Official announcement from the Allanean Government

Allanea's devlopement had always hinged on maintaining a low population density. As such, Allanea wants land. Anywhere will do, as long as the population is not too plentiful – remember, we want to lower our own population density, not increase it.

As such, we are now calling out to all nations on the globe: we want land. Any land that you can give, sell, or trade for old warships is good. Also, if you have any land near you you would like settled – that's good too.

Essentially, though, Allanea will get any land you give us.

You will gain –well, whatever we pay you for the land, and a powerful trading partner and neighbor.

It's an illustrious offer from such a nation as Allanea, and we would be pleased to become your neighbors soon.

OOC: As stated, I want land. OOCly I would like to add that if you're from a region that allows people to claim land without having a nation there gamplay wise, or if you have a continent like Irathria, I'd be pleased if you directed me to your map, and then I could RP a settlement of that land.

The Republic of the Jade Star is willing to make an offer in this regard, although our terms are somewhat...specialized, perhaps. And of course we cannot finalize any dealings until we have secured our independance compleatly from the humanist forces.

There are a number of islands off of the coast, these are indeed densly populated, but the surface of the islands is generally unused. Most of these islands are host to Goblin tribes, who are generally friendly provided nobody offends them (which is quite hard to do, these are Goblins, after all.). Technically these tribes are independant bodies, but after some negotiation, we have secured a deal by which Allanea may purchase everything down to the islands bedrock, exluding any currently existing Goblin tunnels, villages, etc. etc., although the former are quite prolific, the latter are generally quite rare.
All of the islands in question are of a temperate nature, there are eight in total, seven of which are approximatly twenty square miles in size, the eighty being roughly one hundred and ten square miles in size. Two of the seven smaller islands are volcanically active.

What we want is fairly straight forward. Military hardware, ships, tanks, aircraft, ammunition, even direct military assistance would all be most welcomed in our struggle.

You have no doubt realized that transfer of the islands cannot take place immidiatly due to the ongoing war, but you may rest assured that once this unfourtunate conflict has ended, establishing a full legal transfer will be one of the first actions we take.

The red is Elseweyr (IE: Evil human doodz), the green is the Repupublic. The islands I want to sell should be obvious.
