Rules of Business:
1) These forces are for first come first serve basis only.
2) Once a Unit has been dispatched they will not be called back until their term of service is over, or the conflict they are involved with ends.
3) All units may be recalled with out notice if We Buy It Inc. holdings come under attack or we do not receive our payments on time.
4) The Armed Capitalist Republic of The Silver Sky is not responsible for anything that the units under the control of the Hostile Takeover Inc. may do. If you have problems with the units, please contact the HT Inc., not the Skyian government.
5) There may not be HT Inc. units on more then 1 side of any conflict.
6) HT Inc. units are not for sale, only for hire.
7) Amount of units may increase as sales increase.
8) Should mission, once overviewed by HT Inc. Commanders, look too much like a suicide mission, the contract may be denied, or once on a contract, it maybe canceled/ignored.
9) Cost for each dead soldier is $200,000, however, if amount of soldiers dead after mission completion is less then 10% of deployed forces, the fees shall be waived.
10) Payments shall be made monthly.
11) Hostile Takeover Unuits may not be used in any capacity against nations to The Silver Sky, or against We Buy It Inc/Hostile Takeover Inc. Forces, or nations with those corporations in them.

ICCD will allow you to establish an office in the port district of Lacus Prae. Training grounds will have to be located elsewhere, perhaps an island in the North West Isles. Lacus Prae is a very large city while there are a number of essentially barren islands, but heavy weapons usages will have to be restricted to non endangering to the local ecologies of any island your training site is located on. The other issue is recruiting of Domestic Dians. While foreign residing Dians are fair game should they have severed their citizenship rights, Domestic Dians would also be required to sever their citizenship rights, or they would still be obligated to selective service recalls and the annual civil recall requirements.

If you would like to locate recruiting areas elses where in ICCD that can be arranged at the local level; however Lacus Prae is the #1 recruit spot for foreign residents as per the Dian Foreign Legion, so we think you may have some success there, not to mentioned otherwise disenfranchized or mercenary seeking Dian Expats. Althouhg in general our military pay rate is very high so competing against the Dian Military may be issued unless your payrate is high for experienced soilders. Also we suggest you bring defensive weapons for use at your offices, since Lacus Prae and other Dian urban centers have no restrictions on conventional arms carry and lethal force would not be called rare. Use of heavy training equipment,morars, machine guns etc.. is best kept to the training site you choose if so. A special relationship can be formed with the Navy in the particular area you choose. Note that deeding/leaasing of land for use will only be applicable for as long as it is an interest bearing enterprise and a counter offer exceedng your benifits is not tendered.

AEROSPACE LOGISTICS CORPORATION

Greetings. Well, to explain, what our company is, I'll start with some historical information.
The lands now colloquially known as Vault 10 used to belong to various countries, more populated than now. However, the excessive territory, filled with mountains, rivers, deserts and thick forests, was always a problem for the transport. Before The War, the infrastructure of thousands of bridges, tunnels and highways at immense expense allowed the vehicles to travel across the land. Even then many questioned whether it was worth the cost.

When The War ended in a nuclear exchange, the infrastructure was wiped out, and fallout from nuclear industries filled the land, making most areas simply impractical to build there. The nations would be lost forever, if not for the Vaults Project. As the war escalation became evident, five millions of the most valuable people - scientists, naval architects and aerospace engineers, pilots who weren't involved in the war, best electronics engineers and programmers, most skilled craftsmen, and others were transferred deep underground, into the facilities protected against everything.
Once the Vaults opened, they required ground communications to create the industries. The original approach of building vehicles with extreme off-road capabilities looked promising, but the surface wasn't as lifeless as Vault dwellers expected. While creatures could be defended against, the criminal gangs soon started to routinely intercept the cargoes, and the civil war became more and more intensive, fueled by the weapons found in looted ruins.

But the Vaults Project didn't select the best people for nothing, and trillions spend on Vaults' equipment weren't wasted. The Vaults rebuilt aircraft production, and soon, with other powers having nothing to oppose their rapidly growing air force, the civil war ended in domination of the Vaults. No longer needed for the war, factories started to produce thousands of transport aircraft, which replaced the land transport. Even the NCR Automotive Corporation, holding technologies for best off-road vehicles, soon couldn't compete with the air transport. To prevent another civil war, a company from Vault number ten initiated the Aerospace Logistics Corporation, which soon absorbed most aerospace industries and airlines. With the immense economy of scale, transport became even cheaper than before The War, and the economy raised to the highest level.

Currently, Aerospace Logistics Corporation owns many companies, and concentrates most of the military power of the nation, named after the Vault where ALC was founded. As the people refused any new government and businesses took more power, ALC came to offer services commercially.

Today Aerospace Logistics operates millions of aircraft and thousands of ships, both civilian and military purposes. The Nonconsensual Delivery Department was separated out to handle special deliveries which usually led to recipient's elimination. Besides internal security, NDD has been hired to participate in multiple wars - the Hostess Incident, the First Hatarian Invasion in Morocco, the Congo Conflict, GSMDP defense against SG attack, Counter-Nazi covert strike, the Headmed Operation, and, recently, was the first power to enter the Iragian War, every time successfully performing the mission, be it a small strike or full-scale warfare, and, while dealing many billions of damage, has experienced very few pilot losses.

The source of Aerospace Logistics power lies, of course, in the unique conditions of Vault lands. Lacking land transport, the people purchase planes, conveniently mass-produced by ALC. Pilot training starts from school, but today even the first-graders usually know how to hold the stick and throttle. This provides us with selection of a hundred million to choose pilots from, and with practical display of their performance. Being a professional military pilot is what most children dream about, and our training programs make these dreams come true for those who have the abilities. With such system, it's no surprise that our pilots come victorious of almost anything - we don't miss a single talent, and waste no time, training them right from the childhood.


Our services can be offered in two ways. First, we can, like your company does, just rent our forces for service, under our control or control of the customer, if he is trusted enough. Second, more usually for us, our forces can assist locally, bringing the power of our corporation's region presence together for localized strikes. This would be most effective when acting cooperatively.
For both of this, we can either offer forces independently or work together with you, for a fair share of payment. Our forces may be either under ours or under your control, as we trust your company enough. While, unfortunately yet not surprisingly, we lack capabilities in land army, the power of our corporation, combined with land forces of others, can not only defeat the opposition, but establish the domination.

Equipment orders are always available as well. In particular, we are most advanced in avionics, but have also a number of upgraded and newly developed aircraft to offer; some are published in the World's Air Forces. We'll offer a fair discount, between 5 and 25 percent, depending on exact item and cost of its manufacture, for instance, particularly lowering costs of avionics.


And, of course, we are open for other ways of collaboration. We have many aces who could work in more difficult situations, and we as well could form mixed divisions. In particularly, we also invite you to participate in the development of the Integrated Control Suite, a universal scalable system to control aircraft, ships and land units. ICS development involves recording all visual, IR, radar and other data received by every vehicle, to be processed by machine learning capable supercomputers. The system aims to develop effective automated target recognition and semi-automated control, to greatly reduce crew workload, while improving efficiency. This will require equipping all vehicles with additional sensors and data recording systems; the results of data processing will be available to the participants for use in the ICS. With a large-scale international and intercorporate effort, spread over entire militaries, the data will be sufficient for developing a system far exceeding conventional laboratory-born ones. This is an option, but we're sure the profits will far outweigh the investments required.

While all that is one side, on the other, our services are in no way limited to combat. Aerospace Logistics transports many millions tons of cargo and tens of millions of passengers daily - and, wherever normal forces resort to naval deployment, we can airlift entire divisions and armies exactly where and when they are needed.

Kahanistanian President Nadia Sklenova pored over a huge military dossier on her desk. According to it, the government wanted an army of three million, and an army and air force of one million each, the air force to be very support intensive to support high quality aircraft, and the navy to rely mainly on smaller combatants to repel invasions rather than mount them.

The air force and navy were still being rebuilt - a large order of Praetonian warships had been placed but had yet to be filled, and the government was still debating over who to purchase aircraft from. Doomingsland, Mekugi, and Questers were out for ideological reasons, Skyian aircraft were too expensive, too many generals blamed their defeat on "inferior" Kriegzimmer aircraft (and even without their input, DPR for the best missiles was a pipe dream and importing them was prohibitively expensive for a sustained war) and many alleged that DMG planes violated the laws of physics. Aequatian aircraft were good, but Kahanistan had just ordered a load of infantry gear from them and didn't want to get too many types of weapons from one supplier - the Nationalists had been making noise about dependence on other nations.

The Government of Kahanistan wishes to hire four divisions of heavy warfare units to assist in the training of one million soldiers over the next four months. This should be a very low-risk contract, as we do not plan to fight any wars under this administration.

In the interests of obtaining a discount for future contracts (we wish to have our navy and air force trained when our naval orders are filled and we can decide on a supplier for our air force) we ask Hostile Takeover, Inc. to establish a training centre in New Masada, the capital of Kahanistan.
