After the souring of most of Cortellen's diplomatic relations, Cortellen sunk into a time of diplomatic isolationism. We are seeking to end that with the starting of a new diplomatic relations program. And maybe talks of a new alliance.

We wish to keep the same "friendly" status with Cortellen.

Countries desiring to send diplomats will be allowed assmuing they follow these guidelines.

1. Three (3) Ambassators maximum.
2. Ten (10) staff per ambassator maximum.
3. Four (4) cars per ambassator maximum.
4. Five (5) bodyguards armed with only side arms of the .40 caliber or lower per ambassator maximum.
5. Twenty (20) members of the country's military for use as a sacurity force that never leaves the Embassy armed with semi automatic rifles maximum.
6. One (1) private jet allowed.
7. One (1) helocopter per ambassator allowed.

Each Ambassator will be allocated a house in Sylvan Downs and each staff member will be allocated an apartment.

We wish to keep the same "friendly" status with Cortellen.

We are glad at this and will continue to consider Laquasa Isle a friend of Cortellen.

The Aliastor Military Force Contracting Agency (AMFCA) is interested in openning airbases for our use along with manufacturing plants in your nation. We require the following for our facilities. Please note that the Airbase will serve as diplomatic ground for Aliastor-Cortellen relations.

1) An airbase with one runway of atleast 15,000 ft for our private use
2) 2 Square Miles ajacent to the Airbase for Hangers
3) A biulding of 10,000 square feet or more on the Airbase for diplomatic purposes
4) A Factory style biulding atleast 3 stories tall, 1,000 ft long and 800 ft wide within 4 miles of the air base with a connecting taxi way
5) Barracks or similar biuldings within 2 miles of the airbase that can house up to 800 troops

If these facilities arn't available we then need a area of mostly flat land 5 miles by 4 miles square on which we can biuld the required facilities.

In compensation for these we are willing to offer 10 Million USD upon delivery of said requirments, along with a 2% royalies for all Units perchased from this airbase. You will also receive preferential treatment from the unit stationed there with a 4% price reduction.

Locals will be allowed to work at the facilities at your minimum wage, but Aliastor Nationals will be shipped in due to the sensative nature of some of the events that will take place on the air base. The Aliastor Nationals will be payed standered wages for Aliastor (Minimum being 3.56 USD per hour), if this is a problem we are willing to negotiate.

We are a socialist nation and therefore have no minimum wage. Everyone who has a job works for the state and is given what they need by the state. That being said we will not allow the barracks, and if you wish to be allowed an airbase we are going to need a lot more money and lots of assurances that the base in question will not be used for anything that may negitivly effect the nation of Cortellen.

We would like to station a single Unit which consists of the following:

2 Dragonbird Low-Earth-Orbit Superbombers
16 AA-27 Escort Fighters
1 Dragonbird Low-Earth-Orbit Heavy Transport
800 Highly trained paratroops
8 AG-28 Ground Attack Planes

This unit would be for the solo purpose of mercinary action. Although who we deal with ouside of your nation is our own buisness, we will promise that the unit stationed at the single base will not be used against your nation. As a further offering, we also offer the unit to be used, free of charge, in the defense of the region/state/province of your nation in which the base is.

The Factory we wish to assemble would be for the purpose of creating more Dragonbird Bombers and Transports, which will be used in other parts of the world. The Dragonbirds and AA-27 Escorts fly high enough as not to affect your local air traffic. The AG-28s will be trained to follow your Air Traffic Laws, and will even speak in your language if you wish.

Finaly, I will also offer to allow your own people to join the Paratroopers, so long as they sign a non-disclosure form and earn a join-citizen ship in Aliastor (which requires 200 USD and a couple letters).

We are immoblie on all rules and regulations we set down because we have learned from a past expirence that if you let one person bend one rule what is to say they won't try to bend or break others or why should you let one person bend a rule while holding everyone else to it? Also nonleathal munitions will not be needed as we will have police forces patrolling the Embassy areas. To Karen Jenkins I have to say I have no clue as I do not run the military nor have any say in it as military and war are not seen as diplomatic relations.

The nation of Havvy has no need to diplomatic embassies in other countries right now, but would wonder if you would rather have a trade agreement. My nation of Havvy collects 1% of all resources to be traded with, with other nations. We currently just sell them to our businesses, but would like to start a trade agreement.
