In the attempt to continue moving Al Ramir, in particular it's capital, Al Ramir, one of the first major steps was to overhaul the originally small Hussam Udeen Regional Airport into a large, world-class International Airport.

While this city, with a population of about 1.5 million and rapidly growing, is very modern and scenic, we are looking to continue moving this city forward.

Among many other plans, a new island is being created to house a massive, new condominium center. We are looking for companies who are willing to purchase land - there's a total of 825 square miles avaliable for sale - to develope it. Every square mile will cost $15 million. Keep in mind this is an island a mile off the coast of Al Ramir in the Meditaranian Sea, connected by a single four lane bridge with security at both ends.

Good news, our architects have finished the plans for a few of the buildings that will be build in the inland. The houses will be everyone dream with a full stocked kitchen and each house will have a small piece of land for a back lawn. These houses will look like they are high dollar homes, but the prices form them to be sold will be cheap. Like I said in early message, these homes will fit in with the city’s other part and the other parts of your nation. Plus, the houses will be one of the following; one story three bedroom/ two baths house or two story four bedroom/two baths house or three story five bedroom/three baths houses.

The marketplaces will be large enough to house twenty shops. As of now, we are figuring out how many will be need.

At the same time, the blueprints for the hospitals are done. They are one large building and two smaller building on each side of the larger one. The large one is eight story tall and the smaller ones are five stories tall. In total, the hospital will have over four hundred rooms. Two of these have been planned, each one 450 square miles apart.

The power plant’s plan are done and it is planned for four of them to be build near the edge of the 1100 square mile inland.

These plans will be send to your government with this message. There are still more buildings that are still in the design stage. After they are done, those plans will be send too.
