OOC: This is just a guide book of how my nation responds to terrorism and is not meant for IC responses or knowledge, though OOC communication is appropriate.

IC: Response to Smaller Bombings:

In the event of an internal terrorist group attack the terrorists are to be found, murdered, families imprisoned, and all traces of them eliminated.

In the event external terrorist group attacking soldiers are to be sent to kill those involved and to dismantle the group inside the country and all around the world to the maximum extent.

Large Attack Response:

Internal groups are to be found, eliminated, families terminated, assets seized, and communities pacified.

External groups are to be executed and their bodies displayed in communities as examples and their communities are to be terrorized by special forces to coerce them into submission.

Assassinations:

Internal groups are be to decimated to a point where they are unable to function.

External groups are to face death of all those responsible.

Revolt:

Internal groups are to be arrested and sentenced to death, by trial, to death for treason.

External groups are to suffer by torture and murders so as to punish them for their actions inside the Empire.

Chemical/Biological Attacks:

Internal groups are to be face death, their friends are to vanish, and families to be destroyed.

External groups are to have their communities occupied, they are to imprisoned, and all they love to vanish from the face of the Earth.

Nuclear Attacks:

Internal groups are to be killed, all they know burned, all they love to be lost forever.

Kidnapping;

Imperial Guardsmen are to hunt down internal groups and save the victims at all costs.

External groups are to face arrest, death, and those taken to be rescued.

Force Organization:

Eyes: These forces are the ones who identify terrorist group and their members. As well, they do background checks on all people and are also responsible for keeping track of all targets.

Gatherers: These are the elite trained soldiers who are responsible for abducting terrorists in order to bring them either trial or interrogation.

Minds: These are handpicked officers who manage the operations and analyze the proper course of action to take when they are no orders from their commanders.

Stretchers: These people are the ones responsible for the disposal of prisoners and interrogation and/or torture of suspects.

Guards: They are responsible for eliminating terror suspects in the Empire and protecting important persons form terrorists.

Nightmares: Responsibility to terrorize the communities of terrorists and to the dirty work of disposing of those associated with terrorists.

Hunters: The people whose responsibility is to deal with terrorists, discreetly, outside the Empire’s borders.

Overlords: The few people who are charge of entire organization and whose orders only come from the Emperor.
