24 facilities will be constructed, mainly Construction, Electronics and Chemicals. We will not be constucting any arms facilities for the possible danger of leaking important weapons information, although in the future we may consider the creation of a small arms plant.

The Arch of Tinraya is not to have the final stone placed until the government officialy declares the economic crisis over. ICCD would be willing to purchase land for development of privately owned infrastructure, with potential local jobs, depending on the land available for purchase and development. This could be a substancial bulk influx of funds on sale of real estate, as well as provide some net future income on utilization of the devveloped land for economic purposes. Foreign aid is generally restricted for allied states, although we are willing to invest by purchasing local businesses and property for development, or purchasing any export products that are being sold at a low cost. Crafts and cultural items, and luxury items are major imports into ICCD. We can also supply oil or petrochemical products at relatively low cost. In establishing some of our green industries in your country we can extend the advatages of both our countries.

Hdgcfcf offers to build nuclear power plants in Vontanas, only if all materials produced are shipped back to Hdgcfcf.
