I would not like any replies to this. You can send a T'gram to my nation Havvy if you have an issue, or meet me on some other forum if you can find me. Anyways, I shall start off the factbook.
Short History
The nation, founded seventy one years ago, on January 23rd, 1931, was made from seceding from an unknown nation. Not many people lived there for over 31 years, and it was more like a private island than a country. During 1962 though, free immigration was allowed. It was closed after 10,000,000 people moved to it because of such a huge immigration rate.
After another 36 years, the original leader of the country died, and in his will, made the country a democracy, which lasted six years. A person known as Jerry Sophrone shot the second president and took over during a small civil war (so small it took 2 weeks, and it didn't make international news). Since than, it's only been a month.
There was a small cold war with the nation of Atopiana, but it didn't explode into an all out war due to a dog-pile for the side of Havvy.
Currently, they are developing ADS (Active Denial System)
Havian Dating System
(H.49 Aug. 21st is an example of a Havian day) There are two dating systems in Havvy. Not only does the nation of Havvy follow the BC/AD time system, but it also has the H. system for any laws passed involving the nation of Havvy. It was decided that the first date of H. would be January 1st, during the year Havvy formed (even though it didn't form on January 1st) and each year is equivilant to one earth year. This would make it so that the timeline of Havvy would be easy to understand. The latest known facts about Havvy occured during this time: H.72 May 4th. The nation of Havvy started during 1931, on May 3rd.
Military
As of current roleplay time, Havvy does not have a military. Check back when we send a News Article out by a freelancer.
Economy
Havian-Groznyjian Trade Act (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=513904) - Currently Enacted; We get uranium. They get a base on Havvy. They get free seafood.
