President Tobias Grey tapped his fingers gently on the oak table as he smoked what passed for a cigarette ration. The Morocco War was barely his prime concern. Nonetheless he had summoned the parties to him, he had better meet them. He wasn’t expecting everybody to accept a ceasefire and show up. That could allow Hataria to divide its enemies on the battlefield and in the diplomatic theatre. Whether the Imperial Republic had the finesse for such a course of action was another matter altogether.

Chancellor Sullivan could see what the President was thinking; Hataria was a nation that built empires by seizing things and blasting things away. The Farminans knew there was more than one way to build an empire. Perhaps Hataria would come to the same conclusion.

A light meal had been prepared for the guests as well as a tour of Verica and the White Palace before the conference. The tour had intentionally passed by a district hit by Messian bombing, children’s toys lying scattered and burnt across the road. That image was meant to remain in the representative’s head.

It was time. Tobias Grey stubbed out his cigarette and stood up for his guests. The President of Farmina was short with a massive girth covered in an expensive suit that yelled ‘IMPORTANT’. A short beard and mustache hung off his face.

Behind each delegations position was their national flag, so there was no way they could sit in the wrong spot or next to the wrong person. The mediation delegation alone consisted of four people (Tobias Grey, Phillip Sullivan, Erin Karvok and Jarrod Quin). Some of the seats would be empty. Some people tended to be deliberately late. Others were looking for peace in the battlefield.

“Open the doors,” ordered Sullivan, “The representatives shall take their seats.”

Lord Governor Baker sauntered in through the doorway, wearing a crisp gray Prussian military uniform, perfectly pressed and fitting. Following him where the intimidating Schutzstaffel Body Guards who followed him wherever he went. They were armed with FAMAS Rifles, and P8 Pistols in a side holster beneath their black uniforms.


He removed the leather gloves which he wore and placed them within a hip pocket, and also removed his Wanderjarian Black sheep wool hat, which had in its center the emblazoned symbol of Wanderjar, The Red Star.

"Good day!" He spoke to the Farminian Officials. He was a young man of only twenty-eight, which went into his favor many times as he was viewed to be young and vigorous. "I am quite pleased to have a seat in this council."

For The Peace Talks at Farmina, Princess Galaxia was to go with Grand Shogun Nadia. They were comeing on a C-160 made for such.

All the while, the movements of Targets Golf and November would be watched by the Grenzschutzgruppe-9. Hidden by their FFW suits, they would watch, and if any weakness was shown by the enemy, they would strike without warning. Without mercy.

No guards or weapons inside the Conference Hall. That was the rule and the Farminans were enforcing it thoroughly. The Conference Hall by itself was a fortress, and like all visitors to the White Palace, the incoming diplomats were under the protection of the Republic first and foremost. Should anything happen to its guests, the Democratic Republic of Farmina was prepared to pay in blood.

“Lord Governor Baker,” said Chancellor Phillip Sullivan by way of greeting.

“Greetings,” said Tobias Grey, giving a quick handshake.

“Princess Galaxia and Grand Shogun Nadia,” added Sullivan.

“A true pleasure,” said Tobias Grey, putting out his hand for two more quick shakes.

Enters Ambassador Blubble. A somewhat chubby little Blub wearing glasses on his eyestalks and a suit jacket and tie. The tie clip has a tiny little Blub Empire flag insignia on it. He has no bodyguards, and simply moves to a seat and takes it, flipping open a notepad and setting a video/audio recorder on the table with a tentacle.

The little Blub's eyes blinked owlishly across the table at Lord Governor Baker before he nodded solemnly and then to President Tobias Grey.

Hatarians are not known for being diplomatic, being a war like people whos main God in Hatarian Myth was Rangaikaiga, God of War and Blood.


But Nadia wasn't like other Hatarians, even though she now was raiseing two kids that were in fact the True Rulers of Hataria and The Death of Her friend and The Twins Mother, Empress Serena, Nadia was less war like, unlike Grand General Asuka.

but The best at being Diplomatic was Princess Galaxia, First in Line to the Dragon Throne of Hataria and behind that nice face wad a Monster of Diplomaticy and tricks.

When Coming here, she felt like they were being watched. She soon said "Are you sure me and Nadia are save?"

The Farminans had given every assurance to Princess Galaxia she would be safe, and to back their words deployed a squad of Tobias Grey’s own bodyguards to watch over her.

As Ambassador Blubble entered the Conference Hall, Chancellor Sullivan along with several other Farminans, couldn’t help but stare. Tobias Grey kept a perfect pokerface but was not completely comfortable with this thing in his home.

“Greetings Ambassador Blubble,” said Tobias Grey, “I hope that we have been able to accommodate your…needs.”

For some reason the Blub made Tobias Grey think of seafood, which caused him to suddenly feel hungry. Turning his mind from food, which was in short supply in Farmina, “We shall wait a few more minutes for the others to powder their noses and do up their ties. Once we have a couple more, we will hear an opening statement from the Hatarian delegation.”

The Blub Ambassador graced President Grey with a big smile. He spoke English, with a squeaky voice. "I am fine, thank you for your hospitality. I am also instructed to inform you that the Blub Colonial Government is providing five billion pennies (Equivilent of a dollar) in aid to your nation. Further, our Red Cross would like to ship several thousand tons of food, medical supplies and bottled water in relief to your nation." Blinking again, he opened up his notebook and took out the official transfer papers, which he passed to the President.

The Hatarians soon gave their Demands

(1): All Allied Troops, even Special Forces, must leave Morocco at once

(2): That The allied nations must Regconnese Hatarian Ownership of Morocco as a Hatarian Territory.

(3): Xharn and Asgarnieu WILL pay $4,000,000,000,000 to The Imperial Republic of Hataria for The Next 2,000 Years.

(4): The Nation of Xharn must Give up The War Crimaials (Their Rulers and The Crew of the Sub that Sank The Passenger Liner Empress) to The Hatarians for a Trail and to face The Punishment of DEATH BY BEHEADING.

(5): The Blubs Must Resend their Declaration of War and sing a Non Aggression Pact with Hataria.

The nation of Hataria is a wasteland, we wonder why the allied forces who are attempting to save the sovereign nation of Greater Morocco even attempt to mediate peace with the Hatarians. We suggest politely that the Hatarians cease their little unrealistic demands at once.

The Hatarians use of non-agresion pacts is laughable, they offered a pact to the nation of Questers, a Clandonian ally and then they threatened to declare war. The Hatarians respectly, are retards and therefore should be culled in the billions that occupy the vile nation. If the Clandonian government was not occupied with the current war against EVIL who are made of similar nations like Hataria then we would have sent forces to defend Greater Morocco.

Finally we ask that the Wandejarians, an ally of Clandonia think rationally and just destroy Hataria once and for all.

The Axis Novan ambassador, which had arrived last and been sitting quietly at the end of the table until now, clears his throat and rises. He had brought no bodyguards at all with him; whether this means Axis Nova trusts that no one will be foolish enough to harm one of it's ambassadors or it is a simple display of bravado, none can say.

"Let us not be hasty here, and look at a rather inconvenient fact that many of you are ignoring: the nation of Asgarnieu not only attempted a nuclear first strike on Hataria, but also fired orbital artillery at civilian targets, whereas, the only things Hataria has targeted in this war are military targets."

Turning to survey the other ambassadors at the table, the Axis Novan ambassador's face makes a distasteful moue.

"One wonders what most of you are doing here, really. The vast majority of your nations are in no way involved in the current conflict, and from your statements, would prefer to expand and accelerate it rather than bring it to a peaceful close. A rather poor display for a peace conference."

Soichirio Kazuo has arrived in the peace talks- while Demon 666 currently has no part to play, the signs are growing of open support to the anti-Hatarian side, as Tenarius had ordered diplomatic relations severed with the Hatarians.

Kazuo arrived, exchanged formal cordialities with the Wanderjarian camp, and then paused to look at the Hatarian terms.
A slight twitch developed in his mouth as he politely excused himself to the restrooms.
Five minutes later, a Farminan guard who had also headed in there wondered what all the laughter in that one stall was about.

Princess Galaxia thought something was up with Demon 666 entering the talks. In short, She Smelt a Rat at work.

It was only last year when Hataria almost Defeated Demon 666 in The Ryu no Shogun War in Asia till Dephie and AMF forced Hataria to end that War.

Now that Demon 666 was here, Galaxia knew what they wanted....

Revenege

It was Hataria who Took Japan, only to give it back to them. If the War continued, Hataria would have won.

Now it was here that The Hatarians would end it in Hatarian Victory on The Diplomatic Front.

Claudio entered the building, carrying a small suitcase, which contained several pens, a small audio/visual recorder, and sheafs of note paper.

"I apologize for my tardiness," he said ah he entered. "It is inexecusable." He nodded politely to each of the representatives. "I'm here to represent Aesonic interests."

The rather small man smiled, displaying a mouth full of very white teeth, which had been filed to points, in the tradition of a rather odd group in Old Aeson. He was the last of that group, and one of the most important officials in the New Aesonic government, though the paper trail on him was almost nonexistant.

The legendary Asgarnian Diplomat General Cameron O'Donnel walked into the room.

He was dressed in a very neat, pressed black suit. He wore a red tie that accented his good looks.

He sat down at the table. He turned his head towards each of the diplomats and government leaders at the table.

He saw the Hatarian representatives. An unbelievable amount of rage came over him, but was suppressed within seconds. There was no room to mess up a perfectly good diplomatic event.

He waited to be acknowledged...

The Grand Ambassador Gerald Nomato and his entourage of ten Death Korps legionnaires entered the room. The Grand Ambassador looked at his ally’s representatives and the Hatarian representatives. Gerald Nomato quickly took a seat and tried to avoid his rivals while trying to stay near his country’s allies.

It was to show insecurity and give the Hatarians the feeling that the Xharnians were weakening in their resolve to fight. The Ambassador hoped they would read him as weak and timid….


The Death Korps however made no signs of weakness. They were dressed in their dark uniforms with their gas masks and seemed to show no emotion. These elite soldiers of Xharn were raised from infancy to fight and die for the Fatherland and the Union. They had been bred for war and defending their people from the hated Imperialist foreigners like Hataria. They seemed to give the Hatarians a faceless stare watching them with cold disinterest.

OOC: Just to be absolutely clear, no guards or weapons are permitted in the Conference Hall, other than Farminans.

IC: “Thank you for the kind and unnecessary gift,” said Tobias to the thing that was apparently an ambassador.

Phillip Sullivan rambled off the names of the new entrants and Tobias Grey bade them all greeting. The Hatarian demands appeared on the monitors around the rooms for the guests to read. Tobias Grey suspected the demands were an opening bluff; but he couldn’t be sure. He didn’t imagine the other nations would agree; but the Hatarians hadn’t made their demands so ridiculous as to be impossible or harsh.

President Grey looked to the Xharn and Asgarian delegations which had been seated next to each other. “We have heard the opening statement from Hataria,” said Tobias Grey calmly, “Let us hear the opening statement from the Xharn and…”

For a moment the President made an uncharacteristic stumble, trying to recollect the correct adjective to describe the delegation that had been given second rank status, “…Asgarian delegations.”

The Dominion has arrived at the Mediation Conference a little late, but they were there. And it wasn’t Lord Paris as he was busy with his pregnant wife. The person that walked in looked the Devil himself in the flesh with his black duster and black cowboy hat on his head. The person’s head was looking down as he entered into the room, his face hidden by his hat.

Everybody would maybe thinking two words, but they would soon find out they were wrong with that. The man (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/MasonDaniel.jpg) took his hat off and show his face. A blonde haired man, not the brown haired Count as the uniform told everybody.

He looked at President Grey first and said in a Eastern European voice “I’m sorry for being late. Had to deal with a few things like body guards wanting to follow me here. I told them that they weren’t needed in your home.”

"Mr. President and the others, my name is Sir Mason Daniels from the Dominion." he adds.

He then walked pass the others at the conference and to his seat. He then began to read over what happen during the time before he arrived.

"Thank you, sir." O'Donnel said. "I believe that it is only common courtesy to have Xharn speak first, yes?"

O'Donnel wanted to hear more before he said anything.

Baker stood and spoke clearly, directly to the Chairman, "I first of all wish to thank the Farminan Government for doing the noble deed of holding these negotiations. I ensure you that you have my infinite respect, and I am certain that you shall remain in good ties with us for years to come." Then, turning to Empress Galaxia, he said, "However, I cannot say the same for certain people among us. The Hatarian prospects of us withdrawing from Morocco? No. Hell no."

"I shall accept nothing other than full Hatarian surrender. The Hatarians must remove all assets from Morocco immediately, or I assure you that I shall hear no other recommendation. I shall remove them personally, using the entire Wehrmacht, and I assure you all, the pathetic forces of the Hatarians are no match for mine." Growing darker, he pointed at Galaxia, "You know, we used to have good relations. I used to think well of your Government as you had done no harm by me, but rather supported my actions. However, seeing your Government do many of the dispicable things which you have endeavored in, through the past months, I must say I do not believe you deserve to be in the presence of the good natured people who are surrounding you from other nations. You're sniveling, childish people deserve to be destroyed. My feelings are only amplified by the cowardly attack made against Asgarnieu, and its people. Killing military personnel when at war is one thing, however the killing of Civillians? That is unacceptable."

Continuing after allowing his words to sink in on the others around him, "My ultimatum to you is to withdraw. Do the right thing and gain some meager respect from a community which thinks...no...despises you."

OOC: Keep in mind Hataria, I have no issue with you out of characterly. I'm just over dramatic when it comes to writing. ;)

Galaxia soon stood up and started talking. "You Blame us for Civilian Deaths while Asgarnieu killed 23,000 Hatarian Civilains Before we launched our Attack! Ask Axis Nova about it. and You Blame us for the deaths of Childen while 129 Childern died when a Xharnian Sub Torpedoed a PASSENGER Liner that was unarmed! Look at your selves, Nothing more then Animals who want Blood for things Hataria did in the Past. You are Animals and will be Animals in the eyes of The Hatarian Gods and in the eyes of The world."

"Galaxia, we ask how and when we killed 23,000 of your citizens, as we have no recollection of such things. Please clarify this matter. We are in total agreement with the Wandarjarian representative. We expect nothing less than total withdrawl from the African continent. They have no business there, nor in China, Japan, or anywhere else for that matter. They are a blemish on the world. Please excuse the outburst. We have extremely strong feelings about this issue. First, we send a small peace-keeping contingient to Morocco to prevent war crimes, and when the word spread that the Allied forces were launching an attack, we sought out to defeat Hatarian armor. The Hatarians attacked, as expected, but with 300 submarines. The attack threatened peace-keeping forces in the area, and our forces used nuclear depth charges. Our mission was to prevent war crimes, protect the allied fleet, and secure Asgarnian interests in the area. We have a territory in North Africa. To ensure there would be no invasion into our lands, we protected ourselves. On the matters of the GodRod attack, we feel that the Hatarians were overly cowardly. They killed at least 17,000 civilians, and more are dying from secondary effects, like the collapse of buildings, burns, infection, and such. It was a purely terrorist attack."

The little green Blub's eyestalks retracted somewhat as the yelling began. He frowned a little, scribbing notes with a tentacle wrapped around a thick pencil. Yelling isn't very dignified for negotiations. Hataria should have sent a competent representitive.

The eyes blinked owlishly several times, turning first to look down the table at the other representitives, then to the Hatarian representitive again. Another tentacle tip tapped on the table thoughtfully.

"Ms. Nadia, I suggest that you calm yourself, lest you make yourself look like even more like that of a fool. Our attacks were precise, on ships, shipyards, and government structures. The "civilians" you speak of were government workers, in shipyards and governement buildings. You see, we do not indiscriminantly attack with GodRods, unlike yourselves. And you call us barbarians! We understand the power of the weapons. Before you blame us for killing "civilians", just think of it this way: we were putting them out of their misery. Oh, by the way, your citizens will be ready to pick up within a few weeks."

Grand Ambassador Gerald Nomato stayed out of the bickering between his allies and the Hatarians. The Grand Ambassador stood up and in a formal diplomatic voice said, “The Totalitarian Military Union of Xharn would first of all like to thank the Farminan government for holding these peace talks. The Union would also like to add in its defense that no such sub was sent into the pacific let alone the Sea of Japan. The Union’s naval power is limited mostly to the Irathrian seas and in the Atlantic defending the coast of Morocco. The Grand National Navy of Xharn has made a unified call to all wolf pack submarine squads. They all report that we have had no contact with Hatarians in their home seas. The Union would thus like to challenge the Hatarian claim of Xharnian activity leading to the sinking of the passenger liner in question.”

Gerald Nomato took a breath and added, “We have publicly denied all allegations against us in this matter. We have thus come to the conclusion that the Hatarians have used this incident to declare war upon our Fatherland. The Hatarians seem to have not learned anything about our history. We have been invaded before by superior enemies and have bloodied them. We shall never fall to outside pressure and we will fight to the death to preserve our people’s freedom from Hatarian Imperialism.”

Gerald glared at the Hatarian representatives and continued, “We in the Union have sworn by treaty to protect the people of Morocco from all Imperialist powers. The Hatarians have twice tried to invade this poor nation and enslave the local populace. His Exalted Excellency, Patron Joseph Stormberg decided to help these people and preserve their independence. We mobilized several expeditionary forces to occupy the border and some of the main cities to help police the country and keep the Hatarians out. The Empress of Hataria has not gotten the message to stay out and has now sent her newly equipped military to attack this peaceful people and enslave them. The Totalitarian Military Union of Xharn will not stand for this and we now come to our demands.”


The Xharnian ambassador sat back down and finally said the demands as stated by his superiors in the Central Military Command. It was given full authority of the Grand National Unity party and thus was orchestrated by the Patron himself…


Gerald said in a stern voice, “The Union demands the following:

1. We demand that all Hatarian forces pull out of Morocco and recognize its independence as a sovereign nation.

2. We demand that the Hatarians perform a joint investigation with Xharnian authorities into the supposed deaths caused by the sinking of the questionable passenger liner.

3. We demand that the Hatarians and their allies pay annual reparations to the nations of Xharn and Asgarnieu for severe damage caused by their aggressive warmongering.

4. We demand that you hand over all Hatarian commanders that were in involved in the Morocco campaign. These commanders will face a international tribunal for crimes against humanity.

5. We demand that Axis Nova cease their aggressive actions against Xharnian forces and our allies. They must also agree to immediate cease fire between all involved parties.”

The Axis Novan ambassador opens his briefcase, the click cutting through the arguments.

"Enough."

Pulling several documents out, he places them on the table.

"Here is the ballistic reports on the orbital artillery attack on the Hatarian capital. Axis Nova maintains a policy of tracking armed satellites where at all possible-- we missed some of the Asgarnieuian satellites, unfortunately, which is why their attack succeeded at all. Fortunately for the august nation of Hataria, we WERE tracking the Asgarnieu nuclear missile satellite. Debris recovered from the destroyed warheads and satellite confirms the nuclear warheads aboard of Asgarnieuian origin."

Placing another one on the table, he continues.

"I advise the esteemed ambassador from Asgarnieu to restrain himself. Unneccesary histrionics solve nothing and will only inflame tempers."

Continuing, the ambassador adjusts his glasses.

"We currently have no information on this passenger liner attack, and thus will not present an opinion until more evidence is gathered."

Placing a final document on the table, the ambassador closes his briefcase, with a click.

"With regards to your demands, they are categorically rejected. The nations of Xharn and Asgarnieu hold no territory in the nation of Morocco. No reparations shall be paid, considering the attempted nuclear attack by your coalition and your respective nations' inability to present a compelling reason we should do so. No Axis Novan forces will agree to any cease fires or any other concessions until such time as Asgarnieu explains it's attempted nuclear first strike and orbital artillery strike against Hataria's capital to our satisfaction. This is the position of my government."

The Axis Novan ambassador opens his briefcase, the click cutting through the arguments.

"Enough."

Pulling several documents out, he places them on the table.

"Here is the ballistic reports on the orbital artillery attack on the Hatarian capital. Axis Nova maintains a policy of tracking armed satellites where at all possible-- we missed some of the Asgarnieuian satellites, unfortunately, which is why their attack succeeded at all. Fortunately for the august nation of Hataria, we WERE tracking the Asgarnieu nuclear missile satellite. Debris recovered from the destroyed warheads and satellite confirms the nuclear warheads aboard of Asgarnieuian origin."

Placing another one on the table, he continues.

"I advise the esteemed ambassador from Asgarnieu to restrain himself. Unneccesary histrionics solve nothing and will only inflame tempers."

Continuing, the ambassador adjusts his glasses.

"We currently have no information on this passenger liner attack, and thus will not present an opinion until more evidence is gathered."

Placing a final document on the table, the ambassador closes his briefcase, with a click.

"With regards to your demands, they are categorically rejected. The nations of Xharn and Asgarnieu hold no territory in the nation of Morocco. No reparations shall be paid, considering the attempted nuclear attack by your coalition and your respective nations' inability to present a compelling reason we should do so. No Axis Novan forces will agree to any cease fires or any other concessions until such time as Asgarnieu explains it's attempted nuclear first strike and orbital artillery strike against Hataria's capital to our satisfaction. This is the position of my government."

"I Agree with our ally." Galaxia said.

The little Blub looked back and forth between the two making arguments, then lifted a tentacle hesitantly for permission to speak. A moment later, he spoke up, "I believe Mr. Baker is making the point that the specific targeting of one hardpoint, which no doubt - with Hataria's immense paranoia and willing to spend billions of dollars while their people starve - had bunkers beneath and other saftey features, is far different than indescriminate bombardment of a city. It is Hataria which choose to build its capital structure near to civilian targets. In effect, if we outlawed any targeting of military objectives that are near civilians, I believe we would see an upsurge of SAMs built into children's playgrounds."

"The difference is that the attack on Hataria was specific targeted against a military hardpoint using a weapon required to penetrate. Hataria's attack was a firebombing of a city indescriminately."

The green one blinked shyly, then looked down to his notes again.

A brief transmission was sent to those attending the conference concerning Hataria's actions in Morocco, as Freekish officials did not feel the need to attend the meeting.

There will be no negotiations concerning Hataria's aggression towards Morocco, a sovereign territory that we of Automagfreek have defended once already. We will not let our actions in defending this nation from Hataria in the past be in vain by allowing them to annex them now, and we are willing to use force to drive them from Morocco's shores and eject them from Africa itself to deny them footholds from which to launch future campaigns of aggression.

Hataria will either comply or face the wrath of the Freekish war machine once more, except this time we will not stop, and our vengeance will not be restricted to their African holdings. There will be no time table. Hatarian forces will withdraw immediately or face the greusome deaths that await them.

The debate over the legitimacy of the Hatarian strike on the Asgarian capital raged. Tobias Grey didn’t see the problem with the attack; war meant smashing the enemy flat, not just soldiers but also industry, governments and sometimes entire cities. People claimed that civilians did not ask for war thus were an illegitimate target; but Tobias Grey had never found a soldier who wanted to go to war. It was governments that asked for war. And surely the Hatarians attacked the capital because it was the seat of government. It was the opinion of the mediation team that the entire debate led nowhere.

Tobias Grey decided the best solution was to throw a spanner in the works, “If Hataria’s strike on the Asgarian capital causes concern because it hit civilian as well as government targets, the Democratic Republic of Farmina is willing to help upgrade Hatarian guidance systems.”

The President thought that might upset several delegates, but he hoped it might move them from an abstract debate of morality to actually negotiating.

"I will attempt to restrain myself, thank you. Now, if you all look at the attack by our MLS-5 Attack Satellite, you will realize that we DID NOT fire nuclear arms. The MLS-5 is a multi-purpose satellite, capable of using cameras, high-explosive weaponry, and nuclear arms. We fired ONLY high-explosive ammunition due to the sensitive issue of killing Civilians. We believe against the senseless killing of civilians who have done no wrong, unlike the people of Axis Nova and Hataria. Their techniques are barbaric, and totally unacceptable."

"Also, we do not want reparations from Hataria. Perhaps they should feed their people with that money. We still have a few demands:"

Sir Daniels, a young man but the man who would take over form Lord Paris if he retired, listens to each side and writes down everything that was happening in the room. People yelling and whatever esle was going on. He wrote ever word that flew out of these people’s mouth. Some words were smart and other words were dumb to say at peace talks.

He watched the actions of both sides from the yelling of the Hataria Princess to the calm speak from the Grand Ambassador. He watched every move in the room like a wolf looking at it’s prey.

But he stay out of it as he wasn’t here to talk, he was there to watch. If President Grey wanted him to add in on the talks, he would ask him.

OOC: Observer status is allowed to make constructive comments. They are lower down the priority list when it comes to who gets to speak (barely important in a forum environment). Observers are also chucked out readily if they even look like making a ruckus.

The mediation delegation was well aware the negotiations could easily become contradiction. Argument wasn’t necessarily a bad thing (it was certainly better than shooting) as long as was controlled and aimed at constructive matters as opposed to destructive ones. Bartering could wait while the facts as everyone was them were hammered out. Phillip Sullivan waited the demands Asgarnieu to be put up on one of the conference room screens before commenting in his calm and aged voice, “I would caution Hataria against excessive demands; it is apparent to the Democratic Republic that it is not the most powerful force at this table. That said, I now address the advocates of an independent Morocco, Hataria is not powerless and has shown herself quite capable of defending herself and causing harm to her enemies.

Furthermore, there is no functioning authority over Morocco. Any new government will be weak, Morocco threatened by internal anarchy and an ever watchful Hataria. It is the opinion of the Farminan Department of Foreign Relations that this will force Morocco to become practically a protectorate, even if not officially. Regardless of if the defenders of Morocco proclaim to defend the independence of the nation; I doubt whether it can ever be truly the same again.”

Now Chancellor Sullivan and the mediation team waited for both sides used the Farminan analysis of the situation.

"Your misrepresentations will do you no good, Ambassador. A satellite armed with both nuclear and conventional weapons is rather foolish, for one cannot tell whether anything deployed from it is nuclear or high explosive, thus, ANY launch must be treated as if it were a nuclear launch. Indeed, given the radioactive materials recovered from the wreckage and from two of the intercepted missiles, you must excuse us for not immediately taking you at your word on the subject."

Claudio spoke up for the first time since entering the room.

"Quite understandable that you would hesitate to take them at their word. Less understandable that, that being said, you expect us to take you at yours. You claim that radioactive material has been recovered, but as only your own nation, and that of Hataria, neither exactly an objective party, are the only ones that can confirm that, your claim has little more strength to it."

He turned to the Chancellor, "Esteemed Chancellor," he began, "If I understand the gist of your argument, it is that, as Hataria has invaded Morocco and placed it in a position where it is no longer capable of governing itself, they should be allowed to govern it for them? In any case, my government stands ready to commit however much aid is necessary to Morocco, to restore order and to bring it to a point where it is once again capable of defending and governing itself."

Turning to the Aeson ambassador, the Axis Novan ambassador replies.

"Ambassador, the recovered wreckage is currently stored at our orbital natural resource satellite. You may send an examination team if you wish-- the signatures on the fissionables are really quite clear. The wreckage is intact in the state we recovered it in, except for a small chunk removed from the physics package of one of the missiles for analysis."

The Clandonian delegation burst through the doors, always causing a stir as Clandonians did. They carried briefcases, leading the group with several officials dressed in uniform from the Clandonian air force's Space Command area.

'Sorry to interrupt and we apologise for the lateness. We have some material that the delegates would be interested to see, James and Olivia please distribute the photos.'

The two other officers of a lower rank of Wing Commander compared to the General who went by the name of General Adrian Kapour. The pair gave out the print outs.

Now if you look at the others you will see areas of deserted ground, if your look carefully there are large piles of bodies and some sort of burning going on.'

Taking a sip from his hip flask,

'Now these pictures have been confirmed by Clandonian satellite photographic experts to indicate that the burning seems to be that of human bodies. The other objects appear to be units from the Hatarian armed forces. In short my government of The Heavily Armed Empire of Clandonia Prime accuses the nation of Hataria of committing war crimes against the Moroccan people on the scale of extermination. I urge the nations of this delegation to press for action if you do not want to see more pictures of these on your home countries media resources.'

The Axis Novan ambassador turns to the Clandonian... official..., with a distasteful look on his face.

"Your nation is not part of the ongoing conflicts and has a history of distorting the facts where Hataria is concerned. This does not involve you. Please leave immediately."

"The Hatarians also wish to point out that Clandonia has lied more then any Nation on Earth, even Kraven is better at Spying on Nations then Clandonia." You’re not in Axis Nova and can’t demand people leave immediately from these talks. That’s up to our host, President Grey, to kick people out of these talks.” he said, his tone as calm as ever.

“As of now, Clandonia has changed from what it used to be. We have those Havenites to thank for that. The Dominion did turn our backs on them because the Count got tired of defeating them for their actions.” adds Sir Daniels.

Adjusting his shirt and jacket.

"My Name in Cody. I am the Head General in the Rotten Bacon Millitary. We have been watching the situation very closely. I would like to thank Farmia for granting me to join the meeting at such short notice. I would also like to say that Hataria's demands are over the top and beyond ethical logic. Maby a trillion dollars over 2000 years but not a trillion dollars for 2000 years. what request is that we all agree to leave this table with nothing more than we had to start with. we leave Moroco were is lies and have nobody owe money to anybody else. this way it is a win win. Thank you."
He than sat down to listen to the debate

That said, I would also like to advise both the Clandonians and the Hatarians to refrain from making baseless accusations. We are all civilizied people here, and I hope we can act like it."

He paused for a moment, and then turned towards Commander Cody. "Leaving Morocco in the grip of these oppressive imperialists is not at this time deemed an acceptable solution by my government."

Nadia soon got up and walked to The Clandonian envoy and smiled, Before Smashing their Table to Bits barehanded.

Once the president had stormed out, he turned to Chancellor Sullivan and said, still calmly, "I apologize for the misunderstanding. The fault was mine. I also apologize if any insult was given. As the crazy person began to smash up furniture, the little Blub ambassador looked up and down the table in confusion. Being a Blub, he wasn't too well-versed in human ways. He held up his notebook to ward off a large splinter that flew past his eyestalks. Blinking through his glasses, he peered about. "Is this .. typical?"

He lifted a tentacle, and delicately flicked a splinter off his area of the table with the tip of the tentacle.

The Asgarnian Diplomat General rose, brushing off his suit, now soiled by the wood fragments from the childish show of "force" by Nadia.

"Nadia, restrain yourself. You do nothing but make yourself look less intelligent." He stated calmly. "It is ironic that you say that your forces do not 'don't kill people like Cows or Hatarphants'. I would like you to say that to the families of the Asgarnian civilians killed in Balkan City, after your cowardly attack. You are a hipocrite. You also have no purpose in being at these mediations if you are going to lie and brag about your ethics. Now seat yourself and calm down, before you do something you regret..."

The Asgarnian Diplomat General rose, brushing off his suit, now soiled by the wood fragments from the childish show of "force" by Nadia.

Sullivan ignored the continuing debate over ethics (ethics had little role in international diplomacy, unlike more important factors such as power). Then, he winked at the Hatarian delegation. "Princess Nadia, I am most honored to meet you. I have expected this meeting for a long, long while." – he bowed, and kissed Nadia's hand gallantly.

Finally Kazansky walked over to the Xharnian delegate, and bellowed:

"Mark my words well. I will not have you forcing a nation's hand into 'investigations' of something where the truth remains completely clear for us all. I will not have you trying to brush the death of civilians under a carpet."

"I believe you're the sort that thinks ethics don't matter. Only power does. Well, let me talk to you in words a weasel like you can understand. Allanea has at her disposal twenty million ground troops. Allanea has an immense Air Force, Army, and Navy. We have destroyed entire civilizations over less then this – there's a reason why people call me the Butcher of Yurka, the Butcher of Zenti, the Butcher of New Dornalia. Mind, I deny responsibility for these things… but what if I'm lying?"

Chancellor Sullivan had quite clear orders from Tobias Grey, if someone was disruptive, throw them out as undiplomatically as possible. He stood up and pointed at the new entrant, “Samuel, William; go and take the disruptive Allanean out of this room, hold him underwater for about thirty seconds then bring him back. Don’t give our guest a towel either.”

The guards by the names of Samuel and William grabbed Kazansky by the shoulders trying to push him towards the door.

“And Mister Disruptive Allanean, if you feel so inclined as to complain, I won’t have you temporarily thrown out of the hall; I’ll have you permanently thrown out of the nation.”

Regardless of their efforts, the Farminians would find it difficult to latch on to the Allanean President – he moved, only slightly, almost unnoticeably, and the bodyguards moved past him. Then, they tried to move him again – and he did not budge. The entire procedure took maybe a few seconds – without any visible violent movement on Kazansky's behalf. Then, as if changing his mind, he proceeded with the guards right to the water tub.

As he realized what would take place, he moved briskly again, his clothes tearing – and yet, he was freed again – only to willingly thrust his head underwater, and remain in this position for a scarily long time.

After that, he raised his head and shook it like a dog, spraying water everywhere.

Then, he removed his torn jacket and shirt and returned to the hall.

Grand Ambassador Gerald Nomato had just received a huge tongue lashing from the Allanean President. Gerald’s face burned beat red from this barbaric outburst and he was barely able to hear the man’s offer. The Grand Ambassador had to have one of his aides’ hold him back from charging at the vagabond that called himself a president.

The Xharnian diplomat had been through years of training and it was only this training that kept him from physically attacking this instigator. The Grand Ambassador finally managed to calm down and watched as the Allanean instigator was taken away from the conference. The Grand Ambassador spent the time to clear his mind and think about his predicament. The only hope for Morocco would be if Xharn’s military integrity held and that did not seem likely with Allanea threatening the situation. The sight of President Kazansky coming back into the room brought a brooding glare from the Grand Ambassador.

He then responded with cool calculation to President Kazansky’s offer, “I believe you are mistaken sir, The Totalitarian Military Union of Xharn would suffer humiliation, if we agreed to your demands. We would suffer a loss of personal pride and honor if we threw away the freedom of the Moroccans. We would look like cowards and weaklings to every nation state watching this situation. We are under treaty to defend this country from the Hatarian threat that has twice attempted to ravage their country.”

The Grand Ambassador took a long breathe and added, “You want us to apologize for an act of terror we did not commit? The Totalitarian Military Union of Xharn has never ordered or sent a submarine into the Sea of Japan or even in the pacific. We have only had military naval activity in the Atlantic and Irathrian seas. We have officially denied any and all allegations and accusations of Xharnian involvement. We have even offered to help find these pirates to prove our innocence.”

The Grand Ambassador sat back down and began to look for his cigar. He was having a nicotine fit and needed to get a smoke break soon….

Claudio sighed as the outbursts continued. He finally spoke up.

If I was the Hatarian delegate I would quit now and forgot about Greater Morocco before more nations are involved.'

OOC: I don't understand the practice of sending your national leader or even a highly ranked official in your government to something like this anyways. Axis Nova doesn't care about this all that much except with regards to supporting Hataria's position, which is why some no-name bureaucrat in an expensive suit was sent. The Dominion can’t do it because we are linked to two nations in the war for Morocco and have bad past with the Hatarian Empire and a few of their allies.” he said in a collected tone.

Then this peace talks turned back into the big top as the Allanean big mouth came in acting like he had drank twenty cases of Red Bull. He watched him walk around and talk down to the Clandonian by saying they were over the foot of the Sovereign League. He listened to the man call Nadia a princess, at else Mason knew her real title. Then to make it hundred worst, the Allanean President threaten the Xharnian Grand Ambassador that they do what he says or they will be war. The Allanean President needs to learn what goes on at a bloody peace talks.

Mason smiled as the big mouth was taken out of the room by two guards. That’s what he gets. he to himself in his mind. He continued on watching…and saw that the Grand Ambassador was looking from something. Being a smart man, he knew what the man need after having to deal with loud mouth fool. A bloody smoke He pulled a cigar from his jacket packet, on the label was the Black Wolves symbol, a cigar from the Count’s own company.

Mason then got up and walked over to Grand Ambassador Nomato. ”Do you need this to calm yourself?” he asked, holding the cigar to his ally.

Galaxia Smiled and looked at The Clandonians, If they get into Morocco, They would soon be faceing The Hatarian Army and a Fleet ready to kick them out.

"Perhaps once the Hatarians learn English will my government acknowledge their threats. My government has been trusted to evacuate and care for our and the citizens of Questers, if you resist this then we may have to inform His Majesty's government. While we will consider the Allanean's offer to evacuate our citizens we do feel the Hatarians are hiding something, if you are so uneasy to allow neutral forces in, is this to hide the horrendous crimes they have committed?"

"Okay then."

Kazansky raised an iPhone to his ear and said a few words.

"Gentlemen, I just ordered a group of Allanean aircraft to be sent to Morocco. They're carrying Allanean Airborne troops - to assist with humanitarian aid, you see. On their way out, they'll carry Clandonian and Questarian refugees. Does this settle the evacuation question?"

The Clandonian delegate stood, with his briefcase in hand.

"I think we can agree to that seeing as your a Sovereign League ally, the Clandonian fleet will remain in its position before returning to its active state of patrol to protect Clandonian shipping assets in the region. We will stay for the rest of the conference to ensure a peaceful solution is created."

“Correct.” came the only word from the mouth of Sir Daniels. He eyed the Hatarian party and their allies in the room. “The Hatarians are the invaders in this war, not anybody else. They started it by invading a nation that wasn't doing a single thing wrong.”

Cosy cleared his voise and looked to the Hatarian reps and said:

"I would like to make this perfectly clear Nadia. You will not have Morocco. At all. The reason there is stability here is because you thought it would be fun to take over Morocco. The instabily you cause will cause deaths. there will be deaths while under your rule and if we decide to stop you then there will be deaths. but it can stop. all you have to do is leave and let Morocco remain as it has been for so long"

The Blub ambassador was clearly growing bored with the circular talks. His eyes fluttered and closed, and eventually his breathing grew regular. Napping contently.

"None of You Rule Morocco, WE DO." Nadia said. " These Talks are getting nowhere in a Big Hurry. So I ask that Farmia Decide who is the rightful Ruler of Morocco."

That said, a concerted effort could break said grip. The two sides are roughly matched. Therefore peace halfway seems the only plausible option. I suggest we consider the possibility of dividing Morocco up between the powers.”

One eye slowly opened. The little Blub gave a squeaky yawn, then tapped the table with one tentacle thoughtfully. Finally he spoke up, "I believe this settles these discussions. Hataria has already violated the cease-fire, and now they state that they will not cease with the warfare until they have annexed Morocco."

The eyestalks turned left and right, eyeballing the various representitives, "This only proves what has already been said about Hataria. They are warmongers. Offering a compromise could have allowed Hataria to wedge its opponents apart. It was too late for that now. The officials of the Democratic Republic were now convinced both sides were still fully prepared to again fight over Morocco. Still the Farmina had surprised some commentators by actually getting everybody to the table, it left the administration with something to brag about.

Then he spoke up yet again, hopefully this time not going ignored by the Hatarian delegate, "Using Hatarian logic... anyone who can present a larger armed force into a country, and has a fleet present, wins by default? Within a few hours Clandonian forces could be in control with the civilian population and your army destroyed by our orbital and air force, now do you see what we are saying here? The Clandonian navy is significantly bigger than your forces in Morocco, your fleet would be decimated if we deployed our Khan missiles."

He looked at the Axis Novans. "Well, considering what we just saw, and the fact that I've just recieved confirmation that Hatarian satellites launched a kinetic strike on Blubian targets, I think it's safe to say that they no longer intend to abide by the ceasefire. So the question now, is, will Axis Novan forces at this point resume hostilities, or are you willing to continue discussing this without your colleagues?"

Sir Daniels pulled out his cell-phone out and inputted four digits in the text message screen. It was a message to the Count, who would then send it to his sons, in which means the war was on.

Phillip Sullivan looked depressed, “Since Hataria has unilaterally resumed hostilities, I cannot see any point to us remaining here, unless Axis Nova is still prepared to talk? Let it be known that the Democratic Republic is unimpressed with Hatarian behaviour. I will advise Tobias Grey to review our status in this conflict.”

Ambassador Blubble looked towards Claudio sharply. His eyestalks were furrowed somewhat, showing suprise and shock. "What?" He blurted, seconds before a Blub aid escorted by Farmian guards entered and delivered a sheet of paper to the ambassador. "What?!"

His eyes welled up with tears and he pounded the table with his tentacles, yelling at the door which the Hatarian had left through a few moments earlier, "You cowards!" The Blub aid stepped forward and put a tentacle around his boss, and the two leaned against each other, weeping for the dead.

"Axis Nova's cease fire only extends to the direct participants in the current conflict, and not any kibitzers. A state of open war does not exist between us and anyone here other than Xharn and Asgarnieu."

The word left unspoken, which is obvious to read on the ambassador's face, is "Yet". Given the poor behaviour of the representatives of the various governments here (especially those of the Clandonian official), the report the ambassador will be giving to the government will no doubt be an interesting read.

"The cease-fire shall remain in place until 24 hours after the end of this meeting, at least as far as Axis Novan forces are concerned. After that time, be aware that a radius extending five hundred kilometers from the coast of Morocco will be designated a free fire zone for any non-allied naval vessels."

EXECUTE SHOOTDOWN PLAN ON HATARIAN DIPLOMATIC AIRCRAFT

As this was prepared a B-74 Shadowcaster on patrol moved out from the low levels of space, slowed down its scramjet's and loaded up a large Sea Wolf missile, and began preparations to launch on the Hatarian jet. The aim to kill their leaders now, to try and shorten the war.

The pilot of the jet immediately has his threat warning sensors go nuts; it seems he's being targeted by something big and nasty, given his position near the edge of the atmosphere, it is likely to be a component of the Axis Novan SDI system.

"We would like to say we are appalled at the Hatarian actions against the Blub, deliberatly targeting civilian assets with orbital weaponry. Having seen the pictures of the destruction we are disgusted that the Axis Novanian's even contemplate alligence with such people like Hataria. We offer the Blub aid for the damage the Hatarian war mongers have dealt onto the civilians, I can assure you now that if my country enters war I will personally instruct Clandonian pilots to be as ruthless as possible against the Hatarians."

"And thus is the further hypocrisy of Clandonia Prime revealed. Civilian deaths matter-- so long as those deaths are not Hatarian. That seems to be the general attitude of your nation."

The Blub glared through his tears at the Axian Novaian (?) representitive. "And where are your protests over the orbital bombardment targeted on our city?! You have high and mighty words for condemning talks from opponents, yet you have no comment to actions taken by your little friend Hataria?"

cody said "perhaps it would be best for all who are working aginst Hataria to remain here and organise a joint effort. i will remain here but i will be sending troops in under another general. i will go into morocco unless you all advise another plan. i fi have other nations accompying me i will invaid the Hataria it'eslf."

Cody then made orders for 500,000 men to start moving towards Hataria these teams would show the greatest formation in rotten bacon history, being able to work in groups no smaller than nine. these men would be sent through the black island to three different points on the shore line. there Operation: Hatairan take down would begin.

in the main land rotten bacon was preparing for the predictable counter attack. turrets around the country were being set to eliminate any satilites that passed over head. Turrets would start from the borders of what the turrets could locate and commence fire on anything that entered it's line of sight. if a satilite entered a turrets line of site then the turrets would fire upon it until it was lost. given the accuracy of the turrets Hataria would have trouble attacking the main land with god rods. also senties were activated on the coast line to stop boats from entering the waters. With good Hopes this would be very effecint.
