Greetings,
This is to all defense contractors or suppliers who might be interested in submitting a bid to supply the Kingdom of Altanar with needed equipment and weapons for its military forces. We are specifically interested in package deals to refit our current military equipment.
We are primarily interested in building a strong and effective force for our national defense, rather than offensive operations abroad. As long as we can properly protect our airspace, borders and national waters, that is all we need for now. As our defense budget increases, we will be looking to build an offensive capability, and if our initial deals prove satisfactory, would be willing to provide the winning bidder with those contracts as well.
