Every male person above the age of 18 are subscribed to one year of service in the military, therefore the exactly number of armed personnel may be hard to calculate, but on average 800 000 military personnel + any civilian workers, also additionaly 1 million men in the home guard that only fight in local arias, but these are not counted in since they only fight if called upon.
General information: After many hundreds of years with fighting between the two nations they decided to join forces. Now they represent a great force in North Europa. While the former Norway have large incomes in selling oil and fish, former Sweden have large agricultural fields and industry. The four major cities from west to east are Bergen, Oslo, Göteborg and Stockholm. The current capital and center of politic is Oslo. The largest center of trade is currently Bergen wile Stockholm has the largest population.
Political climate: Large differences between the the wealthy Noway and the less wealthy Sweden have caused a hard political debate between those who wants to separate the two nations and those who don't. Also a lot of Internationale factions sees the need for separation of the two nations, especially Finland that have suffered the most during traiding blockades.
