Yellow Notice
Duchess Shino of Aurora Island was taken by force by the military forces of the United States of Independent Hitmen. Because no shots were fired by Shino, and she refused to go with them, INTERPOL considers this an international kidnapping of a minor (Duchess Shino is under 18 years of Age) She is belived to being held within borders of I.H. however Interpol is still unsure of this. If she is on international waters a universal RED NOTICE may be issued for her captors including the President of I.H. who issued the orders to take Shino.
If you have any information leading to the discovery of Duchess Shino, please inform INTERPOL. A $150,000 REWARD is offerd
