Emperor, in recognition that he is the personification of the State, and thus without him, the state does not exist. Currently, there is a new main battle tank that is being designed for the new organization.
