With the growth of Al Ramir, the previously regional-only airport of Husaam Udeen recently finished it's first plan of undergoing major renovations to bring the building up to speed with international travel, adding three runways, three new concourses, and heavy rebuilding of the the only original concourse.

The first plans of remodelling, which included a total of eighty new gates in each of the three new concourses, and the three new airstrips are able to accommodate international flights with planes of all sizes, up from the original eight gate, one concourse airport not updated in over 40 years from the time the overhaul began.

Concourse A, the original 8-gate concourse, has been heavily remodelled and remains solely controlled by Al Ramir airlines. Concourse B is sold out, and at this time no gates in concourse C or D are avaliable being sold or being held until the purchaser decides to agree to the terms or not.

Due to the unexpected rush for gates and concourses her at Husaam Udeen International Airport, three new concourses with 80 gates each are to be completed within the next three years, along with three new airstrips. In addition to this, six more plots are being put up for sale.

Each gate costing a total of $8 million USD per year. At the end, you will either be charged $50 million to buy the gate or are free to leave. You may also purchase a gate for the cost of $75 million, however all costs associated with this gate, such as electricity and upkeep will be your cost.

Nine plots of land are avaliable for sale at this time for hotels and offices to purchase. The cost of this land is $40 million and is 150 square acres in size.

In light of recent expansion of your Husaam Udeen International Airport to international customers with the intent of increasing airflow to your nation, we wish to offer to purchase all remaining concourse's, along with plots four through six with the intent for the construction of regional offices and other municipal buildings. Such a purchase would come to the sum of 1.2 billion dollars, and if possible we would like to purchase those gates yet to be confirmed for an even larger lump sum, in the several billions in terms of price.

Air Willink is to serve the people, and as your nations expansion, the possibilities are endless.

With a cost of $75 million per gate, the total of $11.1 billion in USD will be due. However, we are willing to offer this at a discount of $10.75 billion due to such a massive purchase.

Also, yes, you may purchase one of the newly announced concourses, however it will be 2-3 years before they're fully built and finished given the plans have just been announced.
