IC: Lord Halthor (http://img141.imageshack.us/img141/5627/lordhalthorit8.png), a High Kolvokian Lord of the First Rank, hereby announces his intention to seek a second bride. He has, after careful discussion with his first wife, and in accordance with the Kolvokian polygamy laws, decided that a second wife would enhance his family.

Lord Halthor seeks a strong, independent woman, who absolutely must have the following qualities-

Not be repulsed by his appearance,
Be able to cope with his having two wives,
Must be older than seventeen years old, and younger than forty-five.

He should prefer that she comes from a house of some nobility, though this is not vital.

While I am only a dutchess by title

OOC: Heh. She's selling herself short, I presume. Duchess is one of the higher noble ranks, generally reserved for relatives of royalty in most monarchies; in some cases actually being the monarchs of small countries (Duchies) and various princes (The Duke of Edinburgh, for example, is the husband of the Queen of England).

But because titles of nobility aren't allowed except as figure heads or in the case of the Royal Family. One can be named a Duchess (Or Dutchess As spelled in Aqua Anu) (just like in the RL U.K. one can be named Sir or Dame when achiving knighthood) but they have no real poltical power unless they are part of the Royal Parliment, or of course the Royal Family.
