Hi guys, I'm back :) After a long time of inactivity (my account was also deleted) , I'm back after requesting from the mods to restore my account . I am comming back into nationstates and well I'll be starting anew. I'll be changing my military and diplomatic policies. In the past I used to rely on conquest and sheer size of my navies to crush other opponents, now I have reversed it and am gonna remake my army into a small but fomidable, well trained, well armed, high tech(modernised) and a force to be recokned with.

The Sovereign Empire of Mationbuds under the new rule of Emperor Darth Matter (son of the old Darth Matter who died). The new ruler had decided that the Empire's years of isolation had to come to an end .
A short message was broadcasted on all diplomatic, military and civillian channels:
"This is Emperor Darth Matter the second. My father's policies have been rather unwise and have caused our great empire to fall back instead of expanding and rising. Therefore I wish to extend a hand of apology to all who have suffered under his conquests and invasions. Please do accept my sincere apology."
