My name is Husaam Udeen Agha, ruler of this Islamic land named Al Ramir. We are a small nation who has stayed out of the international eyes very well, and as much, many of you have not heard of us.

We are, however, looking to become more active in the global spectrum with our nation finally stablized after decades of inner violence, and as such are looking for trading partners. While we are not aligning with nations outside of the Islamic world, we are more than willing to be on a friendly basis with nations outside of Islam, as well as be trading partners.

In the future, as our capital city, Al Ramir, continues its rapid growth and prosparity, we will begin to accept embassies. However, for the time being, only nations of Islam are allowed to have an embassy on our land.

We are looking for various weaponary of sorts - both light and heavy arms, tanks, and naval forces. We are also looking for training on a better mass-production system for our automotive and aircraft industry. Lumber is needed as well. However, since the last civil war, this town has been dying, its population dropping from 800,000 strong to under 1,000 at it's current count. The majority of the buildings have long since been abandoned and it is much more a ghost city than a small but active town.

Very well do you have a large national truck transport industry we could use to create convoys from the seaport to the town? Once the airstrip tarmac is laid we can start using the larger C-5 Galaxy Aircraft for direct heavy equipment convoys. As for our Military trainers I'm sure should your government approve they will be happy to stay and train your pilots for a short time and the F-15E is one of the best highspeed fighters around (we feel much better than the F-16). Though we must warn you we employ men and women equally in all fields including our armed forces so if you require that all our pilots be male then you will have to let us know ahead of time.
We do have a number of trucking companies, none of them large. However, we can have it arranged that a number of this companies transport the needed equipment.

As mass construction has now been steady for a year and the city is being steadily built along with the airport we would like to place a small military base next to the city to protect it should it come under-attack from foreign aggressors. Since it is regarded as sovereign Animarnia land our citizens have the right of protection from our military forces.

We would also like to inform you that we will soon be constructing a maglev mass transit system underground as a public transportation service and an above ground monorail service. This will start to draw more power from your national grid but we will pay for the amount of electricity the city uses to your government. We would also like start construction of high-speed maglev rail links to nearby cities. We believe this would greatly benefit trade and tourism between our two nations and cultures.

This military base must remain small - a total of 200 armed forces total and only five aircraft if you build any sort of airstrip. We also would require that it be used to defend the entire city, should ANY of the claims be struck at.

We would also require that, should our nation come under attack, they would be used to help defend Al Ramir.

If this is acceptably by you, then yes, you may build this base.

As for your transit system, since you would be paying for the extra usage at market price, we see no problem with this as we will put that money towards a new plant.

Sir, I dare say that 200 men against ANY attack of large magnitude such as an invasion would be a slaughter and since your national army is currently unable to provide protection of our citizens that means that we must protect our own. It is one of the principle foundations of the Royal Defence Forces. We Assure you if we had any plans to invade your country it would take a lot more than a single Regiment to supplant your people short of using Tactical nuclear weaponry an adorent and unacceptable option to us on a first strike basis.

Further more with the help our nation has given your people we would have thought we had earned some trust with your government? Obviously not it would seem. Perhaps in future we should reflect your level of trust with our level of further investment.
