Men in Second Artillery Corps: 200,000

Asian China's strategic nuclear force, referred to as the Second Artillery Corps, has an estimated 200,000 personnel, most of which are in engineering and construction units. Actual missile operators and guards are less than half of the total strength. The missile troops number some 50,000 persons; the technical-equipped force about 20,000; the construction troops some 20,000; the anti-chemical and communication troops 50,000 for each; the training units: some 10,000 persons, and the logistic support troops some 20,000 persons. The rest about 30,000 are guards for the units and the missile launching complexes.

Huangshan, Base 52 / 2 Division

Corresponding Military Region: Nanjing MR

The 80302 Unit, also known as 52 Base, is headquartered in the Huang Shan mountain resort town of Huangshan, Jiangxi province.
It is the Second Artillery’s most important unit for conventional long-range precision strikes against Taiwan. The 52 Base’s most well-known brigade, the 815th, garrisoned in Leping, Jiangxi province, is equipped with the newest addition to the Second Artillery’s inventory, the DF-15. During a wartime situation, the 815th Brigade’s missiles scatter to pre-surveyed launch sites (zhendi) in Fujian province in order to range the entire island of Taiwan. Rail is the usual way of moving missiles from garrison to field deployments.

This facility is headquarters for one of the six Divisions of the Second Artillery Corps. The 80303 Unit, headquartered in the eastern suburbs of Kunming, Yunnan province, has two brigades. One of the brigades, equipped with DF-21s, is located in Chuxiong, approximately 100 kilometers west of Kunming, while the other is located at Jianshui, south of Kunming. Guangyuan, Plant 821
Plutonium reactor and chemical separation plant at Guangyuan [Kuangyuan].
Plutonium production capacity as the Yumen reactor of 300-400 Kg per annum. Guangyuan is centered on a 1,000MW light water graphite reactor [LWGR] fueled with natural Uranium. This reactor is the largest plutonium producing reactor in Asian China, with about twice the power level of the reactor at Jiuquan, and is complemented by Asian China's largest plutonium separation facility.

OOC: I'm done with the majority of the things I was going to include in this fact-thread (except for all the facts about the nuclear fascilities in Asian China).

The thread will be constantly updated when the need arise
