We can offer space to build an embassy in our capital in Yamoussoukro, in return for space to build an embassy in your capital. The National Empire of Patagonia shall establish relations with The Republic of Cortellen. Ever since the end of the Great War, we lost contact with the former United States and mostly ignored North America when the Second American Civil War broke out.
