The Ship, The Empress was sailing from Hong Kong to Tokyo carrying 500 Passengers for Panbainia Day (a Holiday celibrateing The Goddess of earth in Hatarian Myth.) when four Torpedoes hit her. of The 500, only 20 have been rescued and The Serach Continues for Surivers and the Sub that Attacked The ship.

I, being among the Highest Admirals of this my Cotenshirick fleet, am deeply appalled at the horrendous cowardice of the sinking of this vessel by submarines. If one is to sink a vessel or other such ship, it should be a ship that can fire back, and the attacker should be on the surface where he can be seen. It is the breakdown of such noble rules of engagement that has made today's warfare so treacherous. Be it known that should this submarine be apprehended in waters of our patrol, the fiends shall be dealt with appropriately.

The commander of the ship sat back in his chair. Admiral Kiyo read the report and chuckled.

"Only a Hatarian cruise liner could manage to get sunk by a submarine."
