Following the 17th 5 year Plan the Nicksyllvanian Economy was at its peak. Nicksyllvanian was now one of the most Industrialized nations in the World. However as this peak was reach, the Imperial Nicksyllvanian Ministry of Industrial Affairs found that the population simply couldn't consume all that was being made, several hundred facilities were closed down as the continued production of various goods were no longer a justifiable use of the nations dwindling resources, and the Government resorted to hiring workers to simply dig holes in random locations in order to keep the 100% Employment Rate. Seeing the potential Limitations that plaque a State Controlled Economy, Nicksyllvania has henceforth declared itself open to Foreign Corporations in an effort to increase trade, consumption, and employment of its people.

While a controversal move in our mainly State Controlled Economy, our Great nation seeks prosperity and co-operation with other nations that would otherwise be impossible alone.
Our Main goal is to increase the presence of Foreign Corporations and entities with Industrial Facilities in our State, which until now was restricted to a small zone in Nickograd, our Capital. Currently to encourage such investments, the Imperial Nicksyllvanian Ministry of Industrial Affairs will be offering various benefits such as no taxation for the first 2 years, and are offering land, buildings, and some surplus equipment free of charge. Also, Nicksyllvanians pride themselves for their strong work ethic, high standards of Educations, and excellent national Infrastructure.

Maximum wage:
10,000,000 Nicks/yr (1,652,200 USD) Only applies to those within the Empire
Minimum/Maximum Work hours:
12-20 hours/week for Adolescents (Age 12-16)
50-90 hours/week for Adults (Age 17<)
Worker Rights:
Striking legal only after Work hours, in designated areas, otherwise it will be regarded as Communist Insurrection and will be dealt accordingly.
Employers may fire any employee for any reason. Employer will have to be required to pay compsensation for labour hours lost during the relocation of the worker into another facility.
Worker Unions, while legal, may not conduct any independent actions without government consent.
3 weeks of Paid vacation is Standard for Nicksyllvanian Citizens, as well as the 2 national Holidays on Dec. 11 and June 16. 2 week of Paid vacation for Colonial Citizens, no holiday breaks.
Standard age of retirement is 95, no pension plans.
