Farkas smiled as he placed his Temsplace blade back on. “Yes, Lord Ferruga, that’s me. But I wouldn’t have thought about it until meeting with Captain Hamruun and Captain Geriuusk.” he said.

"Well, the White Captains go to people they deem worthy. As the creator and ultimate patriarch of the White Captain society, I will the determining factor behind your progress." Ferruga said, looking at Farkas with thin, slitted eyes. "What's your philosophy?"

“Okay, now follow me for a little bit. Captain Mengiko told me that I couldn’t come up with one on the dot, in which I haven’t. Then I was going to talk with Captain Geriuusk about it and Seleck wanted to duel.” started Farkas. He looked over at Seleck before looking back at Ferruga. “So, as of now, I don’t have a philosophy.”

"Oh? Then I'll tell you your philosophy. By killing you." Ferruga said, taking his sword out, holding it parallel to his arm, his left leg bent back as his right leg was stretched out. "I'm assuming you're familiar with this stance? Kazen, the same style your mother shamed by losing to the likes of Suriga."

“Oh my, have you lose your mind?” asked Farkas, redrawing his blade as Titan took the massive Temsplace blade again. Farkas moved into a stance that Suriga used to defeat his mother. “Lord Suriga isn’t the only one who can learn other people’s fighting style. It is something I have been hiding for a long time, Lord Ferruga.”

"Hide all you want. It's only on the brink of death do you truly find yourself." Ferruga said, holding his stance, before breaking it. "I see now." He said, walking towards Farkas. "I'll break you without ever using a single attack of the Kazen. You'll die shamefully."

Farkas smiled as he stood straight up and spinning his sword around. The tip lands on the ground as Farkas only looked at Ferruga walking towards him. There was not fear in the eyes of Farkas, there wasn’t hatred in his eyes. He just stood there like he was made of stone.

His Temsplaces only watched as their lord looked like he wasn’t going to put up a fight.

"I see. Submissive." Ferruga said, his hand rushing to grab the edge of Farkas' blade.

"How long are you betting Farkas to last?" Ishidun asked Gengur, who shrugged. "Let's put a wager. I say seven moves."

"Five." Gengur said, looking as a deep scent filled his nostrils.

Farkas smiled as Ferruga rushed to grab his blade. He allowed him to get closer to him before he acted. If it goes the right way, Ferruga would look like a fool. Without a warning, Farkas acted with the speed of race car or something that was fast. He moved to the right before shooting forward. As he near Ferruga, he launched his attack at the back of Ferruga.

"Cowardice." Ferruga spoke, pushing his wrist around to punch the blade out of his way, his stance still continuing. "Don't assume that you can beat me, Farkas. Both Suriga and your mother are incapable of reaching my ability. Give up." Ferruga said, stabbing forwards.

"That's one." Ishidun and Gengur said, as Seleck looked on as well, another captain walking in; Sekai followed by his lieutenant Izmishnu. He sighed, looking at Ferruga.

"Lord Ferruga is enjoying it, isn't he?" Lieutenant Fluuruin asked, as Sekai shook his head.

"Lord Ferruga despises training people. Especially trying to teach thickheaded people such as Farkas anything relating to philosophy." Sekai spoke looking on, as Fluuruin smiled. "However, it's only a matter of time before Ferruga decides to kill for real, if Farkas doesn't understand it soon enough."

“Cowardice?” said Farkas as he block the forward stab. “It’s called tricky, my lord. Allow your attacker to think one thing before doing another thing. If you are trying to teach me something about philosophy, then you don‘t have to do by trying to kill me.”

"So you fail to understand it." Ferruga said, twisting his hilt as his sword was writhed free, resuming his thrust with his right hand rampaging ever closer. "Death is what constitutes us all."

"Three." Gengur said. "Say, what is Ferruga trying to make by trying to kill him?"

"He's not." Sekai replied. "Lord Ferruga is opening up Farkas' feelings subconsciously through the fight. By testing him, he can learn more about his soul. The sword of a fighter is the heart of his sword, and in the end, if he can dissect the fighting style that Ferruga uses, he can dissect his philosophy. Isn't that right, Ishidun?"

"Yes, Sekai." Ishidun said, smiling. "Lord Ferruga is a difficult and odd teacher, but he is a very respectful man. Farkas is quite lucky to be learning from him."

“You don’t think I know that already!” yelled Farkas as moved his sword to block the incoming attack. With the swords locked together, he pushed forwards against the blade. “I can hear them, too. Give up.”

"Give up? Surrender? Is that your resolve?" Ferruga asked, catching the end of the blade with the corner of his nick, sliding it along before grabbing the blade with his hand, his sword pulled back and stabbed forwards once more. "Do not let your anger get the better of your soul. It gives you nothing." Ferruga said, looking at Farkas, edge of his blade only so far from his head. "Cast away your anger, your fury. In the end, it merely drains and hurts you. Your mother followed the anger before, and look at the weakling she has become now. Medekeno doesn't even answer when she calls."

"Medekeno?" Ishidun asked Sekai, who looked back.

"Aeray's sword. The Medekeno is a Jenrakian blade she built herself called The Assistant. It's rumored that using the Kazen style, she is able to release the Medekeno and kill any foe, no matter how powerful they are, without fail. It's one of the strongest blades ever forged in Jenrakian history. The only thing that surpasses it I can think of is Ferruga's jidentsu, the invincible hand or Suriga's heavenly teeth, Makkekentenshu."

"Nevertheless." Gengur said, smiling. "Four."

“You’re wasting your time trying to teach me a lesson or whatever you doing.” said Farkas, grabbing Ferruga’s blade with his open hand. His gloved left hand didn’t hold back to the sharp blade, blood slowly started to flow out of the wound. There was no pain in Farkas’ eyes, no anger in his eyes.

Titan cocked his head at the action as the rest of Farkas’ Temsplace look on not doing a thing. Titan moved forward a few steps before the voice of Farkas stopped him. “Titan, stay back.” Titan stopped and listened to the order.

"I see." Ferruga said, slashing his blade free. "It was a mistake, then, to teach you the philosophy." He turned around, flicking his blade as the blood and dirt flashed off clean. "Perhaps I've been wrong in my judgment to consider you as a candidate for the position."

“You know there is a better way then trying to kill me.” said Farkas, blood ran from his hand to the ground. He didn’t care about the wound on his hand, it would heal anyways. Drop after drop of blood hit the ground. “You know, you are right about me and that position. I’m the only Temsplace that can hold that position without the power getting to my head. Captain Geriuusk even pointed that out early to me.”

“The Temsplace are in chaos. Lord Authaulus hurt from Gengur's attack. Even one of my trainers is missing. I’m the only one that can make this position right.” he said, blood still dropped from his hand.

"I see. Now, consider this." A deep, cold and icy voice came from the hallowed halls, A long shaft of a black sword tied to his back. "There lies in Krejei a warrior who matches Authualus' skills as a Temsplace. On top of that, he is righteously courteous, accepting, reliable, and above all else; he has stayed to the Tsellia and taught legally. Compare him to a man who doesn't know the difference between life and death, and what do you think I would pick?" He asked, revealing a shimmering silver lock. Suriga looked down from the throne pedestal. "Ishidun was not wrong in that we need a Temsplace to take the 6th command. However, he is wrong in that you are the only candidate. There is another man is just as competent, and even more polite and quick-witted. On top of that, he has already gotten a grasp of the philosophy. Isn't that right, Ferruga?"

Ferruga looked at Farkas. "Your time is running out. The only reason why I'm helping you is because of your mother. Don't take everything for granted, otherwise you'll lose it all. Come. Fight me." Ferruga spoke, as the rest of the captains walked in, looking at the White Temsplace. Farkas was on the line; one mistake in judgment and he would never be able to have such a chance ever again. "Fight me! Come and let your blade drink!" Ferruga yelled, turning his back on Farkas.

"Don't do it, Farkas." Ishidun warned him, looking at Ferruga. "Don't do it!"

Farkas just looked at Ferruga. “I didn’t come here to fight anybody. “ he said, turning his back to Ferruga and spread his arms out. “Attack me, if you want. But a little warning, you’ll have to deal with my men as I take my last breath.”

Then something happened that even Farkas didn’t think would. A figure jumped between Farkas and Ferruga. It was Lizard. He looked straight into the eyes of Ferruga. “If you want Lord Farkas, you’ll come through me. It’s my time to paid him back for saving my life.” he said, with his sword ready to fight Ferruga.

Eddy looked up at Suriga on his throne pedestal. “Without Lord Farkas, Titan wouldn’t have been alive to this day. Without Lord Farkas, Lizard would be nothing but ashes. Without Lord Farkas, none of us will be alive because of our trainers. They said that we couldn’t be Temsplace, but we became Temsplace with the help of Lord Farkas. He stayed to the Tsellia by only aiding us over us becoming his students.” he said, his tone was respectful as he was talking to his king.

Titan didn’t know what to do, so he moved in behind Lizard. “I’m with you, Lizard.” he said in his deep voice.

Suriga smiled, looking at Farkas before turning his attention to Ferruga. “What do you think, Lord Ferruga?” He asked, smiling as Ferruga chuckled, a thin, satisfied smirk on his face.

“Call my teachings what you want, but you can’t deny any form of dissatisfaction with the results. So, taking in people whom you thought needed life. Rebellious towards the end, teaching them when they weren’t allowed to be taught. Pride. That’s your philosophy, isn’t it, Farkas?” Ferruga said, putting his blade back into its sheath. “You’re realizing, aren’t you? What your philosophy is. The righteousness of a single man takes presidency over the righteousness of a collective body. You followed your own heart and soul to understand your students, as illegal they may be in the eyes of your superiors.”

“Because of your Jenrakian upbringing, you have been raised to think and fight according to the hive of the church.” Ferruga replied wisely, putting his sword away. “That’s your philosophy - you cherish independent thought, pride, and the elimination of suffering altogether. Do you understand why I claimed that would kill you? Because we all find our truths near death, when our will to live is strongest. It becomes the truth, at that small fraction of a second, small width of a hair that determines the difference between life and death. That’s the kind of man you are; a man who fights not to get strong, but to liberate and to release.”

“Your philosophy is pride.” Ferruga summarized. “To fight proud and tall.”

“And yes, I’ll know my pride will be the life and death of me. Or maybe that is the Darkholme in me” said Farkas with a smile. He turned and walked next to Lizard, whom was still really to gut somebody.

"You cannot leave." Suriga ordered, before pointing to Mengiko, who bowed immediately. "High Captain, prepare the orientation for Mr. Darkholme. Captain Geriuusk." Suriga chided again, pointing to Ishidun. "Talk to Melemuno to have his sword ready for acknowledgment. Captain Hamruin, notify the academy of a vacant Vice Captain position. And Ferruga," Suriga said, looking at Ferruga, whom stared back. "Let's have some tea." He offered, as Ferruga nodded.

Mengiko walked over to Farkas. "Walk with me. Leave your students behind. This is a private matter." Mengiko spoke, turning around as he walked off, expecting Farkas to follow.

“Very well, Captain.” said Farkas, he eyed his men before walking with Mengiko. He smiled before adding “They are allies as I can’t have students as it is illegal for me to do. And one more thing, please don‘t attack me. I didn‘t come here to be attacked.”

"As of now, you are a White Captain. A White Captain does not attack another, under any circumstance, be it justice, death or emotion. Nothing is allowed to come between the rule." Mengiko spoke, walking along. "It seems that you are attracted to pride and freedom. An interesting philosophy, though not a new one, I must admit." Mengiko walked along the thatched corridors, looking onwards before he turned a right.

"You'll be given a sword, and I suggest that you understand how to use it. A Surigan blade isn't one that is easily used, let alone mastered. The weight on it can become unbearable at times, even for Temsplace. It's heavier than other swords of its size, but there are many reasons. You will be no longer using any other blade than the one you are assigned. Are you fine with that?"

“Yes, I’m fine that. I’ll just place my own swords in cases for my children to see. That is, if I ever have children.” said Farkas. He could use any blade as long as he trained with it. “About this sword, will it be design to fit my needs and m style?”

"The sword is alive, in a way. Like all of our swords." Mengiko said, taking out his long silver sword, looking at its shimmering onyx shade amidst its obsidian glass-like handle. "They all look the same, like people. However, like people, they are all different, unique. They tailor to specific strengths and weaknesses, and understand their comrades better than anyone. They're not our tools; they're our friends, and you should accept your sword as one. These are secretly, so I cannot detail to you on how it is created, but that makes them all the more rare and worthwhile. I hear that the most valuable of these is the Jidentsu, the blade of Ferruga." Mengiko replied. "Your sword will be shown to you in due time."

"There are three laws that constitute the White Captains' core duties. One, a captain is not allowed to show disrespect to those who make no disrespect to him. Henceforth, I do not want to hear any more profanity. Two, a direct order is an order that must be followed unless changed only by Lord Suriga himself, no other person. If its impossible, then you will die trying. And three, you will be evaluate monthly on your performance. If you are not up to the task, you will be immediately ejected from the position of a White Captain. Do you understand?" He asked Farkas.

"Well, now let's begin the first requirement. The uniform." Mengiko replied, opening a large storage door as he unwrinkled a large smock of brilliant silk white robes, a pair of silver sandals softly and deftly dusted apart, a thin metal band to be placed around Farkas' neck. Walking out, Mengiko's voice could be heard. "This is your official uniform, now. Hurry up and change."

“Almost like the current one I have on right now.” said Farkas he heard Mengiko walking out. He quickly undressed out of his white clock and brown clothes under it. Farkas had the body of a God as his body was made of pure muscle. His chest, his arms, and his legs were muscled in form. Farkas was fit for a fight, if one wanted to come to him.

He even had a few tattoos on his body; a green and brown snake wrapped around his lower left arm, a evil looking dark gray wolf’s head on his right shoulder blade and the word ‘Darkholme’ in Old English styled letters on his upper right chest.

He quickly placed on his new uniform, his White Captain uniform. He placed his other swords and weapons in his white cloak and tied it up with his brown belt. He made sure everything was perfect before walking out to look for Mengiko.

"Well, the next thing. Your sword should be ready to meet you." Mengiko said, looking at Farkas, noticing the elegant black six on the back of the uniform. Captain Darkholme, sixth squad. Has a fairly nice ring to it. He thought, walking along the marble floor as he turned a deep left into a well lit hallway. "The robes are fairly protective against most sword strikes and bullet shots. The only thing it can't fend off is a straight shot or a swing from a White Captain class swordsman, or even worse, a Pseurolord. But, I'm sure you won't be that careless against them." Mengiko talked, walking still as he got to a long and yet stunted wooden door.

“No, I’ll not be careless against a Pseurolord or anybody. I try not to be hit by bullets or sword.” said Captain Darkholme. That did have cool ring to it. Captain Farkas Darkholme, the White Temsplace, the defender of Freedom. Well, the last one didn’t sound cool or anything. So, Captain Farkas Darkholme, the White Temsplace will work.

“Tell me something, as I’m the newest White Captain. I don’t know which captain do want. I know what I’ll be doing, but do the other captain do. Are you following what I'm trying to say, High Captain?”

"The roles of the other captains? Then I'll be expanding on that. I am in charge of administration and controlling the White Captains. My squad's duties are to make sure that things are running smoothly within this city. Captain Hamruun's duty is to make sure that counter-terrorist and espionage is dealt with, as well as execution of criminals. The second squad's duty under his command is to root out enemies of the state."

"Third squad, Ishidun Geriuusk as leader, is for the application of specialized missions and Aursauk control within certain sectors. The fourth squad is designed for Border Patrol and first line defensive maneuvers against hostile forces, if need be, as well as functional management of Haasdra's multiple sectors. The fifth squad is mainly for Frontline assault and fighting, under Captain Haruim."

"You are the sixth squad; Religious management and Temsplace sub-directory. Seventh squad, under Captain Ushuimaru, is control of the Inner Guards and personal protectors of Lord Suriga. And finally, the last squad, eighth squad under Captain Vijun controls Sadicistra movement and historical national archives."

"I know that you're concerned about Rashkta's exponential growth in influence and power. As fickle and dangerous as she is, she doesn't have the political maneuvering that Lord Suriga controls. She's losing her power quickly without ever knowing it. Although right now she has enough manpower to destroy us all, it won't be long before a large number of her loyal Sadicistra will not longer be answering to her and her alone. They'll be answering to Vijun who faithfully answers to Suriga." Mengiko replied, opening the door as a long black sheath was within, a small glint of a perfect silver blade showing.

"Ah, it's done." Captain Mengiko spoke, picking up the cold sheath, clicking it out of place as he looked at the fine, thin blade that was erected beautifully out of its handle. It had a cold, shivering aura around it, and the edge was frozen to touch, yet it smelled clean of both blood and rust, for it had never tasted either. "This is your partner from now on. His name is Irigi, and I suggest that you familiarize yourself with him. His name means 'The Hesitant', and hopefully you can derive the opening batch command to have him released."

Mengiko held it firmly, before waiting for a thin slit of light to flash for a fraction of a second on the edge of the hilt. "Please, do not hesitate, Irigi." Mengiko commanded, as the blade immediately smashed itself into Mengiko's stomach, and were it not for his own sword drawn, it would have cut him in half. Holding it gently, the sword began to hesitate once more. "Your sword tracks down certain chemicals within your body. Since something of your composition is different than ours, the blade naturally will repel from your frontal lobe automatically when called. When you call out for Irigi to no longer hesitate, the blade's inner chemical fields that we so meticulously built will repeal from you as well as be attracted to the enemy's blade. In other words, your swings and strikes will be two to five times faster and stronger than usual if you ask for help from Irigi."

"The sword also contains a second form, though I highly recommend that you do not use it unless you really need to kill an enemy quickly and efficiently. It's best to not let enemies know your sword's true abilities. To call its second form, you must have it in its first unleashed form already, then call it by its full name, using the words, Aikurun. For example." Mengiko said, putting Farkas' new sword down as he unsheathed his own, holding it out.

"Sacrifice, Memorundoom." Mengiko commanded, as the sword's blade retracted into the middle, revealing a series of spikes that protruded from its side, small slits with razor-like teeth appearing between nicks. "Aikurun." He said coldly, as the blade tore apart, large pieces of the former blade connected by wire bulging to a large metal series of urchin-like spikes, the long ropes tying together. After a loud and gruesome transformation, in Mengiko's hand, a gargantuan Morning Star dwarfing even the largest of Temsplace blades existed, its surface shimmering black jets as two dangling urchin-like spiked balls clanged loudly against each other. It was much larger than Mengiko himself, and the handle was long and lanky, though sturdy.

"The problem with almost every Aikurun is that it becomes a pain to retract your blade when it expands to such a size, many times taking hours to get it back together. Therefore, use it as a last resort, where you're sure that fight you'll be using it will be the last for a couple hours, at least. Be happy." Mengiko spoke to Farkas, putting his giant Aikurun sword down, as it slowly retracted back together - slowly. "This is the first time I've ever shown my Aikurun to someone who will live. I'm sure your Aikurun will be most impressive."

Farkas looked over at Mengiko. “Thank you for showing me your sword’s true form.” he said.

A lieutenant is chosen from the academy we have here at the Necromarnen, under answers to our bulletins. Suffice to say, we can qualify how popular a captain is by the responses from a lieutenant's bulletin board." Mengiko replied, walking into a long hallway before reaching a large black screen of a monitor, the mouse moved slightly as Farkas' face and information flashed up on the screen.

"Ah, very close." Mengiko said, pointing to the small red line at the bottom of the screen; 778. "The number of eligible fighters that want to be your lieutenant. I guess vanity does play a large role in this collection, but while impressive, you're still second to Captain Genkon. At a count of 832, out of 1,000 students, both of you hold impressive aesthetic qualities to be like this." Mengiko replied, looking up before squinting slightly, clicking a few extra buttons and typing in a few extra commands.

"Play void command one." He spoke, typing it in as the number fell significantly, turning a deep magenta red to an azure blue, before Mengiko typed it in again, entering in more and more numbers. "Play private command find all." He spoke to himself again, as the numbers finally flashed down to a single green 'one'. "Ah, there she is." Mengiko replied, nodding as a tiny window popped up.

"Room 4523." Mengiko replied. "That's where in the lodging your lieutenant will be. Come with me." Mengiko walked off again, leaving the computer on.

It was along walk, getting to the academy, an even longer walk trying to reach up the myriad steps onto the fourth floor, the fifth corridor, and finally onto room 23. Knocking on the plain oak door, it clicked slowly out of place as slender hands unlocked the chain, opening the door as a girl of medium height, a dress shirt placed hastily over her amidst a short skirt looked out, her amber eyes wide and glimmering, her hair tied up at the left side of her back end in a wrapped braid, her frontal bangs slightly chaotic and messy.

Frazzled and surprised, her small nose flared silently and even more barely noticeable, were her small perfect cherry lips that thinned out slightly amidst her blushing cheeks. She held her hands on front of her, twiddling her thumbs as the blood rushed to her face, turning red nearly immediately. "U-Um..." She started, as Mengiko stood there, waiting. "...a-am I in trouble?" She asked, as Mengiko frowned, causing her to turn around quickly, before she dashed back and bowed down low on her knees. "I-I-I'm sorry for what I did! Sorry!" She said, before a sigh was heard.

"You didn't do anything wrong, uh..." He said, looking at the name he wrote on his hand to remind him, "...Gelenias Iaturo." He replied, as she got up, her face still red, turning around once more as she spotted Farkas, blushing wildly, fantasies running through her skull.

I don't even know him...! She began to think, as Mengiko cleared his throat, sending her mind back down to earth. Turning around, she forced a hardened smile, though it looked as if she was in pain. "U-Um..."

"May we come in?" Mengiko asked, as she nodded, widening the door as she bowed lowly.

"Come on, Captain Darkholme." Mengiko spoke, walking in. It was a small, humble room, like most of the dormitory rooms; a television stood atop a stack of books as a nearby Nexus was still plugged in, its amber light bright and vivid. Her computer seemed old, though the flicker of the monitory still showed many years of hardy life in it, the coffee table in the center holding up a plate of curry and strawberries as a cup of ice cream melted majestically nearby.

"Looks like a pigsty." Mengiko said, as a small whimper of disappointment came from behind him, turning around to look at Iaturo with a dense frown.

“That can always be fixed.” said Farkas walking into the room. His eyes scanned the room and he smiled. “No worst then what my room looked like before I start my Temsplace training, High Captain.”

Farkas looked down at his lieutenant. “Maybe you know me, but I’ll tell you whom I am. I’m Captain Farkas Darkholme of the Sixth Squad, also known as the White Temsplace. "U-Um..." She hesitated, trying to force a smile. He's cute, but I'm not that kind of girl...but if it's with him, I guess it's okay... She began to fantasize once more, losing herself in her own world, forcing Mengiko to close the door himself.

"The matter is very briefly summed up by Captain Darkholme here." Mengiko replied. "You have been selected to become vice-captain of the sixth squad of the White Captains defensive force. You answer to Captain Darkholme. You will address him by Captain Darkholme. Deviation under no circumstances. I assume that you're familiar with the outlying prerequisites to being one?" He asked, as Iaturo still mumbled about, smiling and giggling in her own erotic fantasies. Mengiko frowned.

"Sixth Lieutenant Iaturo, sit down and pay attention." Captain Mengiko ordered, his usual smooth and soft voice turning into a crackling hardness, a strong reverberating echo of destructive proportions. Iaturo snapped out of it fairly quickly and rushed to her table, sitting down on the couch, across from both Mengiko and Farkas. "As a lieutenant, you are to present yourself appropriately to your Captain. Mr. Darkholme will give you the proper introductions. You had best learn to co-operate with him, as you will be working with him for a very, very, very long time."

Farkas took a breath before he wanted to start talking to her. As he told that breath, his white fangs could be seen.

“I’m not really one for long speeches that take up along time to focus only thing, which could be happen with only a few lines. So, I’ll sum up what the sixth squad, we deal with religious management and Temsplace sub-directory. See real easy to know and learn.” said Farkas, standing like he was great commander. His arms behind him, his spine as straight as an arrow and etc.

“Now, Lieutenant Iaturo, listen with open ears. Don’t take a smile or a wink from me to mean anything about how I feel about you. I’m just a friendly person. You’ll be my right hand and nothing else.” he said, he took a pause looked into her eyes. “I hope you understand that.”

Gah! He's looking at me! Iaturo's mind ran amok, blood once more rushing to her mind. "U-U-Um I understand...not that I'm having any weird thoughts or anything..." She smiled, or at least, tried to in spite of Mengiko's cold and harsh stare.

This is going to be a long day. I still have a staff meeting to go to. He thought, before rising up. "Well, now that that is settled, accompany your Captain with me to the Captains' Rotunda. We have something to discuss there." He ordered, as Iaturo nodded, getting up and running to her room, before only a few seconds out she ran back out, fully dressed in her academy uniform, a long sword by her side. "That was fast." Mengiko said in utter surprise. "Is that physically possible?" He said, asking Farkas.

“You are talking you a vampire, High Captain. Anything is possible in my eyes.” said Farkas with a smile. Damn, he loved to smile a lot. He looked back at his lieutenant. “If she can move that fast, I can’t wait to see what she can do in battle.” he said.

He looked back at Mengiko. “Lead the way, sir.” he said.

Mengiko stood up. "It's not a matter of physically able, it's a matter of physically possible. If she goes too fast, it would get the clothes stuck a little, wouldn't it?" He said, as he walked along to the tall circular dome, the sunlight shining into the room deftly, the windows covered up by the beautiful shade of velvet wings that fluttered. The curtains were a splash of blossoming pink, red leaves falling down through the open skylight from above, trees blessing the area with a soft fragrant smell, sixteen elegant pedestals visible for each Captain and his lieutenant. Everyone was there, save for the three here.

As Mengiko stood upon the pedestal with a '1' intricately carved into its edge, he nodded to the pedestal beside him, a woman who stood there with copper bronze hair with vermilion streaks dabbled about. She was a gorgeous woman who carried two long swords upon her waist, a stunted black shotgun slung over her back as she looked back at Mengiko and smiled warmly, kissing him deftly on the forehead. "Captain Mengiko, it's been a while." She said warmly, her goldilock eyes as yellow as the sun.

"Lieutenant." Mengiko replied back, without a change in manner nor stature. Pointing to the empty two pedestals, Mengiko looked at Farkas and Iaturo. "Come, the meeting will begin." He spoke.

"Now that this meeting is ready to start, I'd like to put up some pre-meeting bulletins. Let me see here..." Mengiko said, flipping through his notes. "Bulletin number One, from Gengur." He tried to read it, squinting at the note. "It states, 'Why is there only one lunch break? And why are tacos two fifty? It is too expensive for such a small taco.'" Mengiko frowned, as Gengur from his pedestal smiled, his lieutenant smiling alongside him.

"Second note; The men's washroom is almost out of toilet paper." Mengiko frowned again, as Gengur high fived his lieutenant, both of them smiling. Mengiko sighed. "Well, now that it's out of the way, I'll begin this meeting. The Pseurolords are on the move, and this time, the Pseukothunji are the ones frontlining the attack."

"Pseukothunji?" Genkon asked, as Vijun explained.

"The highest level of the Pseurolords. They're position is equivalent to our position as High Captains. The rebellion isn't over yet, as large portions of Pseuro-controlled Rithman-naar is still pushing from the south against us." Vijun spoke, as Mengiko nodded.

"We have information that a Pseukothunji exists within the southern shores of the Viraigius, near the western banks of the Nahm. Within sixteen hours of fighting, we've lost four times the manpower they've lost, and they're willing to have us send an emissary for our surrender of the battle." Hamruun spoke, as Haruim sighed.

"So," He started, "we should send someone to kill the Pseukothunji?" Hamruun and Geriuusk nodded.

"Correct. Assassinating the Pseukothunji is vital to regaining our control of the Nahm prefectures. We kill him, we can cut them off from their commander, and make our move there, using the Rithos peninsula to take each town one by one." Mengiko looked around. "Who should we send?" He asked, looking around.

Geriuusk placed his hand up. "I believe we should put Captain Darkholme in charge of this mission. It should be a fairly simple hit or miss type of scenario." Geriuusk explained, as the other captains readily accepted.

"What do you think, Captain Darkholme?" Captain Ushuimaru asked Farkas.

He looked at his lieutenant. “Lieutenant Iaturo, tell me what happen when an army doesn’t have a leader anymore.” he said.

"I don't know." She said blankly, as a small stifled chuckle from Haruim could be heard, Hamruun clearing his throat, forcing him to be quiet.

"Meet with our rendezvous at the encampment near the edge of their outpost." Mengiko told Farkas, as the Captains were quiet. "Your helicopter is awaiting outside. Talk to General Gaguruun at the encampment." Mengiko said, getting off the pedestal, as the other captains did as well.

"Meeting is over."

“Very well, High Captain.” said Farkas, smiling at Iaturo’s answer to his question. That only told him one thing, she would need to be trained about warfare and other thing. He stepped from his pedestal and moved to her side.

He lends down and whisper. “The answer is chaos within their ranks.” Standing back up, he looked at her. “There is much you need to learn. I’ll make sure you learn everything you need to know to survive.” he said.

“Follow me, Lieutenant Iaturo.” he said, turning to head outside to his waiting helicopter.

Farkas stopped as he saw his men. He threw the cloak with his old weapons in it. “Take those and follow this helciopter. I have mission to get to.” he said before hopping on the small helicopter. The cloak of weapons lands in Eddy's hands. Captain Darkholme's Temsplaces moved to their helicopter and boards it. The black helicopter enters the air as the small one does, too.

After some time in the air, Farkas loss count of it because he was looking at his sword, the two helicopters arrived at the encampment. He exited first and looked around at this encampment as his men exited their helicopter.

“Lieutenant Iaturo, let’s find this General Gaguruun.” he said, looking at his lieutenant. Eddy and Lizard hurry over to behind their lord. Kyra was ridding on Titan’s right shoulder for some unknown reason. Well, she was using his height to check out the area around the encampment and the encampment itself.

Rumors spread around the encampment quickly, as morale from the soldiers began to instantly boost, their eyes gazing with admiration and surprise at Farkas' uniform, each and every one of them kneeling down in respect and acknowledgment. "A White Captain!" It rang throughout the small yet moderate and modest army, the entire hilly encampment bursting with energy and liveliness once more.

From the hearty riverbank, another, brighter, ensemble of troops were amassed along the edge of the beaches, though it was obvious from the flags that flew high above them over there that they were far from allies; Rithos, and worse, Pseurolords. However, at the fairly moderate Jenrakian encampment, battered and already bleeding, a man in a respectable and crisp dover uniform stood, his eyes old and experienced, yet his face was fairly crisp and young, yet a wrinkles still dotted amongst his finely chiseled features.

"Truly, we must be blessed to have the assistance of White Captain here." He said, bowing lowly in recognition.

“General Gaguruun, I have come here to take on the Pseukothunji, which your forces have been dealing with said person. I’m Captain Farkas Darkhome, the White Temsplace.” said Farkas as Kyra hopped down from Titan’s shoulder.

“Now, General, tell me what forces you have here under your command and what forces you are facing.”

"The situation looks grim. We've lost all our Vizith Cannon and Repeater support fire, as well as there is no reply of Sadicistra assistance nor Temsplace assistance. Lord Authaulus is fighting in the southern states right now to make sure that they don't push through. It's likely they thought they could sneak in this large of an attack from the east and hope to overwhelm us from there on, but luckily our scouts have reported this."

He sighed, patting his head. "Unfortunately, the attack power we used, while three times theirs, still wasn't enough to fight off the many feints they pulled off regularly. I tell you, Lord Captain, it's like once that Pseukothunji showed up they've become invincible. We need your assistance to turn the tide. The emissary deal is already off, so we've got a second plan."

"We're going to launch a decoy attack to lure the enemy's main forces away from the command center. There you can enter safely and stop the Pseukothunji that's controlling their encampment, kill him and we can pull back to allow their ranks to break from within. The Rithos aren't very organized right now in terms of social structure, so if we can just get rid of their leadership it won't be long before they start squabbling amongst themselves for power." Gaguruun spoke with a proud voice. "We'll be attacking via paradrop, so let's get you and your vice captain ready."

poste“Nobody is invincible. Thank you for catching me up.” said Farkas with a smile. He looked at his lieutenant and his men. “These men will need support in their attack. They will need Temsplace assistance in this fight and there are only five of them here.”

He stood proudly and spoke like a man full of pride and honor. He looked at his Temsplaces. “Men, you will aid in the decoy attack. Even if is a decoy attack, I want you to fight like this is the last fight you will be need. Our enemy is the opposite of us Temsplace. Fight strong and with honor.” he said.

Kyra and the rest shook their head and said “Yes, Lord Farkas.” at the same time. They moved out to join the other soldiers within the encampment to learn the attack plan and help where they could.

Farkas looked at his lieutenant. “You hear what General Gaguruun said, it was the same thing I told you. After the Pseukothunji is killed, they will kill each other for power and hoply kill each other off.” he said, looking her in the eyes. “I want you to have clear mind in this upcoming fight. Push away anything that doesn’t need to be in your head during this fight.”

The ceiling was wooden, so as Lieutenant Iaturo landed she slashed open a whole easily into the hallways of the Psuedothunji's headquarters, the long hallway silent and still as the roaring of alarms were heard outside. The diversionary forces wouldn't last long against the incredible attack and military strength stretched across the beach, so she and her Captain would be duly pressed for time. Taking up her radio clock, she sent a transmission to General Gagaruun. "This is White Lieutenant Iaturo. Enemy castle has been breached." She spoke upon her radio, as thumping footsteps could be heard, an inhuman growl bellowing deep down below.

"Come on." She waited, listening carefully as she etched herself along the side of the long hallways, the sunlight beaming through the pine tiles as her footsteps were silent, flawless, her sandals lightly tapping at the end of the hallway, a large beast of a man stood, his shoulder covered in burgundy furs. He was a tall, muscle bound man, scars elegantly carved around his body, his hands in metal gauntlets as in his arms held a large blade that cackled and laughed with bloodlust. His helmet was a large dome of human teeth, his eyes amber brown as they shimmered from behind the shadowy covet. As he spotted her, he smiled a wicked, demon-like smile.

"Oh, come on." Lieutenant Iaturo sighed, as he took up a thrashingly powerful stance, rushing forwards as his feet smashed across the ground, his giant blade running along the ground as a wooden wall built up behind him, his blade high and ready to swing down. In an instant, two fingers jettisoned up through the smallest crevice in his helmet, pressing deeply into his adam's apple, blood trickling down as it tightened in his throat, paralyzing him before she pulled back with all her might, a long reddish vein-like throat pulling out. Dropping it, she looked as he fell down in horrid pain, splatters of blood decorating the floor in a magenta, flowery display.

"I guess I overestimated the Pseurolords." She said, walking along the hallways.

Farkas came landing through the hole in the roof. He quickly undo his parachute as he looked around in the hallway, outside he heard the fighting and rockets from his Temsplace warriors. Rockets came crashing into the enemy forces as Farkas moved his hand to his sword. “Irigi, we’re new tot his, but I hope we’ll be good allies.” he said in low tone to his sword.

He moved quickly and quietly behind Iaturo before she killed a Pseurolord without breaking a sweat.

“Don’t be too cocky.” he said, he cocked up his right eyebrow. There was someone behind him and he didn’t like it. Drawing Irigi in one fluid movement, Farkas sent his sword behind him into the gut of a person behind him. He knew it wasn’t his men, so he attacked. Bring the sword upwards, he create a wound to top of the person’s head.

“Let’s find this Psuedothunji before we are outnumbered.” ordered Farkas, whom starts down the hallway with his sword still in his hands. The body of the Pseurolord falling it his knees before his upper part dvided itself from the attack. The Pseurolord looked like a nasty flower.

Open the end of the hallway, along the doors, the creaking noise audible as Lieutenant Iaturo crept and walked silently, opening the large chasm of a knob around, the wafting smell of incense and soft music playing around. From here, she looked on as a squad of Pseurolords stood behind a sitting man, his eyes wide and open.

Upon his left arm, he had a long bracelet with a beautiful eight carved into its surface, his teeth a giant, fang-like smile as he looked on, his bangs falling majestically onto his tiny forehead. He had a thin face, yet his body was moderately well built, furs covering his shoulders in burgundy. Unlike the ones behind him, he seemed to have no armor save the clothes on his back. "I had never guessed for them to send along a White Captain, of all people." He said, laughing. "I guess they're afraid after all, seeing my power. No matter." He said, taking up his sword. Wooden planks smashed up along the sides of this man, his face a deep smile as he grabbed it once more, charging with his blade held high. Iaturo had her hand held on her hilt just in case, her left foot slightly pressed forwards.

From the Necromarnen, Ishidun walked in on a large buffet of noise, looking as Ushuimaru and Genkon laughed and drank merrily, the others looking on in bored disgust and surprise. "What's going on?" Ishidun asked, as Henkon replied in a deep slur.

"A little get-together." He said roughly, as Ishidun sighed.

"You guys are leaving the new guy out." He said, smiling as they laughed onwards. "Well, I guess he's not missing much." He said, looking at the floor before Henkon and Gengur looked at him with angry eyes. "What? He's not. Two drunk men are more than enough liveliness for me."

“You’re over here.” he said, then pushed his right and went to his left. Using his speed, he spun to the left of the Psuedothunji. “Aid me with this attack, Irigi.” he said. He swung at the back of the Psuedothunji's neck with Irigi.

The Pseudothunji blocked magnificently, yet a small trickle of sweat poured down his neck carefully. His teeth grinding, he was caught off guard in its entirety. W-What's with this surge in strength and speed? He thought wildly, swinging outwards as he pushed himself back. He was quite manageable from before, and I was sure he was pushed to his limits, but how come did he jump so much in ability? He sighed, groaning and breathing in irregular bursts before raising up his blade, his left leg forwards. "So, this is a White Captain's power. Impressive, but not enough!" Quite visibly, there were dent marks in the blade of the Pseudothunji's weapon where Farkas had once hit.

Farkas only watched as the Pseudothunji pushed himself back away from the White Temsplace. He saw the worry and uncertainty in the man’s eyes and face. Farkas was in his head now. It would be soon that the Pseudothunji was no more.

“If you’re the best they have, then I have nothing to fear or worry about.” said Farkas with a smile. He moved forward and swung his sword to hit the Pseudothunji's weapon. It would be hard enough to create sparks from the blades and maybe knock the Pseudothunji's weapon from his hands.

How can a White Captain handle us!" He yelled loudly, his Pseurolords watching as they unsheathed their weapons. "Don't, this man is mine to kill." He ordered, his holding blade up high once again; battered and bruised. "I'm a Pseurothunji, Hekkuz Class! You're nothing more than a White Captain, a dog in a dress!" He smiled at the Pseurolords. “After I’m done with your boss, you can come to your deaths by attacking me.” he said.

The Pseurothunji was not expecting it, yet someone had. Blocking Farkas' blade, a thin man in a set of elegant robes grasped a dagger backhanded, his eyes staring at Farkas with a blank, soulless stare. He had deep hazelnut eyes that complimented his night dark hair, his lips thin and wiry as his thin yet long arms held up without any sign of weakening in finely made azure sleeves. He looked nothing like the Pseurothunji he had just saved.

While his left hand carried a dagger that blocked Farkas' strike clean, his right, and arm, was seen in the deepest recesses of the Pseurothunji's stomach, knocking the man out as his saliva drooled all over the floor. When this odd man spoke, he had a cold, dark voice. "It's always an interesting sight to see what Suriga is willing to pull out. If they start hearing that they're dying from the White Captains; well, I can't imagine things the way they are."

Nodding, he made no smile; just a cold, serious face. "My name is Melenias Evergone. I'm a friend of your mother, Captain Farkas." He said, putting his dagger away, taking out his silver sword, donned in an onyx sheath. "I'm what you might call the strongest of the Pseurothunji, I guess."

"It's not a matter of dying right now, it's a matter of keeping my men from danger until I can continue with my second strike." He said, his cold stare aimed at Farkas.

"Don't worry; I'm more than aware of your increased affinity and abilities. I'm not one foolishly attacks." He tightened his legs. "So, I will start." He spoke, pushing forwards with the large man on his back, his left arm thrusting forwards, his palm slightly open.

To kill the strongest Pseurothunji would only create more chaos within the enemy ranks. “I’m thinking logically. You’re my enemy and my enemy needs to be killed for the greater good of the throne.”

Then it hit him, was his lieutenant still alive and with him. He focused on her smell to see if she was still in the room. Then listened for her heartbeat to make sure she was alive. He did this without taking his eyes off of his mother’s friend.

"Kuzumenkyiakou?" He asked, looking at the stance that Farkas had taken up. "It won't work, Farkas. The Kuzumenkyiakou cannot be mimicked by tiny little parlor tricks. It's a much more different type of attack. You can't do it after just seeing it." He replied coldly, his hilt slightly up. "If you don't understand that this is not the place to fight, then I will show you."

"You're right." He said, sheathing his sword, as he held the handle firmly. "Speed is key to a fight that requires no muscle." He with a melancholic tone, looking at his sheath before he squinted his eyes at the onyx sheath. "Strike, Kutuunshen." He ordered, as he unsheathed his blade, a long sword emerging with incredible speed, where there was one blade two existed side by side, like a pair of elongated fangs that stretched from side to side.

"It's nigh impossible to dodge a properly executed Kazenak." He said, taking up at the stance as he charged.

Impossible for somebody that wasn’t a vampire or a werewolf perhaps. Melenias should have known that. Don’t charge at a bull unless you have some big toronjas. Maybe Melenias does have some big toronjas to charge at the White Temsplace or didn’t have an enough marbles in his head.

Farkas moved right feet less then a millimeter behind him, his left feet did the same. Nobody would see movement as little as he did. It was part of his plan. He would be the first one to dodge this so called perfect Kazenak.

As Melenias was half way to him, Farkas changed his feet again. This time, moving his right foot forwards a few millimeters.

Through this all, Farkas only stared at the charging man without fear in his eyes.

As Melenias near Farkas and his striking range, Farkas pushed on his left foot and spun his body at otherworldly speed. His white captain’s robe creating a tail of whiteness behind him. “Strike, Irigi.” he said, launching a attack from the side of Melenias.

"Being a vampire makes no difference." Melenias said. "Complain about your defeat with Ferruga." He replied, thrusting as he misses Farkas, pushing down on his left arm as a large wall of blades swung from all sides, his wrist flashing around in a thick and impenetrable shield of swords.

Ferruga sat down, a cigarette in his mouth as his lips slightly pecked the end of the butt, flicking the small fiery rod away onto the ground, as a sandaled foot smashed upon it. Standing there, Sekai looked with melancholic apathy at Ferruga. "They sent Aeray's son." He informed Ferruga, who nodded.

"I know, I know." Ferruga said. "The opponent is Melenias." He spoke, as Sekai nodded. "Perhaps Karakorun was a bit hasty in sending Farkas against someone so dangerous, don't you think?" He asked, looking at Sekai's missing slightly visible scar upon his left wrist. Ferruga smiled. "Does it still hurt?"

Sekai rolled it up, revealing and much more deep and horrific wound as it was etched all around his left arm. "No. The pain is gone entirely, but it's left a more damaging effect than simply discomfort." Sekai said, rolling his sleeve back down as Ferruga smiled once more. "Where did you develop the Kazenak?" He asked, as Ferruga smiled.

"Jagada." Ferruga spoke. "Praetonia. Questers. The Generic Empire. Vladechekonia. The Kazenak is perfect because there is no equal in terms of fighting attack. It's a far deviation from Jenrakian styled combat, where there is a simple charge and then a swipe. No, the Kazenak and the Kazzen are much more advanced styles of warfare that I decided to teach to only a small group. Because of my travels to the many places in the world, I've been able to learn murder from many different cultures."

"An impressive resume of locations. What about the Kraven? The Freekish?" He asked, as Ferruga chuckled once more.

"Did you think I didn't? Any country's culture, or lack thereof, I found to be beneficial to my Kazen, I assimilated into my techniques. The boy Farkas lacks the experience, and thus, he'll never be able to land a hit in if he's so hot-headed. Not to mention that but also with Melenias' opened sword, it becomes a problem."

"Melenias is the one student you've graduated, isn't he?" Sekai asked, as Ferruga nodded.

"Melenias is the one student who I can officially say is near my skill level. He still won't have the same amount of experience as me, but then again, who would?" Ferruga asked himself, smiling. "Although I'm fairly Edward's father has had his fair share of fighting over his ten millennium or so lifespan, I know he probably hasn't taken it upon himself to actually go and learn about modern swordsmanship. However, there's still that one guy who hasn't decided yet." He said, closing his eyes.

"Ah. Hozoukiarou. The man from SouthEast Asia." Sekai spoke, as Ferruga smiled. "A strong swordsman, but you've been able to defeat him on a number of occasions."

"Hmm. Have you ever heard of Maastruim?" Ferruga asked, as Sekai nodded.

"Infinity blade." Sekai said with a short, yet vivid tone, Ferruga nodding.

"It's a fight that Farkas can't win. He's too hot-headed and not as experienced enough to win. He's too cocky, and relies too much on his inhuman abilities to try and overtake his opponent. He fails to research on other styles and attacks, and it's only a matter of time before Melenias breaks him entirely. He doesn't even bother to learn that my Kazenak was made largely to destroy people like him. It was made to fight at abnormal speeds." Ferruga explained, as Sekai's footsteps were already clapping in the distance.

"Heh. Going to save him, are you, Sekai?" Ferruga smiled.

"You're lucky you've survived." He said. "Irigi is near breaking point. You never bothered to ask the man what his sword's ability was, did you?" Captain Hamruun looked at the man, who raised his eyebrows in disbelief.

"Huh, Hamruun." He said, taking out a pistol as he fired at Hamruun's head, the scabbard blocking it perfectly as it bounced the bullet harmlessly off. "Sharp as ever." He said, pocketing his pistol. "I haven't seen you in a long time. You saved this delusional boy's life." He replied, looking at Farkas. "Talking garbage about honor pride when he doesn't even look at his sword."

Sekai didn't turn around. "Captain Darkholme, Melenias' sword weakens the technology within other swords of our caliber. With Farkas and his lieutenant gone, Sekai turned back to Melenias, unsheathing his sword. Placing it's tip a few centimeters from his left cheek, he closed his eyes as a small tear fell from his left eye. "Cry, Dagashdai." He said, as the blade seemingly did nothing, yet he placed it and swung across the air, slashing the floor as well. "You're not passing this line." He said with a strong, powerful tone.

"Oh, really?" Melenias said, taking out his sword, holding it straight. "Come on guys, kill him." He ordered to his Pseurolords, who charged at him, yet the moment they passed the line, they splattered and burst into blood and bones, spraying everywhere as Sekai stood there, watching them fall in pain and agony, entire limbs and torsos torn asunder. Melenias frowned. "What kind of ability is this?" He said, looking at Sekai. "I know you didn't move, so it can't be some ridiculous speed. I'll have to get back to you on this." He said, turning around, leaving.

"What's their target?" He asked.

"Night is a hot place still." Sekai said, as his chopper dipped down into the city as the sun did into the horizon. "Prepare an escort to Aeray."

From sector F, a thin and lanky man smiled as he felt the visceral blade of the jagged teeth slice into the warmth of his victim, a civilian who had walked all out at the darkness of night. "Dear, it's not safe to be out." He said, smiling with a creepy, dark laughter hidden beneath his fang-like teeth.

A radio from Haruim came to Farkas. "Captain Darkholme, there's been a report of a Kaenoskista in your area, Sector F, area 443." He said, before cutting off.

Moving his hands around, the HUD zoomed in on sector F. Farkas located where he was and a path was drawn to area 443. Then he moved towards that area, as he drew near, he slowed himself and tried to be stealthy as he could.

"Dear, this place just isn't suited to my liking." The Kaenoskista said, licking his blood soaked lips as he finally dropped the man, a large chunk of his shoulder missing as his blood trickled down. "I have to say, Jenrakians just don't taste as good as they used to." He chuckled maniacally, holding his sword slung over his back.

Genkon walked along the night streets, a small girl on his shoulders as she scanned the area around him, both of them donning black and sheathed blades as they looked around, the street lights damp yet small. He sighed, before a small pounding of footsteps entered their ears. “Did you hear that, Geliosk?” He asked, as she nodded, jumping off his shoulder. “Looks like something’s coming this way.” He replied, before a medium sized shadow stepped out of the darkness, a long sword at his side, smiling as he showed the long, twisted ‘T’, a symbol for many Temsplace deemed ‘heretic’. He had snow white hair, a dark and evil grimace, all amongst slit thin eyes. Captain Genkon looked closer, seeing a small tally-like insignia upon his neck; 3 strokes.

“My, my.” He said, his voice smooth yet fairly rugged, a handsome man who had a slightly lanky build, his tall sword tied to his back as his hands were in his pockets. “What do I have here?” He asked himself, looking at Captain Genkon and Lieutenant Geliosk, his tongue licking his thin white lips with luscious desire. “I hear that the blood of a White Captain’s is the sweetest, and his flesh is the softest.” He spoke loudly, as Genkon frowned.

“Who are you?” He asked, his hand on his sword, looking at him as a small slender hand fell over his, his lieutenant shaking her head as she walked forwards. “Geliosk?” He asked, his lieutenant smiling before holding her sword low. The man chuckled.

“You honestly don’t know who I am, do you? 3rd rank Kaenoskista Lord, Amaka Kunichi.” He said, taking his sword off his back, holding it out as he swung and slashed downwards, Geliosk dodging beautifully before she slashed at him, forcing him to dodge that attack as well, her blade twisting over to swing down upon him. In an instant, he swung his fist out, smashing into her sword, pushing her back. For a skinny character, he was abnormally strong.

“Lieutenant Geliosk!” Genkon said, as she looked back at him with determined eyes.

“Captain, please, leave this to me. No matter what happens, trust me. I will – “ She said, before a fist smashed into her stomach, blood spraying from her mouth as Genkon unsheathed his sword, her hand raised high to stop him. “P-P-Please, Captain. I will deal with him myself.” She said, smiling slightly as she struggled to get up, coughing. “I can deal with him.” She held her blade forwards, lunging and thrusting before he dodged them all, punching her in the eye, blood spurting from her eye as she clenched her teeth in pain, holding her eye as Genkon froze up in worry.

“Well, you’re not that bad of a person, you know.” Kunichi said, smiling as he grabbed her by her collar. “I bet under that uniform you’ve got a great body.” He said, grabbing her shirt, clenching it tightly before tearing it apart, punching her in the shoulder as a large stunt of a fist was visible. “I’m going to have fun with you, right in front of your Captain.” He said, as Genkon lifted his blade, her hand still stopping.

“C-Captain, please don’t – “ She began, before another fist smashed her in the same location in the stomach, her blood spitting out once more in torrents. He placed his hand on her chest, before a blade was only a few millimeters from the tip of his neck, Genkon standing there as he smiled.

“My, my.” He said slyly. “Looks like you’ve come out of your whole.” Kunichi said evilly, standing up as he dropped Lieutenant Geliosk’s beaten body, taking out his sword. “Looks like I get to kill a White Captain.” He said, licking his blade as Genkon frowned. “What’s the matter, cat got your – “ He began, before he dodged Genkon’s slash, punching him in the stomach as Genkon reeled back. “Too, too easy.” He said, taking out his large blade once more as he slashed at him, dodging the counter attack with ease he cackled, Genkon frowning before he stepped back. “When I saw your ridiculously long sheath, I had thought I would be fighting someone with a large weapon like me, but it looks like you’re just another weakling with a normal sword, nothing special.”

“I will not let you live. This is your last night.” Genkon spoke, his voice cold and dangerous, his eyes fuelling with hatred and disgust at the Kaenoskista that stood before him. “I will kill you.” He replied, his hand holding the end of his sword back, slashing as the man dodged, before another slash immediately came from above, forcing him to dodge again, before another one stabbed him from behind, shocking the Kaenoskista greatly, his blood spraying all over his fist.

“W-What?” He said, looking at Genkon, as it became visible what had happened. Genkon’s sword was now showing visible gears and rotors all in a wiry armour, snaking around like a long worm of blades as he slashed around with mastery. No matter where he dodged, Genkon merely flicked his wrist to have it sent back. The Kaenoskista frowned. “I’d had enough of this.” He said, smashing at the end of the blade that came at him, lunging forwards as he slashed Genkon across the chest. He cackled. “Looks like it’s not so hot. I’ve heard of the White Captains’ legendary sword transformations, and I’m not impressed.” He said, licking his blade again.

“You’re disgusting.” Genkon said, swinging his whip of a blade once more, as the man followed the same routine; he slashed it away, charged in deep where the whip was powerless, and slashed at Genkon, blood spraying out in rain of magenta pain. Genkon stood back a few steps, the Kaenoskista laughing.

“What’s that? You’re already scared? Pathetic.” He said, lifting his sword. “I’ll kill you now. You have no where to run.” He laughed, before Genkon spat out his blood.

“I’ll tell you why my sheath is much, much longer than my sword.” Genkon said, taking out his sheath as he placed it parallel to his back. “Aikurun.” He said, as the long sheath broke apart into leg-like pieces, crawling on Genkon’s back as they extended and crackled apart, turning into long, etching spines, three on each side as if it was a pair of some sort of skeletal wings on his back. Genkon frowned. “When I say you’re going to die, you’re going to die.” He threatened, as the man laughed.

“Ha! As if. If that’s all you can do, then,” Kunichi said, holding his blade ready. “I’m ready.” As Genkon swung his whip-like sword at him, he slashed it away, following his pattern as he charged, swinging his blade as he had always done, yet this time a long black spine came down and impaled in his shoulder, another impaling him on the side. Genkon looked at him with angry eyes. As he tried to continue his slash, another impaled him on his hand, tearing his nerves as his grip automatically loosened. Kunichi showed obvious surprise. “W-What?” He said, as Genkon frowned even more.

“Forest of Needles.” Genkon said. “That’s the name of my Aikurun. You noticed that although my sheath is absurdly long, the sword inside it is regular length. So, why the extra length? It’s simply extra space for my compacted Aikurun. By expanding it out, I’m protected both offensively and defensively. These wings serve as sentient armour, in a way. Instead of bearing damage, however, it negates any form of damage coming at me entirely. Such as you.” He said, his free hand grabbing the man’s jaw, holding it tightly as he groaned in pain.

“Where are the other Kaenoskista?” He asked, with no reply. “You will be hunted down, imprisoned, and you will tell us everything about the rebellion. Now, where are they? The only reason why I’m keeping your mouth intact is because I need you to talk, and tell me.” He eyed him again, as the man shook in fear.

“Fine.” Genkon said. “No need for it.” He replied coldly, tearing it apart as the man roared in pain, blood spilling from his torn lower jaw as a large chunk of his mouth was missing, the rest of the spines divulging into his body, splashing and spraying out his blood. As the body fell, Genkon tightened back his blade, his spines slowly turning back into his sheath, walking over to his lieutenant as he picked her up. “This is Captain Genkon to all White Captains.” He radioed in. “Need emergency medical care at sector C, location 2046 now.”

Well, Irigi opens up to whenever you ask for assistance. Depending on how long you plan on using the sword, you might as well just call up the Aikurun. It strengthens and stiffens itself with every blow, so you shouldn't worry about Irigi's endurance unless you're against Melenias' blade. Vijun explained. You shouldn't have difficulties against Higu. I know, I taught him. So my advice is, call the Aikurun if you need help, otherwise you can rely on Irigi to strengthen your blows automatically.

"Hey! Are you just gonna stand there, or are you going to fight?" Renbo asked.

Okay. Thanks for the advice. I’m going to keep this in my head, if I need help later. Always, I’m going to try and take him alive. said Farkas in his mind. Talking to himself was a little weird.

The fire in Farkas’ eyes showed up. “I was talking with my inner demons. One told me to join you and another said to kill. One even said to get you a lady and some beer and maybe you will be a good boy.” said Farkas with a smile. He moved Irigi in front of him. “You want past me, so you move first.”

He looked at his blade before back at Higu. That evil smile was across his face, the fire in his eyes raged on. Farkas and Irigi would taste blood soon.

Renbo smiled. "You asked me earlier what my sword's ability. I don't believe in that crap, that technological piece of shit. I believe a sword is exactly how it is; a long rod of metal made to cut up your enemies." He held his sword parallel to his right shoulder, his hand grasping the middle back of his blade, his left leg held out. "Besides, the only people who are helped with this shit are White Captains such as yourself."

Taking up his hands, he lifted it high into the warm night air, feeling the breeze around him before charging. "If you can't fight with what you've got, you're nothing more than a pansy." He exclaimed.

“Well, some within your little group use swords like mine. That makes them a group of pansies then.” said Farkas, dropping down, his left leg moved into a thirty degree angle as his right leg kneed. Irigi was parallel to his shoulders. That evil smile was still across his face.

"Some...?" He said, his eyes rolling up, trying to think. "Ah, you must mean that pansy Melenias. He's not one of us. The only reason why he's with us is because he used to be a Herein. But, he's nothing compared to me." He charged, swinging down as he pushed his foot up.

"That's right. If you really want to talk to our leader, she's right with you people." Renbo grimaced, the blade smashing into his right side, his left hand holding it tightly. "What's her name?" He thought, using the momentum from Farkas' sword to slide himself back, blood spewing out of his side, yet he seemingly ignored it. "A-Aeray, Hamruun, I think." He said, his sword up again.

"It doesn't matter how much you can try to swing at me, I'll still keep coming. I've been blessed with congenital insensitivity to pain. So," He said, raising his sword. "I don't feel pain, discomfort, nothing. My feeling has been wiped clean." He laughed, charging with is sword high. "You'll have to kill me, which is next to impossible."

Farkas ignored the comments about Aeray being their leader, his mother was the one whom want her son to become a Temsplace. She couldn’t be their leader. He pushed those thought from his head as Renbo was only trying to get into his head.

Farkas just his own attack to push him away, sliding across the ground like he was on ice. “To feel pain means you’re alive. Don’t feel pain means you’re already dead inside. I don’t really need you alive to get what I need form your brain.” said Farkas before he charged into the fight and blocked the attack, but the fallen Temsplace’s blade did hit him. A cut formed on his upper right arm.

That only fueled the fire within him, Farkas launched an attack on Renbo’s left hand, trying to disarm him.

Renbo blocked the blade with his knuckles, smashing his middle and ring finger in the process, his skin sliding to reveal a small set of rusted iron underneath. He used the momentum to slide back once more, his sword up high. "Because of my inability to feel pain, the Jenrakians thought it would be easier to test a human's actual physical limit since I'm oblivious to stress, worry, desire or sorrow. A large bask of my emotions are automatically sealed without my approval, and when under experimentation that would be nothing less of torture, I feel no discomfort."

He tore off the small wrap of his plastic-like skin on his left arm, revealing a rust covered plate beneath, screws drilled directly in his bone as his muscles were still flashing in long throbbing tubes, blood spilling out. "I'll be frank. I don't plan on living for long, so I thought I'd show you what I am really am. I know all about you people, you Temsplace. And as a former Temsplace myself, let me say something." He sighed, his voice serious and strong.

"There is something wrong with the system we have right now. When did it become a show of strength regarding the church as a whole? Don't you think that we should focus on defending the Tsellian entirely? We should abolish the churches and the temples to build a formless religion that cannot break or shattered. That's what we're trying to do here, as allies of the Rithos. When I get Suriga's head," He said, his fist clenching. "I'll rebuild this religion with my own two hands." He held his hand out, smiling. "Want to join? We can achieve a better tomorrow with the resources a White Captain has at his disposal."

"Oh Dear, it's a pity." He said, smiling. "Well, it looks like you're not a co-operative person." He replied, his sword high up, drenched in blood before he lunged.

From the darkness, a tall and fervent man stood as he watched Captain Haruim walk along the darkness of the empty streets, the lights off as the small shades of white were still visible in the dominant blackness. He was a quiet, careful man of calculating influence, his eyes silver white as if they were deprived of soul and color. Atop his head wore a long dash of beautiful silver hair, long towards his shoulder blades as his fingers were thin and wiry. He had a slender, long and finely carved face, his forearms visible upon his rolled up sleeves as his lanky form was arched back slightly towards his vest. He carried a hot coffee in his hands, while earphones were visible on his neck. He seemed to be the most serious, yet his clothing seemed the most casual.

From the darkness, a woman stood opposite of him, her fingers slender as his own, her form arching and lanky yet it had fit her vastly more appropriate than Captain Haruim did. She carried a long row of bandages across her beck, all of them flying back in the wind, his sword dragging by her foot as she smiled. "I take it you're Mekomunos Haruim, I take? You're much more handsome than people make you out to be, and that's quite a bit." She complimented him, as his eyelids merely lowered.

"Who are you?" He asked softly, almost like a whisper as his ice cold voice was breezing softly on his coffee. "I'm busy."

"My, my." She said, lifting her sword up. "You're busy? As busy as me?" She asked, as Haruim made no gesture of reply, forcing a frown on her face. "Hey, you. I know you're a White Captain, and I know that scratching you alone can get me alot of power and respect, let alone killing you. So." She said, charging. "Die."

Haruim held onto his coffee, forcing his blade out of its massively long sheath, yet it was thin and short. A small brown patter spilled on the ground. Haruim frowned. "You made me spill my coffee." He said coldly, as she pushed back, smiling, watching Haruim's right hand reveal a long red cut. "And you made me bleed." He said. "I underestimated you."

"Yes, well, you'll get nowhere. I'm going - "

"Shutup, please." He interrupted, as she frowned.

"Why, you little - "

"Aikurun." He commanded instantly, taking out his sheath, as he pulled its thick end hard, revealing a series of three long legs, dipping them into the concrete sidewalk as he placed the other edges out, holding them steady as he placed his sword's handle on its end, revealing a long, sleek black minigun. "Die." He said, as she was looking in utter surprise. She could not move fast enough as a wave of bullets engulfed her location, tearing her body apart as even her thick armor couldn't stop the first wave of torrential lead. It was loud, it was destructive, but it worked, and it was practical.

"I'm not too fond with swords." He said quietly, before quickly disassembling, turning it back into his gargantuan sheath within minutes. It seemed that his Aikurun did not take hours like the others.

“…So, you’re crippled?” Suriga asked, standing at the long winding edge of the room, peering into the utter brilliance of the brightness. Here, in a silver wheelchair, sat a lone figure as he hunched himself painfully over a small opal book, his left eye burning red as the right side of his face was nothing more than a web of scarred skin. He had long, sharp lips amidst a once tiny nose, yet his cartilage was nearly burnt off, leaving a long knife-like wake. It was bandaged in brown wrappings, packages of dried blood still visible on his face as his left and right ear was no more, yet holes existed still. His hands were placed in cold metal gauntlet-like gloves, flexible yet sturdy, wires running throughout his body still visible underneath his thick and graceful garments. Here, in the Necromarnen, he sat, blinking in pain as tears fell every other time.

“…Yes.” He said, pausing slightly as Suriga smiled. “What are you…doing here?” He asked, his palm softly touching the book as a small steel clatter was heard inside his chest. “I’ve worked so hard for this foundation, so don’t tell me you can’t handle it.” He said coldly, forcing a smile from Suriga underneath his veil.

“We’re both freaks now, both abnormal.” Suriga said, walking over to the man in the wheelchair, his hand on his shoulder, cold as ice as the man’s was a warmth of a hundred flames. “We’re both victims of the flames of hell, you could say, and from that, what didn’t kill us made us stronger.”

“Of course, Suriga. However, how long are you planning on keeping me cooped up in here? I need to see the outside world, since I’ve been dipping in and out lately.” He said, closing his book as he felt its hard surface. “I’m done.”

“For a blind man, you read fast.” Suriga said, before he reached up on the shelf, pulling out another nameless book, a black tome as he opened it up, and placed it gently in the man’s fingers, feeling the softness of his skin beneath his gauntlets. “It’s been a long time, and you’ve gotten older.” He said softly, his voice still coarse. “You don’t know how much trouble I went to for you, to get things together, so you better be happy.”

“I’m quite content.” The man in the wheelchair said, not a single smile on his gloomy face. “But, I can only be happy for so long when she’s not with me. On top of that, she’s no longer with me, so I have to leave it to you to continue this ideal, Suriga.” He said, tightening his grip on Suriga’s hand, as Suriga smiled, looking out at the large window that he sat nearby, feeling the rays pummel in upon his shoulders.

“That’s what we both share, I guess. Our lives were chosen to be thrown away, we were given another chance. Our children, our wives, killed by our own hands, by our own recklessness or our own love. Tell me,” Suriga said, looking at the man in the wheelchair, “Do you still hold a sword?”

“I can’t.” The man replied, taking off his left gauntlet, revealing a series of long and wire-like mechanical gears that were pressing hard on silicon fingers. “My right hand was vowed to never touch a blade again.” He said solemnly, Suriga nodding in recognition as he placed his long black sword down on the ground. “Do you still have him? Is Herutuuzk still with you? Have you taken care of him?”

“I have.” Suriga said, taking off another long black sword, placing it down on the ground. “I know I haven’t talked to you in a long, long time, so I thought it would be a great thing for you to see the only child you have left.” Suriga said, looking at his own sword, the inscription Makkekentenshu written beautifully on its hilt. “I know the blade is my only son.”

“I see. So Herutuuzk is safe in your hands? What about Jidentsu?” He asked, as Suriga smiled. “Don’t tell me – “

“Ferruga is taking care of Jidentsu.” Suriga spoke about the swords, as if they were their children. “Medekeno, Makkekentenshu, Jidentsu, Herutuuzk. The four children of the First Revolution.” Suriga replied. “They each tasted more blood than any army we have ever launched ever has. And it’s all the blood of our brothers.” He said sadly, as the man nodded. Suriga sighed, before taking the two swords and placing them back on his hilt, getting up and turning around. The man looked up at him, his scarred face still visible, a brow of silver locks growing from his burnt head. “You need to rest. Soon, when the country is strong again, I will fulfill my promise.”

“Don’t forget your promise.” He said coldly, as Suriga smiled, walking out of the secret room in the Necromarnen, closing it behind as the sunlight still splashed from underneath the cracks in the door.

“I never will.” He said, walking away.

Inside the room, the man in the wheelchair wheezed slightly, checking the clock – Four fourty six. He stole a look at his wrist band, trying hard to remember when he had to take his medicine, the smallest of blood red pills that kept him from burning up in pain and misery. On his armband, as he looked, he shook his head, sighing a cold, craggy sigh as beneath his name was burnt into his skin.

"It doesn't matter. Even if you could kill me, and figure out where my comrades are, there's no use in being able to take down the one who's behind this all. Isn't it right, leader?" He asked loudly, as from the darkness, an old, shriveled and burnt figure sat within the shadows, his throbbing heart like the tick of seconds, his face burnt and scarred as his left eye showed a silver iris, redness laced within his veins.

"I guess you've figured it out, Renbo. You're much smarter than your comrades, so I'm very impressed by your tact." He said quietly, almost like a whisper. "It seems that your intelligence will go to waste, however."

Renbo smiled. "Yeah, yeah, I know what we are. Pawns to your sick little game. But remember, I am here to bring equality to all, just like your brother." He said, smiling.

"Suriga's guerrilla warfare is different than mine." He replied, looking at Farkas. "Suriga had the audacity to declare himself after all these years. Yet, who will believe this man?"

Farkas was shocked at this. He stepped back trying to get his head right. He was told Arborgard was killed, his father even watched Arborgard kill himself by a flame grenade. How can he be alive? Farkas would get to the bottom of this after the fight.

“The fight.” he said, coming back into reality. He spun Irigi around and locked his eyes on Renbo. He blocked the knife attack before pushing down with his sword. He spun to the side and moved to cut both of Renbo’s arms off with fast swings.

"We're assuming every civilian within a 300 meter radius is alive, yes. But that would be troublesome." Arborgard said quietly, coldly, as Renbo had a look of surprise. "What's wrong, Renbo?"

He smiled, blood spurting from his mouth as he talked. "You're the real deal, Arborgard. Farkas there, but gone a few seconds later. He moved towards the castle. “All Temspalces, moved to the Necromarnen. The enemy will be advancing there soon. Stay quiet and ready yourselves until the fight begins.” he said in his radio.

“What about me, Lord Farkas?” asked Kyra, riding on the back of Titan.

"There's little need." Arborgard said, as Ferruga smiled. "My children are making sure my house isn't damaged." He said softly.

As small numbers of Pseurothunji approached the elongated gates of the castle, massive snakes crawled along the streets, their loud screeches heard as people screamed to the horrid noise, their fangs bared as they hissed at the lightning fast flashes of gunfire. Enormous, gargantuan and destructive, the overgrown Serpentara were particularly venomous snakes that were responsive to distinct high pitched noises, responding to sound rather than sight.

"I'm surprised you've actually been able to keep all of them alive this whole time." Ferruga said, pushing the wheelchair back into the shadows, Arborgard sitting down upon it, smiling. "Are you sure they're enough to keep the castle safe?"

"The Serpentara right now aren't as strong as before, since I haven't had many chances to test their competency, but I know they're strong enough to handle the Pseurothunji for now. Once the Rithos begin launching the bigger weapons, such as the Maekmara, then we'll be in trouble. We need to find the traitor soon." He replied.

Arriving at the Necromarnen, near the gate, Farkas looked at the snakes and at the Serpentara. If his jaws wasn’t hooked to his head, it would have been on the dirty ground by now. He had never seen a Serpentara with his own two eyes, only in picture or drawings. He knew his grandfather had one, a gift from Arborgard. He didn’t think they existed anymore.

“Umm…nice snake. We’re on your side.” said Farkas before he let out a small laugh. He ordered into his radio to the Temsplace within the city. “Brothers, our time has come to honor our selves in the eyes of the Gods. The enemy comes and we’ll stop them in their track. They will not make to their goal with us as the stone wall between them and their target. We can‘t allow them to attack that person.”

He smiled at the end before turning to look down the road.

Enemy Pseurothunji had no more patience as they fired bullet after bullet, autoturrets flinging up in a sea of lead as mountains of fire enflamed on both sides. While Suriga's defensive grid had a major terrain advantage, the Pseurothunji outnumbered them six to one, their gunfire outmassing against them with utmost ferocity. From behind the lines, Krejei engineers placed cannons together as they prepared their own Vizith Repeater, the gattling barrels turning around in preparation.

From behind, Ishidun appeared along the edge, his dagger slashing wildly as he smiled with a fox-like smirk, his blade tasting Pseurothunji blood as his lieutenant upon his shoulder firing with a long thick rifle, protecting him as he swung forwards once more, feeling the soft evisceration of steel against his skin, yet his face was insane, crazed. He seemed a completely different person, completely far off from the regularly mature and kind man he posed as. Here, on the battlefield, within enemy ranks, he laughed and cackled with a devilish sneer as he sadistically felt the warmth of blood splatter against his face.

The auto turrets wouldn’t be the only things firing at Pseurothunji, rockets were fired from hidden places into the enemy ranks. The Temsplace, over the orders of Lord Farkas and nobody else, locked on to the enemy with their rocket launcher’s digital targeting sights. As the rockets flew towards their targets, Farkas smiled as he stood in front of the gate.

Beside him, Titan unleashed four, I repeat, four rockets at the same time form his custom made quad rocket launcher. Titan laughed, his deep voice filling the air as the white smoke form the rocket filled the air at the same time.

“Shot that somewhere else.” said Farkas, fanning the smoke from around him.

“Yes, my lord.” said the giant of flesh that was Titan. With that, Titan moved form the around the gate and sets up shop somewhere else. Farkas saw four more rockets launched at the same time.

However, something odd was occurring, as the Pseurothunji's side began to replenish and strengthen as walls of gunfire laced along the side. From here, in the midst of the lightning flames, tanks rolled along the roads as they fired with impunity against the castle. Ishidun fell back, his hand grabbing a rifle from the nearby armory stacks as his lieutenant, sitting upon his head, still fired against them, both of them shooting madly yet with skill against them all. "We'll need a bit more firepower." He said, finally calming down, before the radio came in.

"All White Captains." Mengiko's voice popped up on the nerve receptors and the radios. "Evacuate to the Necromarnen. I am ordering an airstrike against these men, since it's evident that they no longer care about being quiet, so we shouldn't either." He spoke.

Captain Geriuusk smiled again. "Well, well, this is getting exciting." He said with a creepy tense of blood lust in his voice. "We'll need to move out of harm's way a bit, so let's go."

A little time after the tanks showed up, the Temsplace turned their attacks on them using anti-armor rounds. The tanks became the main target until they are defected or something bigger comes in play. Through the radio to the Temsplace, Farkas was opening those near the fighting to fall back to the Necromarnen. This was a fight that Farkas needed to be on the winning side or everything would be loss.

"High Captain Mengiko wants all White Captains to report to the rotunda within the Necromarnen. An urgent event has transpired." Sekai Hamruun's voice appeared on the radio, this time quite urgent and sped up.

Ishidun sighed. "What could it be this time?" He asked Farkas. "Captain Darkholme, are the Temsplaces fine with moving back at this speed?" He asked Farkas.

Captain Vijun sat silently, smelling the waft of the delicious mango tea from his sugar enflamed nostrils, starting to unwrap his bandages before two bodies appeared before him. Turning around, he looked with surprise to see Captain Mengiko and Captain Genkon standing there, their hands upon their swords as they looked at him with disgust. He was quite interested in what was going on. “Hmm?” He asked mostly to himself, and quietly. “What’s with the faces? And your hands.” He asked slyly, though unsure of what was happening.

“You’ve been found, traitor.” Captain Mengiko said with anger through his voice, his groaning intensifying as he gripped his sword stronger. “You’ve been caught. There’s nowhere to run. I know you’ve been feeding them information about us, and now you’re caught.” He repeated, his voice sounding quite repetitive. Vijun didn’t move, nor did he make any action to get up.

“I see…” He said slowly, his eyes behind his veil still squinting in concentration. “I’m not following this.” He said, as Captain Genkon stepped forwards.

“We’ve had reports and monitor evidence that your channel has been used to communicate with the Pseurothunji. It’s shocking for me too, Captain Vijun, but that’s what it says, and as White Captains, we cannot tolerate any sort of traitorous activity within the Eight.” Captain Genkon replied boldly, as he unsheathed his sword, Captain Mengiko doing as well. “For the sake of the safety of the King, we will have to execute you.” He replied, taking his stance, as Captain Mengiko took his as well.

“…Oh? So I’m being executed.” Vijun said, his eyes turning in a gleaming torch. “I find this a striking irony in a sense. Both of you were my students, yet both of you are now accusing me of something you know your old teacher wouldn’t do. So, you’re sure?” He asked, still wondering what’s going on, as thoughts raced through his head. Someone’s been using my channels, apparently. Hmm, I’ll need to figure that out later. Right now, I have a little obstacle to get past.

Captain Mengiko frowned, before lunging, Vijun blocking with his fingers as Genkon swung from behind, Vijun surprised at the sheer speed as he barely dodged it, letting his forefinger and thumb go as he twisted his wrist, unsheathing his sword as he held it tightly between both lunges from either of the two Captains. Vijun had a look of pride. “You two are my most faithful students.” He said, letting go of his blade as he kicked it back into his hand, blocking Mengiko’s swift strike as he jumped up, dodging Genkon’s slash before he kicked Mengiko’s sheath. Vijun pushed back before Mengiko swung down, nearly cutting him on the arm.

“Hmm.” Vijun said, holding his sword tightly. “You two are getting much better than I expected.” He said, scratching his head. “By Enkur, what great fighters you have become.” Captain Vijun said, holding his sword tightly once more, his left leg out.

Mengiko whispered to Genkon. “We need to be careful.” Mengiko spoke. “Captain Vijun’s been the only known person to have defeated Ferruga, and he was blind, as well. We can’t win so easily.” Genkon nodded, as they both stood back slightly.

“Crush him, Memorundoom.” Captain Mengiko ordered, as long spikes protruded from his sword’s side, shifting it into a semi-mace as it was held slightly off center to balance its incredible weight.

“Slither Gedeska.” Captain Genkon ordered, his blade breaking at intervals to reveal an inner chain run along with gears and wires, a snake-like sword that lashed around like a whip. Genkon slashed down at Vijun, who dodged the attack, yet it was enough time for Captain Mengiko to have ended behind him, his mace-like sword slashing at him, but it was stopped once more by Vijun’s sword. Vijun pushed off from the attacking force, his sword slashing to negate Gedeska’s deathly slither, flinging him onto the other end of the room.

“Memorundoom, the destroyer, and Gedeska the silent. You both have very strong weapons there, and you both know how to use them.” Vijun said, holding his sword in his hand tightly again. “On top of that, you’re both fighting together, as a team and quite flawlessly as well. But, you can’t beat me.” He said, as Captain Mengiko and Captain Genkon both frowned once more.

“Aikurun.” They said, as the long mace-like weapon turned into two morning stars upon a giant shaft, urchin-like blades dangling as long, twisted spikes were protruding from their cores. Mengiko held it over his head, his back slightly arched forwards to offset the odd gravitational force. Genkon’s sheath had turned into wing-like appendices on his back, his long Gedeska still there. Vijun nodded.

“Ah, very impressive Aikuruns, as well.” Vijun said, holding his sword in his hand, tightening his grip. “This looks very interesting.” He said, charging as Mengiko’s first blade came at him, forcing him to dodge it before the second one came with four appendices and Gedeska. Vijun slid down low to dodge Gedesk and the appendices before blocking from above the large swing, smashing it to the floor before it rose up again and swung down against him, forcing Vijun to push off to the left with his sword. “You guys are truly powerful captains.” Vijun groaned, yet still without a scratch, dodging both enemy attacks in their Aikuruns without a single mistake.

Mengiko frowned, as Genkon prepared himself as well. “You can only dodge for so long, traitor. You know you can’t penetrate our defences.” He said coldly, preparing his long shaft and mace once more. “It’s over.”

Vijun frowned, before laughing loudly. “Is it?!” He asked them both, whom finally realized what he had meant. “Don’t forget, High Captain Mengiko, Captain Genkon, that I too, have extra forms to my sword!” He said, holding it outstretched, aimed at Genkon’s right arm. “Pierce, shoot, stab, Iakuru!” He said, as a long blade jettisoned out from its hilt, headed towards Genkon as he blocked with Gedeska, yet something odd happened. The blade ran through Gedeska, smashing it apart before it slashed him in the right arm, his hand loosening before Vijun retracted it once more. Mengiko frowned in concern, holding his weapon high. “You were a smart student, and top of my class many times, High Captain.” Vijun said, holding his unleashed sword – a ridiculously long halberd – with utmost potency. “But, you should know that I’m not so easily beaten.”

“Damn it.” Mengiko cursed silently, before swinging it down, the second blade ready to smash his side, before a piercing metal rod slashed through his weapon, stabbing him in the stomach, before it flung him far into a corner, knocking him down. Vijun retracted his weapon, retaining to the previous sword once more, sheathing it.

“Hmm, I guess I’ll never need to use Aikurun if this keeps up.” He said to himself, before sitting down to enjoy another sip of tea.

“Yes, they’re fine moving back at this speed.” said Farkas with a smile before turning to move to the rotunda. He was right, his Temsplace were fine moving back at this speed. They would be doing a fighting retreating to get around the before the air strike came. Kyra was placed in control as Farkas had to see what was up at the rotunda.

Sekai Hamruun, Ishidun Geriuusk, Gengur Ushuimaru, Maiko Vijun and Mekumonos Haruim were all present, yet Hezoku Genkon and Karakorun Mengiko weren't. Vijun cleared his throat. "The High Captain and Captain Genkon are right now taking a little bit of a rest. They should be fine once they wake up." He said slyly, frowning. "The thing is, the old man has finally come out of his hole." He said, pointing to Arborgard in the wheelchair, looking down from the teal balcony.

"Hmm?" Ishidun asked, as Sekai had a similar expression. He turned to Farkas. "Have you met him?"

"Tonight is the death of the enemy." Arborgard said frankly. "I will explain in due time, but I would prefer it if High Captain Mengiko and Captain Genkon had fully awoken." He said, with a dangerous slither of a stare at Vijun, who chuckled slightly. "For now, please talk amongst yourselves while we wait for them."

Farkas lend back on something that wasn’t alive as there wasn’t a heartbeat. His eyes focused on Vijun. “Captain as we wait for the sleeping beauties to wake up, tell me what Irigi can do because I haven’t got to see what he can do. It is a he right?” he said, adding a small laugh at the end.

“Well, I haven’t made them gender based. It’s all a matter of how you treat them, and how you perceive them.” Vijun spoke with an airing discontent in his voice. “Honestly, the sword you have, Irigi, is a fairly advanced piece of work. It’s much newer than my sword, or any of the Four Brothers. However, it lacks experience, like any warrior would.” He said, clearing his throat. “These aren’t just fancy pieces of equipment. They’re adaptors. You’ve probably noticed by now that some of the Captains are more adept at fighting with their swords than others.” He said, looking at Ishidun. “The thing is, with every swing you take, every lunge, every strike, it’s recording the force, the muscle movement, everything.”

“It’s a way to record how you fight, logically put. So next time, when you swing, when you fight, it can harden, increase in weight, stiffen or loosen depending on the situation. Irigi is no exception. The more you use him, the more data he collects to assist you when you really need it.” Vijun replied. “However, you could always ignore him, that would give you a very lazy sword, which is quite feasible. The less data it has, the more it assumes that you don’t really need to use it anymore, and thus it begins to conserve its energy by frequent lax in activity.” Vijun explained again.

“This is clearly evident in Mr. Ushuimaru’s Tenko, which, as a sword, is the most advanced I’ve ever built, though he never uses it. You should ask Captain Ushuimaru what his sword’s strength is. This is also true for Mr. Haruim and his Minigunner of a sword. So, do you need me to change something with Irigi?"

Farkas listen to all of it that came out of Vijun’s mouth. He took it all in as this was most things he had been told about his sword. He was just handled the sword and didn’t know anything about it. At else, he knew some history of his other blades and he hand made his Temsplace blade.

“I’m thinking about that really change anything because I don’t know it can do or what it can’t do. The only I know that needs to change is the hilt. If you can change the color, then make it white.” he said.

Then it hit hi, he didn’t know how to the first form of his sword. “Oh…as you made Irigi, please tell me how to do Irigi’s first form.”

"A blade naturally contorts to the way one fights, whether it is one of my swords or not. It's natural bending of the metal that eventually hardens. Since these do it exponentially, you don't need to ask for assistance. Mengiko isn't very knowledgeable about using sword forms, since, after all, he's more used to brute strength then strategy." Vijun said, holding Farkas' sword in his hand, unsheathing it as he looked carefully.

"It's a new sword, so it shouldn't be having any problems. Let me," Vijun said, eying it carefully. "This is Maiko Vijun, and answer me, Irigi." He said sternly, holding it straight, before a small wire came out of its sheath, Vijun taking it and plugging it into his ear. "I'm going to have to see what it's trigger is." He said, blinking quickly before he shot it back out.

"Bare your fangs, Irigi." Vijun commanded, as the sword's length tripled, it's blades sliding out to reveal more, locking into a single piece as it's edge shot out at irregular intervals, elongated spikes running along the side like crooked teeth. It's body became thick and hard, and it surprisingly represented a Temsplace's massive sword, though with long, jagged teeth on its edge. Vijun raised it up, swinging it down before stopping midair instantly. "Irigi is a bloodthirsty sword." Vijun said, frowning. "This should be Irigi's first form."

"Well, I try." He said, a small sliver of a smile behind his mask visible. From the long opening doors, a young, slender woman stood there, her face long and elegant, her eyes like diamonds as she carried a sleeping figure on her shoulders, a girl who seemed to be around the ages of fifteen or sixteen, yet she was so young, a bronze flock upon her head as her cute sleepy face was pecked by a tiny pair of pink lips. Vijun's smile became apparent, as he got up, the woman and the sleeping child standing in front of him, allowing him to look deeply into the child's eyes.

He spoke with a whisper, his fingers running through her copper hair softly, sighing as he looked at the smiling woman who nodded. "How is she?" He asked her, as she looked up at the small figure.

"She's fine." She said softly. "Vijun, its been a while. How have you been?" She asked softly, as Vijun smiled back, his shoulder on hers, her breath rising and falling as her chest did so as well. "Thank you, Mederiin." He said softly, taking the sleeping figure from her shoulders before putting it on his own, sitting.

Suriga smiled. "Farkas, meet Nehemosk." He said, pointing to the child on his shoulders, her face tiny and adorable, a very strong resemblance to Ishidun Geriuusk's lieutenant Seleck.

"Haha, you're a funny person, Captain Darkholme. When this is all over, I'm going to the beach. I haven't given the ocean a visit in a long time, and in such a hot climate, you need to shed some skin, literally." He smiled, chuckling. "I should have never come to this country."

Ishidun walked along the dark alleyway, smiling as he waved happily at the pair of men who frowned at him with disgusted faces. A long sword wrapped upon the back of his shirt within a wooden cane, looking like a long rod. Here, he smiled as he carried what seemed to be a simple grocery bag, putting it down as the two men kneeled down, looking into its contents. “I hope that’s what you’re looking for.” He said, smiling, as they nodded, guns pulling out from their holsters, aimed at Ishidun’s head. He chuckled. “My, my, you guys are such pranksters.”

“We’re not being light in this decision.” One of them said, both of them in crisp black clothes, one of them with a elongated and quite deformed face, the other the complete opposite. “To protect our identity, we’ll have to kill you.” He said, his finger pressing onto the edge of the trigger before a rough kick smashed into his face, Ishidun’s long legs spinning down to catch the other one off guard, upper cutting him into the brick wall, his body smashing against it.

“So, I guess I’ll have to find a different client.” Ishidun said, smiling still as he flipped the fallen bodies over, taking out their wallets as he walked off with his plastic bag. From behind, a gun was cocked, the man standing a bit further as Ishidun slowly turned around, seeing Ferruga there with an icy stare. “My, my.” Ishidun said, smiling, as Ferruga frowned. “Who are you?” He asked.

“Ishidun Geriuusk?” Ferruga asked, as Ishidun smiled even wider, nearly bordering on insanity. “Sword bearing police Officer Ferruga Orodome.” Ferruga said, his gun still cocked, as Ishidun smiled. In an instant, Geriuusk ducked down slightly, his left hand dipping into his wallet pocket, withdrawing a small gun before swinging right. He fired in an instant, Ferruga turning his hand quickly to fire, both bullets smashing into each other as the lead snapped into the nearby wall. Ishidun smiled, laughing maniacally, his voice turning more and more pitched and evil.

“You’ve got good aim!” Ishidun said with a tasteful bloodlust, before Ferruga fired again, Ishidun backing up against the wall, merely missing being punctured by the shot, throwing the gun as Ferruga fired it out of midair. However, Ishidun was already at Ferruga’s wrist, punching the gun out of his hand, his right leg swinging across as Ferruga raised his left leg to block. Ishidun took a long skid with his left leg, sliding down to use his back as a pivot as he swung across the ground, kicking from above as Ferruga blocked as well, yet a jolt of a punch from Ishidun’s open fist came at him. Ferruga once more blocked, pushing down as Ishidun pushed back, sending them both back slightly. “Damn, you’re good.” Ishidun said, smiling as he slowly took out his long, curled sword. “Looks like I’ll enjoy this.”

“You are under arrest.” Ferruga said, taking out a gun again before it was slashed from his hand by Ishidun’s incredibly long sword. “Do not force me, Ishidun Geriuusk. You are charged with eight homicides, sixteen attempted murders, four dealings of cannabis, and dozens of assaults. However, while despicable your actions, I will acknowledge that for one to work alone, you are a resourceful and tenacious foe to track down. And now I have found you.” Ferruga took his Kazenak stance with his fists. “I will rip you in half.” He warned.

“With your fists?” Ishidun asked, whipping his sword down recklessly, before Ferruga punched his sword, breaking it cleanly in half before he turned and swung at his face with his elbow, Ishidun falling into the wall headfirst. Ferruga took out a taser, and instantly, insane cackling amongst crackling was heard from Ishidun’s drying throat.

"Captain Hamruun, please keep the place safe and under control. Captain Mengiko, please direct air strikes of our available craft to the fuel lines. "My, my." Ishidun said, looking at the slight mass of soldiers firing at them, sighing before he turned to his lieutenant. "Seleck, please be a dear and fly while I get the gun ready." He said, walking over to a small platform, pressing down as he sat in a small steel ledge behind the gattling rocket launcher, smiling as he waited. "Autoturrets, seek." He said, as the guns on both sides fired wildly, shortly before Ishidun cackled maniacally, firing rocket after rocket with incredible succession against enemy flanks.

Haruim was more cool-headed, and he was doing his job much quicker, bashing the enemy's defenses as he swung down sprays of deadly biological gas upon their ranks, the soldiers coughing and crying in pain as they coughed up blood and vomited torrential pain. "Forward!" He said, marching from the long patch of silver sand as he fired off a long rocket through the hot air, the brisk flames lighting up like a long orange tail that simmered in the sunlight.

Dragon-like hordes of arbalest rocket-fire engulfed the enemy's ranks, yet they continued firing back in tightly bunched groups. However, it seemed as if there was no sign of letting up, as enemy tanks and aircraft continued to pour out of the twin Claws situated on the desert. "All White Captains, direct your efforts on the nearest enemy Desert Claw." Haruim ordered on the radio communicator.

“I guess the best you can do right now is try to get things together.” Gengur sighed, moving his piece towards the center of the board before he looked at Vijun with leering eyes, trying to break him. “Right now, we’ve got a few Captains outside. That reminds me.” He said, turning his head up to look at Vijun, who looked back with interest. “What is your Aikurun?”

Vijun chuckled. “Why do you want to know?” Vijun asked, as Gengur shrugged off one shoulder, looking as his bandaged hand moved a piece. Gengur sighed again.

“I guess you could say I have developed an interest in what Mr. Vijun has developed for his Aikurun. After all, being the one who developed the initial idea of the Aikurun, shouldn’t you possess the most powerful of the Aikuruns?” Gengur asked, as Vijun shrugged like him.

“Well, you have to know that I’m not very keen on revealing what it is, or what it’s doing, so let’s see what I’m capable of later on, how about that?” Vijun asked, as Gengur sighed. “Well, how about this?” He said, moving a piece up to the edge, before Gengur frowned. “I’ll give you a hint of what its capability is if you can actually beat me at this game.”

“It sounds reasonable.” Gengur confided, moving his piece up to the square, pushing Vijun’s piece off, as another piece edged up from the other end. “I’ll have to pry that secret from your hands, then.” He smiled, as Vijun smiled back behind his veil.

“Well, good luck. Though I highly doubt you could pull off anything against me.” Vijun warned, as Gengur chuckled again. “What’s so funny?” He asked, his fingers running through his head. “Are you so sure you’ll win?” He asked, before Gengur moved another piece to the side. “Hmm, you’re relentless, Mr. Ushuimaru. I must say, I’m quite cornered.” He confided, chuckling nervously.

Gengur smiled like he always had. “I’m awaiting your hint.” He said with a slight tense of a sing-song tone in his voice. “So, what is it?” He asked, before Vijun moved a piece to the left, flipping it over. Gengur frowned. “I guess you win this one, Mr. Vijun. You were just waiting for me to encircle you before using that trap, didn’t you?” He asked, as Vijun shrugged.

“Well, you have to know that I’m not trying to get anything out of it except for trying to keep you away from my secret.” Vijun said with a warning, leaning over slightly as Gengur nodded nervously. “So, Mr. Ushuimaru, I have a question, being winner of this little sparring contest of wits.” He said slyly, before learning back. “Well, I have two questions.” He said, scratching his head.

“Two questions? That can only be afforded by two games, isn’t it?” Gengur exclaimed deviously, Vijun forcing a frown behind his mud brown veil as the black insignias shimmered around like dried jet ink. “So, unless you’re willing to bet with another game, one question.” He raised one finger, hearing a steady sigh from Vijun.

“Fine, fine.” Vijun confided. “One question; so, here’s my question.” He raised his head, getting before Gengur raised his eyebrows in wonder at what was going on. “I’ll be back very soon.” Vijun replied, as Gengur nodded with certainty.

It was a little while, lying there, twiddling his thumbs as no news was audible in the nervous channel. Gengur sighed, his fingers flickering on the floor before he rose up, his foot tapping on the ground slightly before he went into a full-fledged and swift tap-dance. In a little while, Vijun appeared at the doors with a small cup in his hands, his face in contorted pain and amusement. He tried hard to keep it straight and professional. “Gengur, what is going on?” He asked, as Gengur blushed before stopping suddenly and sitting back down.

“You didn’t see anything.” He said, his hands frozen in fear, as Vijun chuckled. “You didn’t see anything.”

“I’m sure Suriga would find it funny if he knew you liked tap dancing.” Vijun replied, laughing hysterically before Gengur frowned. “But don’t worry, such an embarrassing hobby is beyond me, so I won’t spill anything out.” Vijun stood up, his sword on his hand. “I’ll tell you what. If you can hit me, I’ll answer one question. If you can’t, answer my two questions.” Vijun offered, as Gengur nodded, taking out his sword.

In a flash, Gengur slashed at Vijun, who blocked easily with his fingers. “Alright, so you can’t hit me.” Vijun said calmly. “Answer my questions.” He ordered, as Gengur frowned. “First one, why don’t you employ Tenko?” He asked, as Gengur grinned.

“Why don’t I employ Tenko? Because,” He said, smiling with confidence. “Tenko is a lazy bastard.” He said calmly, his head caressing his light hair. Vijun’s left eyebrow shot up. Gengur smiled innocently, his hand ticking at his side before Vijun frowned. “What?” He asked back.

“Nothing, Mr. Vijun.” He said with a tone of respect. “But I wonder, what style of swordsmanship do you use?” He asked, forcing a small cackle from Vijun’s enclosed mouth. “Hmm?”

Vijun wiped his face clean of amusement. “There’s a little problem with that.” He said, Gengur now being the one to raised his brows in wonder. “I don’t have a style, I simply pertain and adapt to what my own enemy is doing against me. So there’s nothing I can really counter with or become weak against, you could say in the simplest sense. I’m a bit like you; without the boundaries of a single form to tie myself down.”

A number of Temspalce had fallen already, but this was war. There are deaths, so the others moved on fighting to honor their fallen brothers. Their deaths will only fuel the fighting within the rest of those living.

With Lord Farkas on the field, the Temsplace weren’t going to stop anytime soon. Even Farkas was taking shot with his sniper rifle at the unprotected enemy soldiers through the havoc of the rocket fire and the white smoke they created.

Titan spotted what looked like the leader of the enemy and launched every rocket at that person. He fired one, wait a few seconds to fire the second and did that until he had to reload. That leader would have a bad day as the rockets started hitting the ground.

Tedethis frowned, barely dodging the enemy fire before he returned his own salvo, the reddish fingers crawling like spiders upon the sands. "Keep pushing." He ordered, his men forcing still, before a spray of lead kept them at their slowed advancements. From there, Haruim stood with a glazed look over his face, a series of men dressed in satin white from head to toe, miniguns in their arms as they encompassed the dunes with lead.

Haruim roared. "If anyone falls back, I will kill him myself." He said harshly, his gun firing as he blasted a tank's heavy shell out of the sky.

Above, paratroopers flanked behind enemy lines, lancers crossing the river before a flash of attacks engulfed a squadron's attention. Mengiko stood within the command center, frowning. "I want your assistance, Admiral." He said to the communicator, as a rough, yet steady voice responded.

"I'm sorry, Captain, but you don't have the proper papers to administrate a full bombardment." The voice replied, as Mengiko frowned, his voice turning stern.

"Do not forget, Admiral Medekians, who you are talking to. As an order from a White Captain, I hereby order you to airstrike the enemy's logistical supplies. Do you understand?" He asked, as there was a brief pause before the voice replied.

"Yes." It confided, as Mengiko nodded, returning to the battlefield.

From the communicator, Ishidun spoke in. "The enemy's base is well fortified, but if we punch in a hole on the west wall, we can breach their inner defenses and bring this army to its knees. Focus your attack on the defenses." He explained.

Right as Captain Ishidun message came through the channel, the voice of Farkas filled the radios of the Temsplace. “Move on, brothers, move on.” He spotted and lined up the enemy leader in his sights. He squeezed the trigger as the sights lined up with the leader’s eyes. The round flew from the barrel, heading to its target.

Rockets continued to fly from the rocket launchers in the hands of the Temsplace. Anything classified as the enemy was an open season target. “Kill them all.”

The west wall consisted of a series of armored vehicles that smashed with impunity against the oncoming Temsplace, yet Haruim's special squad seemed to have no extensive difficulty dealing with them. As the torrential rain of rocket fire emerged through, the blissful, garden-like innards of the castle-like command center became visible. It was quiet, silent, oblivious to the echoes of the world outside. Haruim frowned. "Melenias is nearby." He said, as Ishidun nodded as well.

"Captain Darkholme and I will search the west wing, while Captains Geriuusk and Hamruun will search the east wings. We'll meet within the foyer." Captain Haruim suggested.

Lizard threw him a Wild One assault rifle (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/WildOne.jpg), one fo the man firearms that were supplied the Count to his family members, and Farkas catches it. With the rifle in his hands, he looked over at Captain Haruim and smiled.

“I’m not playing with him this time. “ he said, before moving to the west wing.

"Playing?" Haruim asked, rushing through the corridors before quickly ducking through the hallways, weaving as his squad followed him, stationing out of sight they followed procedure. "Hopefully we can find Melenias and get this over with."

From Ishidun's side, he and Hamruun meet a long, silver haired woman with gray eyes, her face beautiful and shimmering with loveliness, her expression slightly fazed yet her tiny lips embraced in a rosy red scent. He recognized her immediately. "R-Rashkta?" He said, as Hamruun frowned, his hand on his sword, as she smiled back at the two of them.

"No, I'm not Rashkta, why?" She asked.

At the end, Melenias sat with a fervent look in his eyes, smiling maniacally as he looked at both Farkas and Haruim. "So, so." He said, dodging to a corner as Haruim opened fire, missing him slightly as the man's voice rang throughout the room behind the corner. "Two white captains, a former Temsplace, and a former Kaenoskista, eh?" He asked, as Haruim merely reloaded his weapon, placing a rocket within each barrel.

From the other end, the woman smiled. "My name's Ciranaar." She said, as Ishidun was shocked.

"The empty god?" He asked, as she giggled.

"Yeah, you could say that." She said, smiling back. Hamruun raised his eyebrows in disbelief.

"Explain." He said briefly.

"Well, you see, I'm not the god Ciranaar, since he is a male. But, my name is Ciranaar, since the name is quite androgynous. You might have met my twin sister by now, Rashkta, haven't you?" She asked, as Hamruun sighed. "I knew it! You've met her!"

A bullet had grasped his forehead, revealing a small dent in his bleached white skull. Blood slowly slivered forth, yet Melenias frowned. "I didn't think it would work." He said to himself slowly, before finishing his reloading, firing back before ducking back in. "Well, thankfully it worked." He said, taking off his helmet as he threw it away, the plastic shattered as his large scar on his forehead was visible. "Alright, let's do this." He said, firing back before ducking behind another wall. Before he could fire back, a maelstrom of rocket fire smashed the pillars behind him, spraying him in sand as Haruim began to reload.

"Goddamn, two of you guys, one with a Repeater Rocket. This is going to be a bitch." He said coarsely.

Farkas laughed as he ducked back around the corner as Melenias fired his rocket. He covered his head as it hit somewhere in the hallway. Sand, rocks, and other things flew out from the impacted.

Using the time caused by Haruim’s rocket attack and Melenias reloading, Farkas moved from the corner and into the room. He dove behind a stone pillar and fired at Melenias with his rifle as he lends out. He counted ten rounds as they exited the barrel before he moved again to another piece of cover in the room.

“Give up, Melenias!” yelled Farkas, counting the rounds that he fired. He should have sixty round left in the round drum.

"You, of all the White Captains, should know that being a Temsplace doesn't make you a mere follower of a religion!" He yelled, before another spray of rocket fire headed towards him, forcing him to duck once more around another corner. "It's justice to one's personal creed. Using Haruim’s fire, Farkas moved again to get closer to Melenias, whom had to duck ever time an attack was fired at his direction. Behind another stone pillar, Farkas waited for the next time to move.

"I'm getting tired of this." Melenias said, taking out his sword, as he held it carefully to his forehead, the blade dipping down into the ground. "Broken fire just doesn't seem to break as well anymore, does it?" He asked himself, reloading his gun before pushing his sword's blade into the ground. "Let's see what that man is capable of. Well, Vijun, let's see what the original four were like." He smiled, waiting. "Aikurun." He said.

From the nearby pillars, steel wires began to jolt out, flailing around like razor-thin tentacles as they flashed about, a long wire running into Melenias' knuckles as he grimaced in pain. Yet, with every finger of his that moved, the wires within the room began to move as well, as if he were some dangerous puppeteer operating a dangerous marionette. "Do you remember this sword's name, Captain Darkholme?" He asked through a yell, firing as his left hand flicked slightly, long razor wire flying out at Farkas and Haruim.

A bullet ripped into his left side, but didn’t hit anything that would mortally wound him. It did hurt, so his face did show pain.

He dove under the wire and rolled to a stop. As he kneed, Farkas smiled at Melenias and opened fire with his rifle. Melenias messed himself up with placing his sword in the fight and it will be hard to keep up with two targets.

Fervent gunfire sprayed and flayed against the body of Melenias, who frowned before he rushed forwards into the pillar, reloading his weapon with his bare hand before a Haruim stood over him, cocking his gun as Captain Darkholme was nearby. Melenias groaned, bleeding in pain as he looked up with distinct hatred against the man, the reply cold and barren. “So, you’ve betrayed the Kaenoskista, and now you’re planning on killing me?” He asked, as Haruim frowned.

“No, I don’t find any problem in a Kaenoskista, but I do find a distinct problem in a novice like you thinking he can control Kutuunshen.” He said, looking at the handle driven deep into the ground. “Pitiful.” He said with a cold stare, as Melenias swung his fingers up, tentacle like wires all flashing their way towards him, yet they did not reach him before a hail of gunfire etched deep holes in Melenias’ skull. Blood splattered out onto the sand, burgundy mud forming amongst him in a moat of flaming cherry red, the pillars broken and scattered like the armies outside.

Haruim did not smile, he merely frowned once more. “I think we’re missing something.” He said to Captain Darkholme.

From the east wing, Ishidun Geriuusk and Sekai Hamruun were having difficulties against the woman, whose fingers were placed in a claw-like metal pair of gloves, her fists raising fast to block every attack that came her way. “So, so.” She said, smiling before lunging forwards, her strike landing on Geriuusk’s right arm, a bruise forming quickly despite the steady block. “You guys are damn good.” She replied, a small ‘0’ tattooed on her arm revealing itself.

“Ah, so you’re the one who’s behind all this.” Sekai said calmly, making no signs of worry nor discontent. “Well, it looks like I’ll have too little time to break the final pieces if you keep doing this.” He said, taking his sword out of his sheath, for he had recently been only fighting with his fists against her sharp gauntlets. She smiled.

“That 2 on your uniform – you’re Sekai Hamruun, right?” She asked, stopping in the middle of the morning blaze as Sekai frowned slightly before nodding, Geriuusk looking at Sekai before looking back. “And that 3, you’re Ishidun Geriuusk, correct?”

“Correct.” Geriuusk said, stopping. “Why do you ask?”

Ciranaar sighed. “You two are famous. Incredibly famous. Sekai Hamruun, a noble of the Hamruun family and a dangerously skilled swordsman. A Krejei from the reigning Delecktouken nobility, the main branch of the Miraclus blood subgroup.” She explained, an eyebrow forcibly raised on Sekai’s left eye.

“You’ve been doing your research, Ciranaar Nirandu.” He said to her with an impressed tone in his voice, his sword fully out of its sheath.

“And you.” She turned to Geriuusk. “Ishidun Geriuusk, formerly named Ishido Genju, a powerful and influential assassin from Jagada, right? You came here to do two things; exact revenge against the Jenrakian government for their subjugation of Malaga, and secondly, to find your brother, right?” She asked, as Ishidun clapped in recognition.

“Wow, you’re a brilliant person, Miss Nirandu.” He said respectfully, thought from his voice it seemed he spoke with a slight sarcastic tone. “But, there’s a problem.” He added. “I no longer need to search for those two things.”

“Why is that?” She asked, as Geriuusk chuckled slightly.

“Well, you see, I’ve already accomplished them.”

“Oh?”

“Yes. For example, I know that the government that ordered the attack on my homeland is no longer in function, and that Suriga’s reformation has saved me from a quite gruesome crime. He saved my life multiple times during the occupation, and kept my pride and dignity at an all time high. So, I have to thank him for that by doing equally. As for your second question.” He said, shuffling his shirt slightly down, revealing a long, odd tumor-shaped muscle throbbing on his left shoulder blade. “My brother’s right here.”

Ciranaar was shocked. “I don’t understand.” She said slowly. “Explain.”

“He’s my twin brother, Desse. When I was born, my parents due to the prognosis they were given, were expecting twins. Imagine their surprise when they gave birth to only one child, and at that time, a deformed one as well. They weren’t aware that this once gigantic lump on my back would swell down in only a few years to just a seemingly normal muscle. At least, at that moment. Eventually they found out, but I thought that the thing was life threatening.”

“So, is that a fetal parasitic hold upon the host?” Ciranaar asked Geriuusk, who nodded with a proud smile. “Disgusting.”

“Eh? No, not at all. This is my brother. When I was being born, our cellular structure was originally divided, meaning only one would survive and be born, yet eventually, call it instinctual, my brother began to latch onto me as the host. The reason for this is that his development was incredibly slow, and virtually non-existent at the time. So, twins were born, but you could say we’re Siamese twins in a way, yet I’m the more dominant one.” He said, smiling, as Sekai stood there and listened carefully.

“My brother at first did not answer to me, and I originally wondered why, but I found out later on in my life that while he is my brother, his knowledge only pertains to what I know. Hence, he doesn’t know anything that I don’t know. The only difference is personality and philosophy aspect. Desse is a much more bloodthirsty person than I am.” He replied, reminiscent of his mad cackling during his initial attack upon his chopper. “We have come to an agreement, him and I, a symbiotic relationship. He will feel all the pain, pleasure, joy and sorrow that I feel, as if this body were just like his. But, in return, in return for feasting off my flesh, he showed me something very interesting that came from his own philosophy.” Geriuusk said, his skin turning pale, his left leg pushing it into the air before pushing down, a hole smashing into the marble concrete floor as he took out his keys, dropping it onto the floor. Before it even hit the ground, Geriuusk was already behind Nirandu, who turned around quick enough to block, a small nick in her blade from his overwhelming strength. Before she could react, Geriuusk was already behind her, his sword raised again.

“Stretch, strike, stab!” Geriuusk commanded his sword, the blades jettisoning out into a long spear-like blade, Nirandu’s shoulder cut as she pushed back, groaning in pain. Geriuusk’s voice was a dangerous, icy voice, talking in a pitch that did not seem possible for a grown man; it was like he was some sort of a demon, and his maniacal face proved it. In an instant, he showed behind her again, yet Nirandu jumped back, taking out a gun and firing, yet Geriuusk had cleaved a bullet aiming at him in half.

“What the hell is this guy?!” She asked herself, before Geriuusk appeared behind her, almost as if he had teleported there, his fist smashing down onto her back as she fell down in pain. Groaning, she tried to get herself up. “W-What the hell are you?” She asked him.

“Do you want to know?” He asked her, his voice cold and soulless. “Do you want to learn the strength of a symbiotic relationship between Ishidun and I?” He asked her, as her body nodded in pain and agreement. “A man’s body can contain only one nervous personality. When two personalities are contained within one body, especially those of the normal person, it takes considerable amount of energy to switch from one personality to another. Hence, in brief instances during changes in mental stability, one’s physical and mental prowess become exponentially heightened. The extreme unbalance of certain emotions eventually feed the nerves with more of that same emotion.”

“I’ll explain it simply. A normal personality consists of a series of both negative and positive aspects regulated by chemicals that keep the body in check. Hence, when switching, certain chemicals cancel out while others are increased. Without opposite chemicals to cancel them out, certain emotions begin to increase and become manifested at much grander intervals, such as anger, hatred, joy and discontent. By constantly switching between personalities, you are constantly killing off certain emotions, and the more emotions you kill off, the more powerful your remaining emotions become. Certain emotions such as Anger and Pride can release incredible amounts of energy to a person’s body when enough. Do you understand now, Ciranaar Nirandu?” He asked, his dagger pointed at her face. “By working together, me and my brother have attained a gift from the gods themselves.”

“But that means.” She said, looking up as Geriuusk fell down in a painful heap, crackling noises heard in his body. “That since you’ve spent all your energy in that reckless attack, you’ve increased the forces on your body. Your bones are broken, your body is suffering internal bleeding, and you are tired beyond belief.” She swung down, her blade blocked by two fingers coming from Sekai’s hand. She gasped.

“You seem to forget. He’s not the only one here.” Sekai said, taking out his sword as he swung it down onto her gauntlet, cutting through like butter as her blood from her knuckles spewed out, spraying all over his nearby face. “I don’t understand the reason why Captain Geriuusk required the assistance of Desse Geriuusk to get rid of you, but I know that I will not have any need for physical enhancement.” He said, pushing her back before taking out his sword, a tear falling from his left eye onto the blade. “Cry for me, Dagashdai.” He ordered, smashing it down into the floor, a fog of dust flying up as he directed it at Nirandu with the flat end of his sword.

She groaned, sand buffeting her eyes in pain, before she opened them to see Sekai’s face near hers, his blade swinging down as she dodged, his slashing to the side as she walked back. Damn it, because of his sword I can’t go back to where I was before. He’s got that gas emitting from his sword, and if I take one wrong step I’ll be sliced apart. He continually swung, his fingers on his side. I can try to attack him when he’s open, but his hand will just block it.

Sekai’s fighting was truly a graceful dance of death, slashing down before he kicked her into a corner. She frowned, trying to get up as Sekai swung down, her hands catching his blade on its flat end, her skin tearing apart as the acid burned it to the flesh, blood spewing forth from her knuckles. She groaned, clenching her teeth in pain. “Give up, Kaenoskista.” He ordered, swinging again.

“Looks like I lost, didn’t I?” She asked, sighing, before Sekai sheathed his sword, his hand outreached for her to grasp, and she did so shamefully.

Haruim merely frowned. "Idiots." She replied, shaking her head in disapproval.

Sekai pointed his sword forwards, as Mengiko pointed it up, swinging down as Sekai slashed forwards, locking both blades instantaneously within the stroke as they both, with incredible speed and skill, swung around to only have their blades lock once more. He commanded, as his blade revealed horizontal teeth on its sharp edge, allowing him to swing forth as Sekai blocked, yet the blades on the horizontal end slashed down, digging deep into Hamruun's shoulder. Drawing it out, flesh was torn from Sekai's shoulder as he frowned, no sign of grimace or a wince of pain. Mengiko looked carefully, analyzing his opponent with caution.

"This is the last time you will ever touch me." Sekai said with a tone of finality in his voice, his blade placed parallel to his stare, a tear falling from his left eye onto his sword, running down to its hilt. "Cry with me, Dagashdai." He said, holding his sword up, before swinging it down, Mengiko backing away a bit before Sekai charged forwards with inhuman speed, swinging down as Mengiko placed his sword to block, his horizontal blades trying to catch him, yet it was no use as they began to rust within Sekai's incredibly powerful acids. Sekai slashed, forcing Mengiko to twist his upper body and swing to the edge, before Mengiko frowned once more.

"This ends here, Hamruun." Mengiko spoke, his sword held slung over his back.

Haruim sighed again. "The retards are going to do it." She said, her face in her hands in embarrassment.

"Aikurun." Mengiko replied, as two giant morning stars crashed their way like snakes towards Sekai, who merely slashed, yet they snaked around towards him, pushing Sekai back as his hand was bursting in blood, his feet trying to regain his stance as Mengiko looked on, snaking his mace once more. Sekai dodged both attacks, picking up his sheath and his blade before frowning.

"This is over for you, Mengiko. You should have never thought you could beat me." Sekai replied, placing his index finger within his sheath. "I'm finished this fight now. Aikurun, Engulf him, Dagashdai." He said, as his sheath loosened, long five ring-shaped objects the result of it splitting into parts, sliding on Sekai's fingers like a metal glove. He pulled out a small nick at each end, sticking it deep into his arm, before he looked at his sword in the ground. "Engulf him in your tears, Dagashdai." He ordered, as he loosened the blades into five parts, each of them slowly rising along the edge of the wire coming out of Sekai's ringed fingers.

Mengiko frowned, swinging down with destructive power, yet as they five of them came at him, they carved a deep trench of impassible at him, forcing him to swing them all away. Yet instantly, they returned, and each of the five short blades stabbed deep into Mengiko's stomach in the shape of a pentagon like a steel prison. Blood spurted out violently, as Sekai fell down as well, unconscious from his own loss of blood from the earlier bouts.

As both of them laid there, Haruim shook her head. "We could have just ordered both."

“That was both fun to watch and foolish to be in. I’m going to award you both with the Medal of Foolish Actions. Let‘s give them a hand.” said Farkas with a smile. He clapped before stopped by a cup being placed in front of him. The smell entered his nose and he knew what it was. “Ah…blood, maybe I’ll be in the mood to really party.”

He looked to the person whom held the cup. His own lieutenant had thought on her feet and got something he need. Maybe she would be good to keep around.

“Thank you.” he said, taking the cup and get a drink from it.

"Well, we'll leave this to the janitors. I'll call the medic, the pizzas, and then we'll get some alcohol. Captain Darkholme, Captain Haruim can you two go the castle cellar on the other end of the castle and get some?" He asked, as Ushuimaru had already walked off, and Vijun was adamant in never doing anything for the team.

“Now, that sounds like a mission for me.” said Farkas with a smile. He turned to walked off to the cellar to some good stuff. His cup of blood still in his hand, the White Temsplace moved to get the alcohol.

"The drinking type?" Haruim asked, looking forwards as she walked calmly. While she had made efforts to look somewhat like a man, it was evident that her intense beauty still showed - in her flowing, jet black glossy hair, her thin, piercing and stern lips and her smooth alabaster skin without a single blemish. It was simply too smooth and too elegant to belong to a man, and the large and baggy male robes she wore still showed the hint of a bosom beneath the wraps.

"It's a long story. Are you sure you want to hear it? Considering a man's attention span, I'm not sure you'd want to." She said darkly, without a change in face.

“Not really, but I can’t pass this up. I want to see them drunk.” said Farkas with a laugh. He looked at her out of the corner of his eye to see her beauty. Why would she want to play as man and be the beautiful? That was only one of the questions in his head. Red hairs do blow his mind, but Haruim’s black hair was still nice to look at, if you into that type of stuff.

“Don’t take this wrong, but why do you dress like man when I cans ee you’re not one?” He asked.

“Yes, I would like to hear it.” said Farkas, taking a sip from his cup.

"Let's say this - there's a vow my father made a long time ago, which I've been forced to carry this whole time. It's a vow that, has kept me on my feet for a long time, and it's horrendous, but, like my family law dictates, it is my life."

"It's not the vow to dress like a man. Did you know that the White Captains consist of seven males and one female? It's an unlucky combination within Jenrakian history. Therefore, it wouldn't be allowed, no matter the cause. However, due to the vow, I have, by my soul's obligation, to do what I must. Though, to be honest, my opinions on my objective isn't clear."

“Ah…dressing like a man sounds like a bad vow in my opinion.” said Farkas. His eye were slowly open themselves. They even had a small hint of red forming in them. Lovely, lovely vampire and blood drinking.

Farkas’ left eyebrow cocked up as she said the last part. That last part just drew him into more then he was already. “Ceremony? What will happen at this ceremony?” he asked, trying to get more information on everything.

"I love you." The young man said, his fingers running along her neck as he grasped her shoulder slightly, his lips locking with hers as she shook slightly in anticipation for the next one. He felt her warmth against him, his arms embracing her as the small twinkle of the chiming bells were heard far off. As they embraced each other, the wind blew vigorously against their long, beautiful strands of hair, the stone slowly engulfed in sand.

"I love you too." The girl replied, her eyes shining in anticipation at him, a half smile across her face as the boy replied with stunning and piercing eyes. "I love you so much." She said, her lips pressed slightly against his, their skin touching as they embraced once more, feeling each others' presence as she ran her fingers through his hair, her sleeve sliding down to reveal her strap as he kissed her bare shoulder deftly. "I love - "

"Well, what's this?" A sly, cheerful voice said with a jovial bounce, as the two turned to see Geriuusk up and finished, fully healed as if nothing had ever happened, yet his left arm was still in a sling. Smiling, he sighed when he saw it never progressed. "Are you two simply going to repeat the same three words over and over again?"

The man and woman both stood up straight, rocketing into their standing positions, their faces strong and monotonous, their eyes staring blankly at the sky behind Geriuusk. "C-C-Captain Geriuusk!" They said in unison, their sweat pouring down in blatant surprise at Ishidun's presence.

Geriuusk chuckled. "You don't have to worry so much about me being here." He said, his other hand slung over his shoulder, scratching the back of his head. "You can continue." He said, smiling, as the man and woman both stood still and silent. Geriuusk sighed. "Fine, fine. I'll be off, then. Mr. Dehlhara, I expect your report on Monday, and Miss Meninuukomn, I want my casualty report on my desk by Tuesday." He said, walking off as they both stood still, nodding.

"Yes, Lord Geriuusk!" They said in unison.

"What would you have said if I said the marriage was forced?" Haruim asked.
