United Commonwealth Embassy Exchange

After years of solitude on the international scene for foreign relations, the United Commonwealth of Delesa opens its doors to international community, and welcomes those who are willing to establish an embassy in the United Commonwealth of Delesa.

There are several options now open to nations requesting an embassy. Including the option to either take a pre-built 5-story high building, which usually commodities all that an embassy needs. Or if you would prefer, there are several empty lots of which nations can either hire a local contractor or one from your own nation to construct your own, although the plans must pass the laws set down by the National Saftey Board, and must be approved by the Commonwealth Government.

As for security, you may send up to a maximum of 30 armed personal secerity guards. The Commonwealth Government is also willing, that if you would rather not send your troops abroad, we are willing to provide up to 15 guards from the local Royal St. Myhre Infantry Regiment. The Embassies are located in near parlement hill, but there are only two roads in and out, of which a concrete wall surrounds the area. The walls are about 10 feet high. Guards are stationed at the gates, and have a road block. To enhace the saftely of being in our nation, we have two marked Federal Police cars patroling, as well as two dog teams at each gate.

I have taken the time to review documents and files in the Majesty's Secret Service(MSS), and the Covert Intellegence Agency(CIA) libraries (your Nswiki), and found your history quite interesting and your government quite acceptable for an exchange, and believe your two nations can surely grow with help from each other and further diplomatic talks. And after passing on your proposal for the Embassy, Prime Minister Lester Geddie and Defence Minister, General Gordan Brigman find your terms acceptable.

As for our embassy in Altanar, Kelly Albore is an exellent diplomat, having scene many places over the years, and has been a great person to show off what the Commonwealth has to offer. She would be joined by 13 other civilians, and 3 C.I.A(Covert Intellengence Agency) operators, and 7 members of the RCA(Royal Commonwealth Army), unknown regiments at this time. As for weapons, C.I.A operators, they would be armed with MP-5s, and assorted pistols, and the regular soldiers with the basic small arms, as well as 2 Military G-Wagons and an armoured limo. Possibly a civilian helicopter.

Greetings. The Republic of the Jade Star is presently extremly interested in establishing diplomatic relations in its efforts to secure its independance. Of course, even the slight contribution of diplomatic recognition is a most welcome event in our present situation.
A slight complication arises in the fact that, at present, establishing embassies within the Republic is not a feat many are willing to undertake due to the blockade, which makes transport into or out of the Republic hazerdous. However, if you are willing to look past this slight bit of impoliteness on our part, we would be pleased to establish an embassy in your nation and grant your nation land once we have secured the waters around the Republic enough to allow free entry and egress.
If you wish, we may also attempt to smuggle your ambassador in, but only with the full understanding on his or her part of the risk entailed in such an operation.
However, putting aside such grim thoughts, I beleive that the honourable Misters Divas Blaithmoore and Wee-Jock Feegle would be pleased to travel to your nation in order to establish relations, as they are already outside of the blockade risk will be minimal to them.

We are glad to here that a nation such as yours, with such problems that result in conplecations at the border is still willing to make diplomatic ties with the nations on the out side, and I would be terribly rude for us to such ignore your request aat these times.

Misters Divas Blaithmoore and Wee-Jock Feegle would be most welcome, and it is good to hear that they will not have to endure such hardships at your border. Quarters are being arrangeed as we speak fir there arrival.

As for ambassadors to your country, I must yield to allow them to attept to pass. As the true terror and problems are not known to me or my repesctive governement, it would not be smart to risk ones life. But to stay on that note, as new ties are starting between our two nations, I would like to offer military and financal support so that the issues can be solved quickly. If it were to be military aid, I am quite sure that an ambassador would be more likey to join any forces going to your nation, and then set up an embassy.

You have no idea how greatful we would be for any support you could provide us in this matter. We are somewhat short on modern firearms, as our only present weapons consist of stocks scavenged from Elsweyrian forces. Any small arms and vehicles you could provide would be put to good use by our forces.
If you could provide specifications for any vehicles it would be of great assistance, as the anatomy of some members of our military can make operation of various vehicles somewhat inconvienient.

As for small arms, we can give you several crates of the Colt Canada C-7 Assult Rifle. These are the main firarm of our regular forces, far superior to the American M-16 models, surpassing it in distance, quality, and weather conditions for which it can be used. Our countries main weapons supplier comes from D4 Industries. Several other models of assult rifles are the AK-74, AK-74, XM8 Lightweight Assault Rifle, HK416 modular assault rifle, SIG SG-550, SG-551, SG-552 and a couple more. As for pistols, various Glock and Berretta pistols are massed produced.

As for vehicles, well it can range from heavy tanks, like the M1 Abrams, or Leopard C2, to light jeeps like the G-Wagon, or Land Rovers. As for hummers, production was ceased due to the fact, better trucks can be found for cheaper price, but some still remain in the Commonwealth Armed Forces.

In terms of free equipment I have asked General Brigman, and he has looking into the stock piles and has found this to be as much in terms of free;

You can research what the the United Commonwealth of Delesa stands for in the national factbook, and find out if the Commonwealth is acceptable to your nations standards.

They will be located in downtown St. Myhre close to parelment, with in walking distance, in Embassy Sector. Each building has a underground parkade, and enough quarters for 75 personal, not including the lead ambassador appointed, which they will have the pent house up on top of the building. As for security, the street will be patrolled by 6 men and 2 dogs at all times(from the Old Guard Regiment), 2 MP(military police) crusiers, and 4 soldiers at each gate at the embassy sector. If the government would like if would be possible to have 2 guards out front of your building. There is also a classified number of unmarked crusiers from the His Majesty's Secret Service(MSS) near by. Also it would be possible to have guards from different countries, but would have to remain on embassy property as long they had weapons. You would have to state the weapon, and how many men.

This is more than we had expected, and our gratitude knows no bounds here. Although transport may prove difficult we have arranged for a number of shipments to be made, there are two boats already in the area which have the capacity to handle the small arms, making four trips in order to avoid putting all of our eggs in a single basket.

It is my pleasure to inform you that we have just finished the construction of a group of structures for the strict use of ambassadors. They have been completely furnished, and are prepared to receive your people.

I have also received some interest from my advisors of perhaps sending one of our people to your nation. Doctor Jacob Clemson, one of our most distinguished scholars and political scientists, has expressed a great deal of enthusiasm.

As for my title, I act more as a figurehead than as a ruler. My ancestors peacefully shifted control from the royal family to the people, and all has remained peaceful and content. However, it is a custom of my family to extensively educate the children, so that they may be prepared to rule should the time call for it.
