2:11, The African sun bearing down on the ministry and the emperor, were ignored for the more important matters. The Emperor, Iderquin Goynji desired to trade with the richer northern countries, to expand the economy, but there was a problem, Uaegoslavia was landlocked and the only way the coast would to go through unclaimed countries.

There are many ways available to traverse the coastline, but we have a problem" Spoke Iderquin " What we want is, A, A location that will make things easier, B a location that will limit the political matters for crossing owned sea space, A place where we can takeover and advance without making others think we're trying the take over Africa, any suggestions?"

The ministers had different ideas, but only 4 had his attention

"We could conquer Libya, that way we'll only have to get one country and we'll we access to get to the central Europe area" Spoke Minister Ncyuaz

"But what about going through Chad and Cameroon, Then we could have the open pacific with to much hassle" Suggested Minister Opixas

"Or what about asking if we could make a port on the coast with the Commonwealth of Wintrees permission" Said Yarris Vzierc, Iderquins right hand minister

"It would make sense to take over Algeria and morocco, that way we only have to cross a small piece of land to trade on the more western countries of Europe" Said Minister Ados

"All these all good ideas, however the afternoon bears down on us all, I request that we retire and decide the final solution come 4 o'clock"

And with a those words the ministers left to decide on the others plans for action, and the hall fell quiet

4:00, with the passing of the afternoon heat called to final solution, the decision about the 4 tactics said

"Evening gentlemen" Iderquin spoke again, in the same hall with one difference, the large map next to the emperor.

"I have decided, that the best option is Ados plan" he said as he rolled the map down "Now then, statistics how’s the army?

"100'000 strong sir"

"Good, then we'll send 80'000 over the borders, first Algeria, and then morocco" commanded Dequincy

"But wouldn't we have diffeculties with the enemy armies"

"Well it’s not like they're going to roll over and play dead for us, becides, if we can pull this off, the economy will grow and the might of the Uaegoslavian army will be known"

All the ministers had their doubts, but knew what must be done

"Then so be it" Ncyuaz rose to his feet” I’ll contact the Battalion and give the go - ahead, for operation....err"

Iderquin hadn't though of this, but it didn’t take long.

"Operation Deep Sea"

Fort Ahmingwai, Uaegoslaivian militery base, 30 miles from Algriv

"Commander we've been given a military mobilize message from the Neanwek Baxta"

Commander Faustian, leader of the battalion rose to his feet on the words 'Neanwek Baxta' " Baxta? The big house? , what’s the message?"

"Mobilize the armed forces, 80'000 guardsmen, for operation Deep Sea, Commander Faustian is to report to the NB immediately"

"Is that so, alert the forces, ready my jeep, I want to be over to the Baxta as soon as possible"

"Yes sir"

OOC: The total population of the area you currently inhabitate is at this 2.067 million so an army of 500,000 is almost 25% of your total population, which is not at all possible, without your army starving and lacking weapons. Even if you have women in your military an army of this size means that pretty much all able-bodied men and women are in the military.

OOC: Also, since when does anyone have helicopters? Especially African countries. Not to nit pick, but I think you need to get your facts straight.

OOC: Yeah, I was just using this (http://www.populstat.info/populhome.html) website. As for helicopters, you could definitely begin researching them, since the first one produced in large scale was in 1936.

IC:

Fort Ahmingwai

The place was in havoc, the actual organizing of the army was harder then Faustain thought, even though the orders were reasonably simple enough.

Ready 80'000 guardsmen
Take over Algeria
Take over Morocco
Stay in Morocco until the builders can begin building

But it had to be done,

"The army will be ready, are you sure this will work"

The commander stayed silent, deep in thought of something

"Commander?"

"! Oh hello corporal"

"Something wrong?"

“Yes, I just can't shake the feeling that something is wrong, that this will be too easy"

"But the enemy have military too, buts it’s poorly equipped, so it will be a walkover"

"But leaving a small fraction of the army here, we'll be taking a chance; we don't even know the two countries bordering us, for all we know, they might just be waiting to strike at the Emperors throne when the army leaves"

"We'll pull through this, remember Opus revir de enientaur"

"How could I forget that?"

(Note: "Opus revir de enientaur" is Uaego for "Long live the emperor")
