The beautiful paradise city of Al Ramir, home to one million of Al Ramir's growing population, lay along the warm, sandy coast of the Mediterranean sea (OOC: location ref - near the Lybian/Egyptian border, around 100 miles west.) Inside the city stands Allah Palace, home to Al Ramir's mighty ruler and savior, Husaam Udeen Agha.

Husaam Udeen Agha, as a child, had been raised in slavery, and had seen first hand both of his parents along with his older brother, executed during these grave times. By only the age of 11, he and his seven year old brother remained, striving to survive.

At the age of 13, Husaam Udeen and his younger brother managed to escape the slavery camp they had been raised in, soon being taken in by a wealthy family to raise them as their own.

However, it was just years later when another bloody civil war - the previous one in which ended with hundreds of thousands enslaved and millions dead - erupted. Within days, the family estate had been struck and overrun by hundreds of freed slaves, and while this family in particular held none, they were wealthy and of the oppressing minority.

Husaam Udeen and his younger brother, Ali, both took up arms fleeing to what was then just a small coastal town named Al Ramir. With eight hundred others, they built a small wall in which to defend the town against seige. For months, it withstood, and indeed prospered with thousands of war-weary men, women, and children entering this town for new life.

It was then that Husaam Udeen began gaining popularity with people inside this town, eventually leading it in war to fight back. Eight years after the civil war had begun, it ended with millions more dead, and a new view on life.

Husaam Udeen, at the age of 26 years old, had risen into the ranks of leadership, having lead a fight back, conquering and reuniting the country under one nation and one flag: Al Ramir.

Now, at the age of 38 and with the nation of Al Ramir and its flagship city growing and prospering, he has begun to groom his two sons, eight year old Allah and six year old Humam to take over when he, himself, grew old and frail.

However, at this time, he knew Allah himself called upon Husaam Udeen and the great Islam nation of Al Ramir to begin making connections with other nations of Allah.

As such, the coastal city of Al Ramir extends its arms openly to all nations of Allah in friendship and trade.

Yes, that is acceptable. A nation of mostly Islamic population is a friend of ours!

We have nothing at all against any religion. We have no problem with befriending nations of other faiths. However, for this time, we are looking for aligning only with nations whose population and, preferably, the government as well, who are of the Islamic faith.

We are, however, more that welcome to opening friendly relations and trade with your nation.

Husaam Udeen demands you cease your threats, as they will not be taken kindly to. Just as a measure of security, however, we are now going to mobilize a portion of our military to be ready for a possible hostile strike at us.
