Let Freedom Ring- Semi-Open ATTN The Transylvania
The Dominion had recently posted bounties on the Kologkian Liberation Front. This had mixed effects. The first was the protest of the Kologkian Civil Liberties Union, or KCLU which protested the act of 'bounty posting' on the members of the Kologkian Liberation Front.
The second, and slightly more important, effect was that across the nation, men with little scruples trying to make a quick buck attacked complete strangers, and, when succesful, about two hundred random citizens were killed and dragged to Transylvanian military bases to demand the bounty. Claims ranged from them having been caught spraying KLF slogans on walls, to being the supreme KLF commander himself. Except in twenty-three cases, these being of the previous sort, these were patently false. As this progressed, the situation in many places quickly escalated to full scale rioting in the streets of major cities.
In places were riots weren't taking place, many people, whether members of the Kologkian Liberation Front, or just fed up with the Dominion Occupation and yearning for independence, took to the streets shouting 'Freedom for Kologk', 'End the Occupation' and 'Kologkian Independence Now', and bearing similar homemade signs. Organized by KLF lieutenants, although this couldn't be told to the casual observer, as KLF members had no identification, and were known only to otehr KLF members, they took no violent action, merely marching to largest Dominion run building in the city, and standing outside of whatever security perimeters were set up, chanting their slogans and brandishing their signs.
A courier, who identified himself as Jimmy, and said before handing the letter to the (whoever would be most immediately accessible in the Dominion chain of command) that he had no idea who it was from or what it contained, merely having been hired on the street by an average looking man to deliver it immediately, delivered the following message, written on on a simple sheet of computer paper.
"That was a mistake. No good will come of that to anyone. We want to settle this peacefully, for the good of Kologk. What do you want?"
And these were just the obvious effects. Far more insidious, and with far reaching reprucussions, were the meeting that took place in cellars and wilderness, the messages written on paper handed off personally, and then destroyed, or the code phrases whispered in ears on busy streets. Old factions were once again forming, inspired by the early chaos to once again take up arms in the pursuit of whatever cause had earlier inspired their zealotry.
The Kologkian Communist Party. God's Chosen. The Popular Democracy Front. These were but the most major of organizations, long dormant, now beginning to reawaken. Slowly, covertly, old alliances were reforged, weapons were cleaned, and plans were laid.
The Lord Governor sealed himself up in his palace, surrounded by his bodyguards, and dreading for his life, certain that either the revolutionaries would storm the palace, or that the Count would seek to blame him for this new uprising.

Within in the nation of Kologk, the Dominion had build one or two military bases a few miles away from each of the cities. These bases housed from 500 Dominionite soldiers to 2,500 Dominionite soldiers. These bases were the outposts to command bases. The small Dominionite bases have a small runway and four helipads.
The four command bases that are in the north, east, south and west of the island nation. This bases have a large airbase that has four long airfields and many helipads. Each of these four base house 500,000 Dominionite soldiers and if needed, can house up to 1,000,000 Dominionite soldiers. These bases would be dumb to attack as they have an eye on everything for miles around them.
The castle-like towers within each and every city in Kologk was the house of the Dominion’s power in those cities. The only buildings that could be classified as a Dominion building. The towers sat in the center of fourteen acres and had an eighteen foot tall castle like wall around them. There was only two ways in the tower’s land; via the main gate on the perimeter and the helipad. Those ways were the only one that could be seen by the public. Some areas of the castle wall would open to create a fast exit, if need for one.
What does the tower house? The public doesn’t know what they house. These towers house people that know how to handle riots and other things. Dominion Riot Police or known as the Black Snakes within the Dominion and her colonies. These towers also have members of the Crimson Fists, the Dominion’s version of the FBI, CIA and NSA all rapped up in one package. Plus, these towers housed members of the Dominion’s nation-wide SWAT unit, the Death Dealers, and regular Dominion police.
The Dominion held the power in this nation.
As soon as the riots were being called in, the towers became alive with movement. Out of the underground garages came out large white vans with a large black snake on each side with the words 'Dominion Riot Police' under them, each one with fifteen Black Snakes within their belly. Each one in a modified set of Transylvanian body armor that were black and white. Each helmet had a face plate that looked like a snake’s helmet. Each one had non-lethal and lethal weapons on their body.
The vans, which had modified fronts that looked like a snake’s head, moved out of the tower’s land and towards the riots to break them up. Calls were send to the Commonwealth Law Enforcement Agency to aid in breaking the riots up.
At the towers that had Kologkians chanting at them, the Dominion Police officers walking the walls just looked at them like they were fools. The Dominion has only done good for Kologk. This Kologkian Liberation Front was the ones causing the harm. The Dominion has allowed these people to live whatever life they wanted. The Dominion is protecting these lands from unwanted hordes of invaders. The Dominion ended the civil war that raped this land for years.
At the towers, messages were being played. “The Dominion has only done good for you.” or “The Kologkian Liberation Front only wanted to do harm to you.” or “The Kologkian Liberation Front are nothing but terrorists that what blood. They wanted to end the peace in this land.” Messages like those.
The Count was going to do his own hunting from these terrorists scum. He ordered members of the 16th Shadow Foxes and Crimson Fists, to hunt them down in civilians clothes. These soldiers and agents moved out into the darkness of night and started their hunt from the trails leading to the KLF.
In the mix of everything, the Count had ordered the Dominion bases to be ready for anything and everything in the coming days or weeks or months until this problem was handled.
At the same time, the Count was getting a team together back in Pure Europe, the home of the Dominion. He was going in to handle this with a team of his own Black Wolves and others under his command. No good would come from this uprising.
The riots were dealt with reasonably quickly, although not completely painlessly. There was no real direction or zeal behind them, merely a series of street brawls that had gotten out of hand. Faced with an armed, armored, disciplined and trained force, the rioters had quickly disbanded, though not before three or four men had fallen to fists or knives in the melee.
The protestors, on the other hand, showed no signs of disbanding. Rather; as tents were pitched, and nearby residents began arriving carrying large bowls of soup or beans, which were dished out in thermoses that were in suspiciously ready supply; they appeared to be settling in for a prolonged stay around the various towers. They still continued to make no threatening motions.
Throughout the night, there was always one group or another of the protestors standing just outside the gates, brandishing their signs and shouting, although this rotated occasionally, as everyone got some sleep.
***
Meanwhile, a plot hatched by God's Own had began to go into action. A man carrying a message was assaulted in a back alley, and dragged, still struggling, to a Transylvanian station, where he was denounced as a Kologkian Liberation Front member.
He loudly agreed with this, while uttering a stream of curses that would make a sailor blush, directed at his captors, the men he was being turned over to, Transylvanians in general, and the ancestors of those in front of him in particular.

With the riots being handle fast, the damage done during them would be checked out and fixed by the hands of the Dominion. The reason behind this would to better the Dominion in the eyes of the Kologkians. The riots were somewhat caused by the hands of the Count’s bounty posting, but the bounty posting should haven’t really caused them. These people must not be as civil as the Count thought they were.
The protestors can stay all they want, if they want to hear African music for twenty four hours, seven days of the week. They can chant all they want, but the noise of their voices would be killed out by the music. I hope they like some chanting from an African and a lot of drum beating. And maybe wild animal noises some of the time.
----------------------------
On another part of the world, the Count was making sure his team would be good at hunting the members of the KLF. These men would be ones that he could trust with this mission. They would come from his own private army, the Black Wolves. These men would take orders from nobody but their lord and master. These terrorist wouldn’t like what they have started.
At the same time, the Count was meeting with the Grand Marshall of the Dominion Armed Forces, Prince Khaldun. They would thinking up moves that would strike fear into the members of the KLF. Send in some famous Dominion Armed Force commanders to aid in the hunt of the terrorist scum. Like send in General Ronald Dawson, the commander of the 1st Blood Wolves, and Lieutenant General Jaeger McKnight, the commander of the 4th Raptors, both haven’t loss a single battle in their whole lives. The word of them touching foot in Kologk would be enough to get them on their toes and think what to do.
What have the KLF started?
---------------------------
Now about this Kologkian Liberation Front member handed over to Dominion station, well he had to be found to be a member of that group before the money was handed over. The nearest Dominionite told the people that handed him over ‘That they would have to leave their names, if they want the bounty for this man.’
The man was dragged into nearest by two soldiers in brick red and black Transylvanian body armor with the symbol of the 1st Blood Wolves (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/1st.jpg) on their upper right arms.
The man was placed in a room with a chair and table, gray stone looking wall and a large mirror on one side of the room. He was by his self, but being watched by two men on the other side of the one-way mirror. They would just watch him.
The protestors bore the African music in silence, but not forever. A Hellmetal (think death metal, but more so) band, known as Death's Cloak, had thrown their support behind these protestors. At three seperate locations, (all the biggest cities) massive speakers were rolled up, while protestors were issued earplugs and moved to behind the speakers, to avoid the worst of the noise. The decibels were matched exactly to the African music and animal sounds, and then the chants began again, this time amplified far beyond the normal volume of the human voice.
***
The men nodded, left their names, Henry Gerald and George Lynn, incidentally, and left. Both went back to comfortable suburban homes, and ate dinner with comfortable suburban families.
One of the men, however, first left a slip of paper with the secretary saying "Sorry, this must have slipped my mind. He was carrying it when we caught him. Thought it might be important."
The paper read "Bill's. Tonight. Twelve o' clock."
The man in the room, meanwhile, shouted loudly and repeatedly that he demanded to know what he was being charged with, and that he be allowed to see a lawyer.

This is where the power of the Dominion comes into play, the friendly protestors were about to become hostile protestors. In all of the biggest cities, the Death's Cloak‘s music were being played on massive speakers around the Dominion Towers in those cities. It was all okay and good, some of the Dominion Police officers were liking the music and head banging at they walked the castle-like wall.
Here is where it all goes wrong. Dominionites were in the groups of the protestor, been there from the start of it all. These men and women were dressed like the Kologkian protesters. Nobody could tell a Kologkian from a Dominionite. These men and women were going to give the reason to turn the Kologkian Liberation Front into a group of bloodthirsty terrorists like the Count labeled them as.
In each city, the order was given to the ‘Kologkian Liberation Front members’ to raise up the heat. These men and women moved out and drew their weapons out of their coats and pants; mostly pistols and a few sub-machine guns that had their markings filed down. It didn’t matter because the weapons would be cleaned after this.
These men and women yelled out “Kologkian Liberation Front!“, “End the Occupation!” and “Get the Hell out of Kologk!” as they fired at the protecting Dominion Police officers on the castle-like walls. They weren’t aiming at them, but the bullets were hitting in near them. The Dominion Police officers ducked for cover and asked to return fire. Calls were send to the nearby Dominion military bases about the shootings
This action changed everything from peaceful to the shit has hit the fan.
-------------------------------
The paper was handed over to the highest ranking official at the station. They would maybe send somebody to this ‘Bill’s’ place later.
But one thing that was being done was the running of the names of Henry Gerald and George Lynn through the Kologkian database. To see who these people were.
The man in the room wouldn’t like the answer to his question. Through the room’s intercom system came “Because you have been label as a KLF terrorists by Mr. Henry Gerald and Mr. George Lynn. Are you a terrorist scum?” The voice was cold and dark sounding.

The voice of one of the bridge officers cut through the sleep of Captain Sebastian Porter of the Huntingdon. "Captain, we are receiving a transmission from the ground. Routing it to your communications panel."
"Uhh..yes, yes. Confirmed." the Captain said, pressing a button to turn on his computer panel.
The Captain read it a few times, and pressed the communications panel.
"Porter to Bridge. Get us moving, sending coordinates to the navigation. Red alert, arm all weapons."
Porter got up, grumbling that he'd have to leave the relative comfort of the rotating section of the brand-new ship. The shiny spacedy battleship, on it's maiden voyage, had a rotating section for long-term deployments, so the adverse effects of microgravity would not affect the crew. As the ship's thrusters pointed it in the proper direction, they fired briefly, giving the tiniest push to the velocity of the wessel, changing both direction and speed.
As the ship approached the space over Kologk, forward thrusters fired and slowed the ship down, entering geosynchronous orbit over Kologk. The sensors aboard the ship began scouring Kologk for Dominion targets, locking onto the silly looking castle-fortresses, and any other specifically Transylvanian asset within Kologk. Two escort Gorgon class frigates pulled up near the battleship, looking for possibly hostile satellites or other spaceships.

At the sound of the gunshots, the crowd scattered. Being arrested, or even killed, as protestors was one thing. Killed as terrorists? Oddly different.
A short while later, on a major news network, on the doorstep of which a package had just arrived...
"The identity of the shooters is not yet known, and no groups have claimed responsibility. We just sent a request to the Transylvanian government asking for comment."
***
The background check on the two wouldn't turn up much. Yes, they had fought in the Kologkian Civil War, but that was hardly news. The faction they fought in wasn't entirely clear, but it was believed to be religiously motivated.
***
"Hell no," replied the man. "But I am a member of the KLF. Now, you got the guts to face me when you speak to me, or you just gonna sit on your asses and talk through a speaker at me?"

The paper read 'Cow jumps the moon last night. Cheese milk bread cigars.'

Meanwhile, at the largest Kologkian airport, a man prepared to go to Wanderjar with his family. His reason was stated as 'To make sure we're all safe until this shit dies down.' The shooters did aim to miss their brothers and sisters, but a few rounds hit the Dominion Police officers on the wall. Shooting in that close of range, the shooters had some control over their firearms. The people hit by the run-away bullets were hit in their arms or shoulders, nothing that would kill them.
As the people ran from the area around the towers of the Dominion, the shooters took off as the Dominion Police officers got their order to return fire at the shooters. The officers drew their side arms and got ready to return fire, but the shot off gun fire had died down. That was a good thing.
The wounded officers were picked up and taken to their tower’s medical floor, which had everything needed for the care of the people in the towers. They could care for a broken nose to a heart attack.
-------------------
The package, which looked more like bomb on the doorsteps, wasn’t taken into the building. A bomb squad, from the city’s tower, was called in to pick it up. The team did their job and found out the package wasn’t a bomb and took to their tower.
The package then arrived in the lab of the Crimson Fist within that tower.
-------------------
A few hours later, the news of the wounded police officers was send to all news stations, all newspapers, and all radio stations in Kologk. But that wasn’t all, there was a message from the Minister of State about this whole uprising within Kologk.
-------------------
People of Kologk, as you all know, I was placed as the Minister of State by the Lord Marshall. I’m not an elected Kologkian or even a Kologkian. My job is to make sure that the Lord Governor, the one you all elected into the position, did what was best for the nation and it’s people.
I want every Kologkian to think back before the Dominion arrived in Kologk. We arrived to find a third-world, war-torn nation and did what was best for the nation’s people. Yes, there was that deal between a nut job of one of the warring faction and the Lord Marshall, but it was done to safe this war-torn nation form destroying itself.
The Dominion ended the civil war with losses on both sides then turn Kologk into what it is now. The damage done had been rebuilt. Kologk became a colony of the Dominion. It’s people elected the Lord Governor into his position, the Dominion didn’t place him in control.
Now, to talk about the Kologkian Liberation Front and their actions. First off, they hacked into the network and took a message that was send to the Kologkian Lord Governor form the Lord Marshall. They had to hack into a network to get that message, in which is a crime. Each member will be charged with that crime, even if they didn’t do it. Secondly, these group that wants peace send a message back to the Lord Marshall saying that ‘The Lord Governor was out of chain of command.’ I still don’t know how he is out of the chain of command as the KLF said. I know they didn’t do bodily harm because I didn’t get a report from him or his guards. Lastly, the KLF are not the ones whom want peace. If they want peace, they should have not declared that the Kologkian Lord Governor was out of the chain of command. If they wanted peace, they should have taken this to the table and talked out. The labeling of the KLF as a group of terrorists is because they will only create havoc for Kologk.
Early tonight, unknown shooters attack Dominion Police at their towers within the biggest cities in Kologk. As reported, there were wounded officers form the gunfire. As of now, we don’t know whom ordered this attack. It could have been the KLF or maybe it was radical faction that did it. We are checking into it and any news will be report at a later date.
Speaking of radical factions, I will be placing something that nobody will like in this message. As of now, all air travel to and from Kologk has been shut down. As this time, messages have been send to each airport in Kologk, both small and large, that they will be shut down until order to reopen and to call all planes back to Kologk that were send out in the last few hours. They will be fine fifteen million, if they don’t follow this order.
Only planes that come from the Dominion will be allowed to come to Kologk as we will know whom is own those planes.
All ships coming to and from will be search by members of the Dominion Navy and Kologkian Coast Guards to make sure they don’t house member of radical factions. These searches will began now.
The reason for this order is that the Dominion doesn’t get blame from supporting terrorists, if member of the racial faction get out of the nation.
Lastly, I want to leave this message with a short sentence. Think of the losses of friends and families during the Kologkian civil war and what happened after it.
Signed,
Keith Grove
The Minister of State of Kologk
-------------------
Back at the room with the handed over KLF member, the room was quiet for a few minutes then the voice came back through the speakers. “You asked a question and we told you that answer. Just be a good little boy and we will talk to you in face in a little bit.”
-------------------
Back in the Dominion, the Count was ready to get his plans rolling. He was going to send in General Dawson and Lieutenant General McKnight into the nation. During their arrive at one of the four command bases in Kologk, papers of their number of winnig battles would somehow move across the Kologkian underground to be read by every faction. They would see that they wouldn’t be messing with pushovers as the two commanders haven’t loss single battle in their military life.
The rest of the Count’s plans would be him going to Kologk with Black Wolves and others to join the hunt for the KLF and other radical factions. The Kologkian Lord Governor wouldn’t like the news of the Count arriving in his nation. I don’t think nobody would like to hear that.
As of now, the plan was underway as the men picked were heading toward airbases and to cargo planes. It would take a few hours for the planes to be load and take off for Kologk.
The package, which in fact looked absolutely nothing like a bomb, being a manilla envelope containing a single sheet of paper, was a manilla envelope, which contained a single sheet of paper. This paper carried a statement from the KLF to the major news group.
***
"That is complete bullshit!" Yelled the angry husband and father. "I want my family to get out of here because the whole country is going to hell in a handbasket. Now you're telling me they can't, because the whole country is going to hell in a handbasket?"
"Sir, I don't make policy, I..." said the nervous receptionist. This was the fourth upset customer she had had to deal with, and far from the last.
"Yeah, yeah," said the father. "Okay. So all the planes are shut down. What about boat travel?"
"We're not quite clear on that sir. Boats continue to enter and leave port, but they are being searched for KLF members. We're still awaiting word on whether or not this means all civilian travel is restricted."

The man laughed. "Yeah, and you asked me a question too, you fascists."

IC: Still the Dominion wasn’t going to take unnamed package as they could have been carrier of WMDs like anthrax. So the package was took to the close Dominion area to make sure nothing was up with it. The envelope had gone through a series of tests to make sure it was all clear.
The tests were all good and it was safe to open it. The young brown haired man in his white lab coat open the envelope. He pulled the paper out with his gloved hands.
He placed the paper to the right of the envelope and read what was on it.
-------------
The man wouldn’t like what was going to happen to him. “Fascists? You don’t know what you’re talking about. We’re not fascists. The Dominion combats with fascists like she did in the second world war.” came the voice.
Now, this will when it got bad for the man. The room’s lights started getting brighter and brighter until it got to a point were the room was full of white hot light. The man would only have one option to do and that would close his eyes and place his head on the table to block the light. Unless he wants to be blinded for the rest of his life.
The reason for the super lights came from a few high-powered spotlights pointing at the floor. They were hidden in the ceiling until it was time to use them by pushing a button to move a false ceiling tile.
The man laughed as he stared into the light. His eyes were quickly watering, and already he was unable to see. "I have nothing to fear from the light!" He shouted, as his retinas rapidly approached uselessness. "GAHHHHH!"

It went on ''These shooting are nothing more than a badly veiled attempt by the Transylvanians to create an excuse to execute out of hand anybody in Kologk who is not in perfect lockstep with the Count's deranged ideals.'
Terror Incognitia
20-01-2007, 15:33
The Incognitian government has expressed an interest in supplying the KLF with arms, equipment and training.
The difficulty in access to Kologk caused by Dominion security procedures can be overcome with care, and thought. We can supply weapons accepting Dominion standard-calibre ammunition, thus permitting captured ammunition to be utilised; we will also, very happily, send advisors to Kologk, or bring Kologkians to Incognitia for training in insurgency.
Funding is also available for propaganda efforts to help win the hearts and minds of the Kologkian populace.
If the KLF does not wish to accept this quiet assistance, we will respect your decision. We will, however, not be threatened or intimidated by the Dominion.
OOC: In other words I want to quietly help the rebels. The idea is that it would never reach open war; if the Dominion wishes to retaliate they can support a separatist group in Incognitia. There will obviously be setbacks, but on balance our assistance should help the KLF...a bit. There'll be some strings attached if Kologk ever achieves independence, but none too huge to put off those desperate for freedom.

The fool looking into a high-powered spotlight wouldn’t like what happens to him. The man was in room of light and couldn’t anything but light because he was looking into a spot light. That’s like looking into the sun on a really sunny day.
The noise of the door opening could be heard with the footsteps of a heavy man. Without warning, the man’s head got to meet with the heavy man’s hand and slammed his face onto the table. And it was a nice way, too. But not hard enough to knock the man out, he would maybe have a bad headache.
“You’re an idiot. Most people, everybody but you, place their heads on the table.” said the man, the same voice from the speaker. He released the man’s head and walked around the table, the sound of the door was heard closing.
The lights began powering down in the room as the heavy man looked at the KLF member.
If the man looked up and seen had some vision, he would look at a tank-like man. Somebody that looked like they could kill you in five second with one hand. A tall and wide chest man with arms and legs that look like a tree’s trunks. The man had a bald head, but had a black goatee. The man’s back part of his head had a large black ‘X’ tattoo on it, which could be seen on the mirror behind him. The man wore some really, really dark sunglasses and was dressed in black suit with a white shirt and black tie under his jacket.
“I’m Agent Balsac and what is your name?” he said. That wasn’t the agent’s name, too.
The room had other goodies then the ceiling spotlight, the room was set up with systems that can tell when somebody tells a lie. So this man was going to have a run for his life in this room.
Through an hidden ear piece in the agent’s left ear, which on the agent could hear, came “Systems are all good.”
-------------
The lab man read the message and looked over a man in a dray gray suit. “Burn it.” said the suited man.
The lab man did what he was told to do and placed the paper into a metal box type object. He poured some liquid into the box, which was flammable, and lit a match. He dropped into the box and the fire shot up, good thing that the fire safety systems were shut down I that room.
He placed the envelope after the paper was on fire then watched the KLF note becomes flames.
The KLF can try all they want to bad mouth the Dominion, but they will fail every time.

The message, which as tracked to nation called Terror Incognitia, was blocked from entering into the nation by Crimson Fists located within the nation. The nation was marked as terrorist government because they were going to supply the KLF within Kologk.

Romania, the heartland of the Dominion, the place the Dominion became the Dominion, the location where the Count was waiting for his hunter team to come together. General Dawson and Lieutenant General McKnight would be coming in from Wolfe Island. So, they should be on a cargo plane traveling to Kologk at this time.
Sibiu International Airport, a place where ten large hangers are owned by the Count, was the location of the hunter team was heading for. Like in the place, this airport has been closed down to Black Wolves only. As today, that has happened. The people don’t really care like they did in the past, there even people wanting to give the airport to the Count and rename it Count JWolf International. Enough of that, this was where the worst nightmare for the Kologkian Lord Governor, the members of the KLF and the members of the radical Kologkian factions was waiting.
He sat in one of his hangers, waiting for his men to get ready. They would be traveling in three black C-1 ConTrans supersonic troop transports without any markings on them. They would get escorts as they enter the Kologkian airspace.
He was bring six of the Kyojin units of his Black Wolves, each unit are made up of twelve soldiers in Kyojin heavy powered battle suits with these weapons; Four GL-60 automatic grenade launchers, two Godslayer Anti-Materiel/Anti-VEhicle Rifles, and six M35 Power Armor Assault Rifles.
Add to those units, he had twenty Black Wolf snipers and fifty Black Wolf assault soldiers ready to come with him. The assault soldiers armed with Metal Griffin assault rifles and a few more weapons and the snipers were a mix of Maxeighteen sniper rifles and Panzer Spider sniper rifles. Add two those are fifty Black Wolf support soldiers armed with Devil Arms sub-machine guns and some other weapons.
In the hanger with the Count, Wolf General Rudolph Falke (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/RudolphFalke.jpg) worked to make sure everything was in order. Talking with the soldiers as they readied them in the other hangers. Talking with the ground crews as they prepared the planes and etc.
The Count had chosen a few others to aid his Black Wolves, two former Shadow Foxes named Alexander “Kraven” Romanov (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/Romanov.jpg) and White Cobra (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/WhiteCobra.jpg). A current member of the 1st Blood Wolves’ Tiger Force and founding member, Fang (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/Fang.jpg), was called in to aid in the hunt. The Count even called in help from the Dominion Armed Forces’ High Command for the service of General Thor Visari (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/Thor-1.jpg), the former leader of the 6th Soul Tigers, and from the Dominion Armed Forces’ Command for the service of Colonel Nathaniel Essex (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/Essex.jpg), a former Captain of the 27th Hellspawns, and Colonel Chris Stark (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/ChrisStark.jpg), a current member of the 1st Blood Wolves.
The KLF started something they didn’t want with their hacking actions and other illegal actions. If they were peaceful and smart people, they would have talked this over on a table of peace with the Count.
"My name is John Smith. And no, I'm not lying," growled the man, who did not seem to be much put out by his head slamming into the table. He sat back up. "My parents seemed to think it was funny. Ha goddamn ha."
***
There was more than one way to spread a message. Posters went up in the dead of night carrying the same message. Sure they'd be taken down, but not before they could be read by at least a few. Word of mouth would take care of the rest.
Word of mouth was also used directly. Sure, word of this would reach the Dominion, but they could hardly make gossip a crime, not if they hoped to maintain any sense of order in Kologk.

Mack was ready. A knife in each hand, he stalked his prey. The young man looked up and opened his mouth to scream, but found that his throat was no longer working. Completely unrelated to the knife in it, probably, thought Mack with glee as he drew the knife and disappeared into the night.

Sibiu International Airport, the cargo planes were ready and the soldiers were boarding two of the three planes. The third one would be used as empty plane, if the KLF or other radical faction want to fire onto the planes. But that would be a little crazy because the troop transports would have Dominion fighters escorting them in.
The Count watched as the Kyojin units loaded onto the planes, three units per the two planes. The Kyojin units were followed by the Black Wolves and the other special guests to those Black Wolves.
The Count, followed by General Rudolph Falke, were the last to get onto a plane. As the two walked to their seat on the plane, the soldiers bowed their heads to their lord and master.
The three planes soon entered the air and on their long trip to Kolgok. Before they would enter the airspace of the colony, Dominion fighters would be sent out to escort them in.

The agent smiled as he took his sunglasses off, his eerily neon green colored eyes looked at John. He watch the man.
“Your parents are funny then, Mr. Smith,” he said, “At else your last name wasn’t Doe, you would be John Doe. “ He dropped his sunglasses onto the table before he moved on with whatever he was doing in this room. “So, Mr. Smith, have you ever killed anybody?”
The agent had two ways to handle the answer to that question…
--------------------
The word of the posters did reach the Dominion, really fast at that, too. The Dominion did have people in the underground acting like everybody else in the Kologkian underground. So, the porters were being took down and replaced with wanted posters for KLF members.
The wanted posters had the word ‘KLF’ in red under the wanted part. Under the KLF part was the list of crimes for each and every member; hacking into a government computer network and blackmailing an government official. Under the crimes list was that the location of KLF members was the only needed at this time.
This would be better then the bounties as people looking for money will not be nuts like before.

Imperial Intelligence Agency
A tall, dashing intelligence agent, confident in his every move, sat calmly in a good office chair, underground in the facilities of the Imperial Intelligence Agency. His dashing good looks made him too obvious to be a good agent on the ground, especially when it came to infiltrating the lower ends of society. Ugly men were specifically picked for those jobs, so this man got the shaft when he was assigned to the unit gathering intelligence on the Transylvanian Commonwealth. Flipping through papers and binders sent to him, uninterested, he saw one new report that stuck out because the binder wasn't quite as worn as the rest. Labelled Kologk in scrawl marker, with a little note 'CLASSIFIED' sticky-noted to it, in the usual manner. People get searched as they leave the intelligence agency, and the penalty for leaking anything to the press is death, so there usually aren't many leaks.
He flipped open the binder, and it stated unequivocally that this is still classified, will never be unclassified, the usual stuff. The overview talked about how a decent sized piece of the Kologian populace was opposed to Dominion rule, how a smaller subsection of that was attacking Dominion soldiers and installations, and an idea formed in this Agent's head.
We already shafted the Trannys once, we can do it again.. he thought, as he began writing a short report and a recommended course of action to his higher-ups..
Office of Intelligence Director George Jackson
A sealed report arrived in the office of Director George Jackson, with a biometric lock as well as other security measures to prevent the peons below him from reading it. After reading the underling's recommended course of action, he cackled insanely. He liked the idea, and it would no doubtedly humiliate the Transylvanians once more in the international theatre..
The impact of the man was, incidentally, lost on John Smith, as the spotlight had blinded him. Whether this was permanent or temporary he wasn't entirely certain, as he wasn't an optometrist.
He laughed at the man. "I grew up during the Kologkian Civil War. Of course I've f**king killed people. What are you going to ask me next? Whether I've ever had a drink with the boys round at the pub? Whether I've ever p***ed?"

The agent smiled at the man, this man was being a fool. First trying to blind himself and now, acting like an idiot. “What a mouth you got. Do you kiss your mother with that mouth?” said the agent.
The agent moved his right hand behind his back and paused. “I asked you that question because I want you to kill somebody. That’s somebody is me.” He moved his hand back to have an pistol in it. It was loaded, but not with real bullets and only dummy rounds
He placed the pistol on the table and pulled towards the man. “Do I need to show you were the safety is? Or maybe how to use it?”
The man took the pistol, ran his hands over it, and then tossed it over his shoulder. "How stupid do you think I am? I take a shot at you with this, nothing happens, and then you get to say I tried to kill a cop and say the entire KLF is full of terrorists again. Not gonna happen."

The agent smiled again. “You’re already going to be charged with hacking in a government computer network and blackmailing a government official. So you will get jail time for a long time. Unless you’re not really a KLF member.,” said the agent and paused, his neon green eyes locked into the man’s eyes, “Are you a KLF member?”
There was an eerily silence in the room after that question, no man would go down for something he didn’t do or was part of. Unless he was dumb, then he would.
---------------
It was nearing twelve and there was a Crimson Fist, dressed in near clothes, waiting at Bill’s. There were a few other agents watching him, all dressed in normal clothes that anybody would see in Kologk. So if this was a trap, the Dominion would have some what of an upper hand.
"Yeah? Well, that's just fine and dandy. I guess I may as well have tried to shoot you, if you're going to charge me with things I didn't do anyways. And I already told you, I am a KLF member."
***
Bill got home, carrying several six packs of beer. He glanced at the man as he went in. Wearing Kologkian clothing was one thing, but remaining in one place for any amount of time in a neighborhood where most new each other without being noticed was another. But Bill didn't think much of it. There were a lot of strangers coming to his house today. A bunch of friend's friends for a poker night, as far as anyone outside of the guest list knew. And if after a couple of beers and a couple of hands, some hypothetical plans involving Transylvanians were to be discussed, well, who would be the wiser?
***
His work was progressing quickly. In the space of a few moments he would be done. Then he could vanish until he struck again in a different city.

SS Thunderbird, just outside Kologk territorial water
The good ship Thunderbird, a medium-sized transport, cruising at a good 28 knots, pulled into Kologkian territorial waters. Seeing as the Captain was an old sea dog and still believed in this sort of thing, he raised the flag of the Transylvania to show that the Thunderbird wasn't hostile and was following all customs of the sea. The Captain also knew that there would be Transylvanian customs ships pulling in soon to search them, so he ordered the Thunderbird to halt once within Kologk territorial waters and submit to search. To be kind, he also radioed the authorities to get it over with faster so he could unload the cargo and leave. The cargo wasn't guns or anything similar, it was merely medicines and foodstuff, nothing to make them nervous. The Whyatican intelligence men onboard were not prepared to smuggle weaponry into the KLF, they had come in for another reason...

“You’re really a KLF member. You have some balls, Mr. Smith. I would have kill those two people before they could turn me in. Those two jokers are going to get a amount of money for you.” said the agent with a smile. He walked around the table, watching the man as moved.
He stopped back the pistol and picked up still watching the man. “You’re being charged for those because we don’t know whom did those action. You’re KLF, you get to do those charges.”
“Unless you have name of those whom did those two things. Do you?” he asked, with the pistol in his hand, pointing at the ground.
--------------------
The man watched Bill walk into his house, he knew that this was going to be poker night. Or maybe it was something else. He would keep an ear out. He walked around like this house was where he needed to be. He didn’t want like an agent, he didn’t do anything that would make people think anything about him.
--------------------
The edge of Kologk territorial waters, a ship, called SS Thunderbird, had just called to say they arrived in the waters. They didn’t really have to radio in as the Dominion knew they had arrived via eyes in the sky.
So, there were a few Dominion naval ships around near that area. The ships head towards the medium-sized transport, as the three ships got closer, the crew on the Thunderbird could see what they were; a Iowa-class battleship, which had been modernized to today naval systems, and two Barzan Class fast strike crafts.
The Iowa stopped at the range of her 16in. guns as the two fast strike crafts head towards the Thunderbird. If the sailors on the Thunderbird had someway to see the Iowa, they would see the name ‘DN Death’s Helper’ pained on the ship’s bow.
The two fast strike crafts moved up behind the Thunder and each one took a side of the transport. They stopped and were really close to the transport, six feet apart. A message was delayed to the transport.
“Greetings, welcome to Kologkian waters. As of now, the mainland has radical forces on it. Criminals, killers and the list goes on. We are going to search your ship for firearms and other weapons. A boarding team will be getting on now.”
At the time, a long sheet of metal was pushed onto the Thunderbird, followed by four men dressed in Dominion Navy uniforms (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/DominionNavyUniform.jpg) Each one with a sidearm at their right hip, a Timber Wolf Inc. made firearm.
The four men waited for the Captain or somebody to greet them…

A brief radio response was sent to the Dominion ships, stating, "We're carrying foodstuffs and medicinal goods, and we will submit to the search."
As the four Transylvanians boarded the ship, Captain Jeff Wagg greeted them along with two security guards onboard the ship. He said, "Hello, gentlemen. Cargo hold's this way," motioning to the hatch to the cargo hold. He didn't want any trouble with this, because he wasn't directly involved in what the Whyatican intelligence men, disguised as dock-hands and sailors, were going to do..
"Nobody 'did those actions'," snarled Smith. "First, the Lord Governor. No one blackmailed him. He may be a collaborating coward, but he's not a complete idiot. He read the writing on the wall, and he's hiding in his nice big palace with all his Wraith around him. So he's out of the chain of command. Second, hacking the network. Never happened. Sure, we intercepted the message, but not electronically."

“Mr. Smith, those actions happened. The message was sent to the Lord Governor’s e-mail. The only way to get it was to hack into the network, you fool.” said the agent, still holding the pistol in his hand. His neon green eyes locked at the back of John’s head.
“If KLF did the writing on the walls, then they blackmailed him.” he adds, before stepping toward John. The cold metal of the pistol pressed into the back of his head.
“You couldn’t have killed me with this.” he adds before pulling the pistol back a few inches and pulled the trigger. The loud boom filled the room. “Bye, Mr. Smith.”
With that, the agent stepped out of the room.

The Dominionite, a man with the rank of Captain, looked at the captain of this transport. “Maybe you don’t know what searching means. We not only searching your cargo hold, sir. We going to check your logs and everything to make sure you’re not a pirate vessel. he said.
“Pirates are smart then you think.” adds the Dominion Captain. He looked back at the Iowa and said “And Death’s Helper is here to attack those pirates.”
“Now, Captain, take me and one of my officers to where your logs and everything are stored at. Your crewmen can show my other men to your cargo hold. I will try to make this as fast as I can.” said the Dominion Captain.

Captain Wagg handed the Dominionite officer a computer PDA containing all of their logs, which showed their status as an independent merchant vessel. At the moment, the logs showed they were hauling food and medicine from an outlying colony of Jaredcohenia to the Dominion. The logs showed regular refueling stops in nations in between Jaredcohenia and Kologk, and there were no technical errors.
"If you wish for a paper hard copy, I'll send an officer to fetch that for you. Sailors! Show the Transylvanians to the cargo hold. Open all the containers and make damn sure the expirables get resealed when they're done." the Captain said, causing several soldiers to open up the cargo hold and escort the Transylvanians down.
There they would find a completely legitimate cargo of wheat, grain, sugar, and other food items, as well as a temperature-regulated cargo container with insulin and other medicines. The Thunderbird had nothing to hide, as it were.

John would sit in the room for a few more hours then taken by Dominion Police to be booked, charged, and fingerprinted. After that he was taken to a holding cell that had three other people in it, each one a KLF member that were turned in early after the bounty posting. Out of all of the people turned in, there were thirty-three that were really KLF members.
The cell door shut behind him…
-------------------
Koltropolis, the biggest city in all of Kologk, would be the place of a terror attack. Not from the KLF or any other Kologkian faction, but from four men that were in the Kologkian civil war. Nobody had seen these four men after the civil war was ended.
They were born in the Dominion, but where in Kologk long before the Count sent his forces into the nation.
These four men were on Kolgok for the mayhem it was during the civil war, they killed for fun and nothing else. They hide from the Dominion after the civil war because they were already wanted criminals in their home nation. They made Kologk their new home and today they were going to try to restart the civil war. Turn Kologk back into it’s old self.
In the rich part of the big city, a black sedan pulled into a shopping center. The car looked like the one seen in that part of the city, but it hide something deadly and dangerous. The car was a moving bomb, enough home made bombs to cause a lot of mayhem. Many take out a few of the stores in the area.
The care pulled into a parking space in front of one of the stores, a few seconds later the four men got out. This is where it would be weird, these men’s face were not like the people of this area. They were scarred, scars form battle. These men all wore some type of black clothes with brown long coats over them.
The men started walking away form the car, like they were shopping, the car doors locked. They near how far to get away to safe from the explosion.
They passed people as they shopped and whatever they were doing. They talked as they walked, to make everything look okay. They stopped at the edge of the shopping center and one looked back at the car.
“I told you, nobody would steal he care.” said the man. That was signal to blow the car and the car‘s light flashed twice before creating a massive explosion. The men watch as the fireball rose into the air at the same time as they ducked for cover.
They started out heading out of the area as the shockwave filled the air and surround area. They heard two more loud booms because of the cars near their car were on fire. The men heads out of the area, keeping an eye out for those pesky police officers.
-------------------
The Dominion Captain read over the logs as two of his men heads into the cargo hold. They would search everything looking for firearms or any type of weapons, drugs, money or extra lives down there.
Looking at Captain Wagg, “Well looks like you will be heading to the biggest port city in all of Kologk. Kessh is a good city and a bad one at the same time. Like all big cities in wolrd, Kessh has it’s crime. A warning, if you men get off your ship, tell them to travel in packs of two or more. Travel by yourself and a little kid could kill you.” said the Dominion Captain, whom his last name was Bird.
He flipped through the PDA, looking for the ship’s roaster of her crew. He need to see it before freeing the ship to head to port. The reason to make sure that the ship enters with same number as she leaves with.

Captain Wagg said, patiently waiting for the customs check to be over with so he could continue.
OOC: Why, I 'tis on Gabbly.
IC: Emergency response vehicles raced to the scene of the explosion. A battallion of stony faced Special Police cordoned off the area. Evidence was slim. Most of the evidence had been destroyed by the explosion. A nearby security camera had captured the liscence plate of the car, as well as the four men who had got out of it. However, as there was neither a liscence plate registry for any but the newest cars, nor any sort of photograph database, this wasn't expected to be particularly helpful. A copy of the photos was sent of to the Transylvanians on the off chance that they recognized any of them.

The Crimson Fist agent took his seat and drank a beer as the cards were passed out. The playing started...

Captain Bird hit the number 3 button and the roster came up on the PDA. “Real guns would be nice in a place like Kologk. It was really bad during the Kologkian civil war.” said Bird, making small talk until his men were done in the cargo hold.
“Captain Wagg,” started Bird, “can you get me a hard copy of your roster with picture and etc.? I want this ship to arrive with the same number as it leaves with.”
Bill glanced at the Crimson Fist as he came in. He grinned. "Hey. I'm Bill. I don't think I know you." It was not directed at anyone in particular. The search, for whom the four men were, was still going on…
"Excellent." He slid a beer across to Jack. "Of course, that was just common courtesy. The real question is, who the hell are you, and what are you doing in my house? Oh, and how stupid do you think I am? You think I'd invite people to my house without knowing all of their names?" Bill stood up. "Now, you've got thirty seconds to get out, or to give me a damn good reason why I shouldn't call the cops."
The level of tension in the room shot up a couple of notches. Bill had been the only one with a complete list of who was coming, so none of the others had known that Jack was anything besides what he claimed to be. Now that they did though...
There were six men, in total. They were all manual laborers, with the type of bodies that come only from generations of hard work. None of them were armed, but all of them were ready to move at a moment if there was further trouble.

This is when the Crimson Fist agent smiled at Bill, it was a cocky smile across the man’s lips. Some how saying that Bill just crossed the line with the agent.
“Because the Commonwealth police aren’t worth a shit. They are a useless group of people.” said the agent, still seating. No getting up, no moving. Staying in his seat. He grabbed the beer and opened it. “You and your friends need to clam down.”
He sat there and took a drink of the beer, knowing that Bill’s house was be watched and before the men moved towards him. All of them would get to see what real police were like.

The arrive of the Count and his merry band of go-doers…as the three cargo planes near the airspace of Kolgok, a large number of F/A-22 Strike Raptor stealth fighters were launched and send to escort them into the land. Four for each of the cargo planes, meaning a total of twelve fighters would met the cargo plane and guard them until they arrived at the southern Dominion Command base.
At the same time, four more F/A-22 Strike Raptor stealth fighters were heading to escort another cargo plane into the airspace. This cargo plane had General Ronald Dawson and Lieutenant General Jaeger McKnight on it. They would land in the northern Dominion command base and as they landed, through out the Kologkian underground their battle record would surface.
As of now, the cargo planes were on their way to the bases.
------------------
The search of the four men was still going on as it takes a long time to go through databases of a four billion plus nation and an one billion plus nation. If they had finger prints, the search would have been faster.
But two of those men would strike again in the city near Koltropolis, the two men were in a stolen SUV. The vehicle was stolen a two weeks ago and hidden in an old warehouse. The two men were armed with AK-47’s and were nearing a busy part of the city.
The SUV pulled over to the side of the road and was still running, then the two men stepped out and started firing into the crowd on the sidewalk. They aimed at as many people as they could. As they clip ran dry, they hopped back into the SUV and floored it. The one in the passenger seat reload his rifle and fired as the SUV moved through the area.
They knew they would be reported and they wanted it to be reported.
Bill spat in the man's face, before turning his back on him, and picking up a cell phone. He dialed swiftly, before speaking briefly into the phone. He hung up. "You're absolutely right. The commonwealth police are useless. I didn't call the commonwealth police though. I called the locals."
Though it was kept out of the media by declaration of the Lord Governor (back when he was still making declarations) in order to 'maintain a sense of unity', the rivalry between the various local police forces and the overarching Commonwealth Federal Police Force was well known.
As time progressed, the Lord Governor had planned to incorporate all local police forces into the CFPF, on the grounds that the local police forces were often more loyal to their own areas than to the Lord Governor, but those plans had slowed with the current turmoil.

“The locals aren’t worth a damn either.” said the agent, using a sleeve to get the spat out of his face. The agent smiled his cold smile again. Looking Bill and the others in the eyes. “This whole bloody nation isn’t worth the money that the Dominion used to re-built it.”
“Kologk is a waste of time in my eyes.” said the agent. He was trying to get them to attack him.
Bill’s call to the local police was going to not be good for him as the local police would be blocked from entering the area. At the local station, a black sedan pulled up and two men wearing all black suit got out. The men walked up the stair and entered the building, straight to the front desk.
They both pulled out their badges and showed them to the person at the desk. The badges showed them as agents of the Crimson Fists. “We have an order for your station, none of your police officers will enter this area until ordered to do so.” said one of them as the other showed a map to the person, pointing out the area around Bill’s house.
“The area is being watched by us because there are reports that terrorists are in that area.” said the one with the map.
------------------
The cargo planes and their escort fighters were nearing land, anybody would hear the cargo planes as they grew nearer to the land. Now, it was time to see, if somebody was going to attack them. Their defense systems were on-line in the cargo planes and the fighters.
Bill snorted. "Yeah? Do us both a favor then. Convince the people above you of that. Make everybody's life a whole lot easier if the Dominion just pulled out of Kologk. Heck, you pull out now, Kologk might even stay on friendly terms with the Dominion afterwards."

Seargeant (correct Kologkian spelling) Mattson was not a happy man. He had no grudge against Transylvanians in particular, but the men sitting here telling him that he wasn't allowed to do his job were another matter entirely.
Running a hand through his thinning hair, he glared at the Crimson Fist (the Transylvanians seemed awfully fond of that kind of pretentious names, he thought), and spoke, his words fairly dripping with unconcealed venom.
"Is that so? Because we just recieved a call about a house invasion, just about in the center of the area you sealed off. I don't suppose you would know anything about that?"
If the Crimson Fist admitted that that was a Translvanian operation, that would be one thing. He wouldn't be happy about it, but he would sit tight. If they denied it (whether that denial was true or not) he would be only too happy to go in guns blazing.

“Can’t because those higher ups think this land is worth something. “ said the agent, looking at Bill and his friends. He was waiting for them to do something. He stayed in his chair. “Well, what we have done is better then what your people did during the civil war. Bloody idiots. Without the Dominion, Kolgok will enter into another civil war as the past never lies.”
---
Seargeant Mattson would get his answer with the stoned face agents looking at him. “If the house is of a person named Bill then the answer to your question is yes.” said one of them.
“The house was place where a known KLF member was heading to. We think there are more KLF members or members of the radical religion group, God’s Own, in that house.” said the same one.
“So, Seargeant Mattson, do we have an understand?” asked the man.
---
The cargo planes and their escort fighters nearing the Dominion bases, one cargo plane was heading to the Dominion Command base in the north and the rest heading to the south command base. The planes would soon land and their passengers, which would wearing set of Transylvanian body armor or Kyojin battlesuits to make sure nobody could see whom they carried. Well that is, if anybody could see in a heavy manned base like the command bases.
Mattson glared some more, but turned and barked out a command to the dispatcher. The dispatcher flicked on his radio and spoke hurriedly into it. "Squad car three, this is HQ, belay previous order. I repeat, do not respond to previous order to investigate Bill's house."
***
Bill shrugged. "Why the hell should you care? It's not like the Kologkian Civil War hurt anybody outside of Kologk. And if Kologk is useless, well, you can figure that one out on your own, provided you aren't a complete moron."
He picked up a remote and turned on the television. A young, pretty reporter sat at a desk facing the camera. "In other news, a police source says that an area has been cordoned off by Dominion agents, due to suspicions of a KLF or God's Own meeting in the area. More details as they are released."
Bill chuckled. "Look at that. We already made the local news."

“Thank you, Seargeant Mattson. If any of this is leaked out, your whole department will be out of a job.” said one of the agent. With that, the two agents leave the police station
---
“Looks like those locals our dumb as I thought.” said the agent with a smile. “Now if your dumbasses can’t tell, I’m not leaving. So, are you dumb enough to place a hand on a Crimson Fist?”
---
A few minutes after the news report, the two Crimson Fist agents showed back at the local police station. They walked straight to Seargeant Mattson. “Mattson, we were not joking early. Maybe you’re not smart enough to know what Crimson Fist operation is. They are done without the world knowing it.” said on agent.
---
Meanwhile after the landing of the cargo planes, the battle records of Dawson and McKnight were leaked into the underground to make sure that the KLF knew what they were messing with. Two Dominion Armed Forces commanders were now in Kologk and those two men haven’t loss a single battle, be it a small one or a large one.
Mattson looked confused. "I honestly have no idea what you're talking about." He replied. "And even if I did, you kind of lose plausible deniability if you use the name of the Crimson Fists to block police interference." He crossed his arms, adding "And we're employed by the city government. Your precious Caesar has no authority over us."
***
"What?" Asked Bill, "You're not going to shoot yourself in the foot and then blame it on us?" There were bitter laughs all around the room. "Nah. You missed your chance to get us to attack you so you could call us KLF members and nail our balls to the wall when you admitted you were government. Next move's yours."

Kologkian National News
"The Kologkian Senate met in a closed meeting today. No information was given to the press outside of the fact that the bill being voted on is labeled Law Enforcement Privacy Act 42. For those of our foreign viewers not familiar, the Kologkian Senate is the legaslative branch of the Kologkian government. Though the Lord Governor has veto powers, and can pass emergency acts, a two third's majority can override that veto, and all emergency acts must be ratified within one month's time."
***
"The Right Honorable Gentleman Harold Strait has the floor."
"Thank you, Chairman. I believe that this bill is absolutely necessary. If our citizens are not safe in their own homes, what is to stop undesired elements from simply destroying democratic process by simply dragging off to prison, placing under house arrest, or even 'shooting while resisting arrest' any political figure that does not agree with their ideals? If our citizens cannot peacefully display dissent without fearing a knock on the door in the dead of night, then we are for all intents and purposes a police state!"
There was a chorus of shouts at this. The chairman banged his gavel and bellowed at the top of his formidable lungs for order. Ignoring all of this, except to raise his voice, the Rt. Hon. Harold Strait continued. "And these police! Who controls them? It is not this body! It is not the Lord Governor!"
The Senators continued shouting, but a large percentage of them were now shouting in approval of the Rt. Hon Gentleman. "And under the Emergency Laws enshrined in the Kologkian Constitution, I call for an immediate vote on this matter!"
Somewhere in the middle of this speech, a page had left the assembly, and hurried to the nearest Dominion officer he could find, thrusting a sheet of paper at him. It read...
Law Enforcement Privacy Act 42 Summary
No search or siezure of Kologkian citizens, or private property belonging to above citizens shall take place without a warrant.
A legal Kologkian warrant can only be issued by a Kologkian judge, and only if said judge is provided with reasonable evidence that the citizen or citizens in question have committed or are planning to commit a breach of Kologkian Law.
Any search or siezure of Kologkian citizens, or private property belonging to said citizens shall take place in the presence of a member of the Kologkian Law Enforcement Forces.
Any search or siezure of Kologkian citizens, or private property belonging to said citizens that does not meet the above criteria shall be considered kidnapping, burgalry, or theft as fits.
The out of breath page panted, "They're voting on it now, sir."

“But who owns the city. The Dominion control these lands” said the agent looking at Mattson.
"The Count isn’t a Caesar. What have you been smoking?" said the another.
OOC: Remember this was started a long time ago. So, he is still God-Emperor. I can’t help that you stopped posting.
---
“Ah…come on, you know you want to. Come on, pussies.” said the agent to Bill and his friends.
---
The Dominion police officers either threw the paper to the ground and stepped on it or lit on fire. Some even said “When we these people get that, they are owned.” to “These is Dominionite lands, now.” to “Your officials don’t have power.”
---
Any news report was blocked about the senate and anything else that didn’t need to be heard.
---
The Kologkian Senate would get the shock of their lives as the Count would take over their power and the power of the Lord Governor. He would do it national over the new station. On top of the tower in the capital of Kologk, he stood in his black cowboy clothes with a news crew in front of him.
“Greetings,” he said, at the back was the capital, “as of now, I’ll be taking control of the Lord Governor position until this rebellion can be handled with. The senate will be disbanded as there can be rebels within their ranks. Hate me all you want, but what I have done is the best thing for Kologk. My soldiers ended the civil war, in which none of you could.”
He smiled because he knew he was speaking the truth. “Now, I’m going to do some these KLF members never thought to. All they did was have some idiot steal e-mail from the Lord Governor’s office. I call their head to come to the Lord Governor’s palace to talk like men. That is all.”
With that, the feed was cut. The Count just laid down the law and gave an FU type speak to the Kologkian senate. Anything that do will not mean a single thing. Kologk wasn’t a nation anymore, it was a colony of the Dominion.
---
At the Lord Governor’s Palace, the Count and his merry band of go-doers would arrive and take over. His Black Wolves would station themselves to make sure nobody attack. The Count even got some Dominion soldiers on foot, tanks and helicopters to patrol the land around the palace. The soldiers at the gate were ordered to search the head of the KLF when he got there, to make sure he didn’t have any weapons. And that he was the only allowed to meet with the Count.
Matterson laughed. "Who owns the city? No one. Well... individual private citizens own bits and pieces, likewise various corporations. Any idiot with half a brain, half an ear, and one eye could see that the so-called treaty your precious Count and his minions flaunt wouldn't stand up for half a second against a fresh out of law-school rookie with any reasonably impartial judge."
***
Bill just stared at the man. "Seriously. You're a high muckity muck special operative, sent by the Transylvanian government to invade my house and provoke me and my poker buddies into attacking you, so you can label the Kologkian Liberation Front, which we aren't even part of, as a bunch of bloodthirsty criminals, and all you can do is compare my to a rather fun part of the female anatomy and tell me that I know I want to hit you?"
***
The senate was shocked. This... was not something they had expected. The Law Enforcement Privacy Act 42 was temporarily abandoned in favor of an unanimous motion to draft a letter of complaint to the Count.
It read as follows...
To: Count JWolf, God-Emperor of The Transylvania etc.
From: The Kologkian Senate
Re: Dissolution of above mentioned body, installation of yourself as Lord Governor of Kologk
We heartily condemn this blatant power grabbing technique. No member of the Kologkian Senate has been proven to have undertaken any sort of subversive technique. In fact, as far as this body is aware, no member of the Kologkian Senate has been in any way implicated, let alone accused. Although considering his recent spineless position in dealing with the current situation, your removal from power of the Lord Governor is more or less redundant, except in as that it allows yourself to take his place, by your removal of power from the Kologkian Senate on the flimsiest of pretexes, you display a worrying inclination to limit the role Kologkians play in the governing of their own country. We urge you to rescind this order.

A man strode up to the Dominion security perimeter, holding a white flag of truce. "I've come to answer the Count's challenge," he said calmly. He was dressed in tight fitting clothing, which would have made it nearly impossible for him to conceal a weapon.

“Do I have to remind you of something? Kologk is a colony and nothing else.” said the agent with a smile. With that, the two left again.
---
“Well, tell me this then. If you’re not part of the Kologkian Liberation Front, then why was KLF member coming here?” asked the agent.
---
Waiting for the KLF head, the got a message from the Kologkian Senate. He would deliver a message to them about Kologk was a colony of the Dominion until it has been freed.
TO: Kolgokian Senate
FROM: The Count
First off, Kologk is a colony of the Dominion. You shouldn’t have a senate. Don’t say I did this to grab power over Kologk because I already have that power. Get this through your head, Kologk is a colony now. A senate can’t exist in a colony unless it is a Dominion senate.
Right now, I don’t believe anything about these senate. Anybody can say there are not a rebel, but that doesn’t mean they are not rebel.
After I fix this KLF bullshit, the senate will be given their power back. That’s all.
---
But the man was still searched for weapons and had to walk through the metal detector, to make sure that he didn’t have any weapons on his body or in his body. There were even bomb smelling dogs checking him out, too.
Matterson glared after the agents. He was rapidly coming to believe that all Transylvanians were in fact complete morons. How thick did they have to be, he wondered, to miss what he had just said? That under any sort of legal definition, Kologk was not a colony?

Bill raised an eyebrow. "What KLF member?" He turned to the assembled men. "Any of you KLF?"
"No!" Came the chorusing reply. He turned back to the agent and folded his arms. "Now that leaves you, and I somehow doubt you're KLF."

Kologk was claimed as a colony after the end of the civil war. You know that is the main reason why there is a KLF and etc. Damn, you’re some dumb people. Now, send somebody to the palace, so we can take this out. I just got a report that the KLF head has already arrived.

The man would be lead to the palace, which was had the Black Wolves either poartoling or watching from sniper scopes on the roof top. The man would past through the front door, which had two of the Kyojin Heavy Powered Battlesuit soldiers with M35 Power Armor Assault Rifles in their hand. The man was lead to dining hall of the palace.
“Welcome.” said the Count as he looked at the man.
Bill laughed. "John Smith? Yeah. I know him. And you're crazy. John Smith's a complete coward. No way in hell he'd get involved in something like the KLF."

“Well, this coward as you call him is a member of the KLF.” said the agent, pushing his chair out. Still watching Bill and his worker friends. “I’ve grown bored with you, Bill,” he said, standing up, “Know this, you would have been a rich man as I suck at poker.”
The agent started towards the door.
---
The Count at this KLF member in the eyes, the man was looking into the eyes of the Devil himself. Not that many men could say that they didn‘t fear the Count. The Count could order the Dominion Armed Forces to complete level all of Kologk, if he want.
“Very well, I know your problem was with the Lord Governor and the forces of the Dominion stationed here. First off, I’ll tell you the good news. The old Lord Governor will not be working in the government anymore. The only jobs he will have is cleaning bathroom for the rest of his life. But your people did elected him as the Lord Governor, so don‘t blame him being in office on me.” said the Count, still looking like a minion of the dark with his black duster and the shadow from his black cowboy hat over his eyes.
“Now, about the forces of the Dominion, both military and police. That’s what happens in a colony of the Dominion. Kolgok was turned into a colony at the end of the civil war.” he said.
“What your group has done is bring back many of those factions, thought to be gone for good, to show themselves. Like those radical members of God’s Own. Those people will only do harm to Kologk and I’m not going to allow Kologk to go back into a civil war. History never lies, Mr. Rafael.” he paused to allowed all of it to sink into the head of Rafael.
Rafael smiled coldly. "Just Rafael, please. Now, I take it from your words that you have abandoned the pretense of some treaty signed with one of the factions that gives you the right to claim Kologk. That's progress of a sort, I suppose. Given the televised address in which you made the offer of this meeting, I also assume that you are aware that the Kologkian Liberation Front has taken no agressive violent action, using violence only in self defense on the rare occasion that the bounty you posted actually resulted in the assault of a Kologkian Liberation Front member, as opposed to an innocent, and generally baffled citizen."
He paused for a moment. "Now, as such, here is the official stance of the Kologkian Liberation Front. We view the Dominion as a hostile occupying force. The goodwill you gained by ending the Dominion civil war has been squandered by the frankly authoritarian actions taken to end a rebellion that never was. This is the will of the nation, Count. If the Dominion was to respect this will, and introduce a plan to restore Kologk to its status as an independent nation- and you may determine for yourself that this is the will of the majority of the people, and not just of myself or of the group I represent. Referendums, polling, or what have you- if you were to do this, then it is entirely likely that that goodwill would be restored. Kologk, it is even possible, would remain in the Dominion Commonwealth."
He paused again, removing his horn rimmed glasses and wiping them with his sleeve before replacing them on his face. "On the other hand, if you refuse, and you continue to limit Kologkian self-government- well, let me put it this way. You did not end the civil war. You merely enforced peace by strength of arms. The radical factions, and some not so radical, but prepared and determined to defend themselves, are still out there. If violence errupts- and, if you continue with your current curse, it inevitably will errupt, if commited not by Kologkians who wish to exercise the right of self determination, then by members of those aforementioned radical factions who would like nothing better than to see Kologk plunged once more into civil war, which they are convinced they will win, and who see this tension as an opportunity to cause that plunge- if this violence errupts, it will grow, feeding on itself, and Kologk will be enveloped once more. And this time, no force of arms, short of the extermination of every man, woman, and child in Kologk, will be able to enforce a second peace."

“Let me get this straight for you, you’re not in the position to ask or tell me what to do. That goes for even hinting me for what’s really good for Kologk.” said the Count, straight out without changing his tone. He was staring at Rafael with that fire in his eyes. “Your group are rebels to the Dominion’s control in Kologk, my dear sir. I had every right to post bounties on your head, but didn’t think that it would go down like it. That should tell you that Kologk isn’t in the right state to be an independent nation. Hell, it wasn’t an independent nation during the civil war.”
“An independent nation has a working police force, not two groups that aren’t that good at their job. You have the commonwealth police, which was the former Lord Governor doing to unite the police officers within Kologk. Then you have the local ones. I’m not going to get into that.” said the Count, still as cold as ever with his tone.
“An independent nation has a decent armed forces and Kologk doesn’t have one, my dear sir. The armed forces aren’t getting new things as Kologk is in a colony state. As of now, the forces that the Dominion has here could mop the floor with whatever Kologk throws at unless they use nukes. Then Kologk would become a wasteland, if you’re following me.” said the Man in Black, his tone growing a little dark as he when on.
“And there are many things else wrong within these lands, but those are not my problems.” he said, still eyeing Rafael.
“But as I’m trying to be the good guy and bring this to the table unlike you or any Kologkian. I can’t help it you elected a pig for your leader.” said the Count with a smile.
“Have a seat and I’ll tell you my plan for the future of Kologk. Want a drink of something?” said and asked the Count.
Rafael raised an eyebrow. "An interesting definition. I wonder, have you ever heard of Discordia?" He raised a hand. "No, never mind. That's not relevant.
"As far as my position. When you invite a member of the Kologkian Liberation Front to your palace to 'talk like men' by all indications, that is exactly the position I am in. If you had merely wanted someone to come here to listen to your plans for Kologk without actually saying anything, there are a thousand ways you could have made that clear.
"However, I'm done. I've explained the situation as clearly as I can. Whether you will listen to me, or see the situation through your own agencies, I obviously cannot control."
He leaned forward slightly in his chair. "So, what's your plan?"
The Transylvania

“First off, this is not my palace. This is the palace of the former Lord Governor, which will be destroyed or keep after the new one is elected.” said the Count before starting on his plan for the future of Kologk.
Here it comes…
“Listen good, so I don’t have to repeat myself. There will be many things that will need to be fixed before Kolgok could even be called an nation on its own feet. Even you know this. Right now, Kologk is a better shape then it was during the civil war. Dominion money did help a lot in that matter.” said the Count, taking a seat near the head of the table.
He took a breath and pulled out a Cuban cigar. “Step one is the easiest one. There will be an elected for the new Lord Governor held in six months. Anybody can run, but there will be background checks done on them. Meaning Kologk will get good leader this time around.” said the Count, rolling the cigar through his fingers as he talked.
“Step two. The KLF will be disband and will never form again.” said the Count, coldly. He lit his cigar and took a few puffs before he moved.
“Step three. For Kologk to become a nation again, there will have to be a decent armed forces to keep it save from the evils of this world. These soldiers will be trained by Dominion soldiers. They will be allowed newer things. Same from the air forces and navy.” he said, taking a few more puffs, blowing the smoke into the air.
“Step four. Kologk will need a decent police forces, which will be trained by my police force. Not the jokes that are out there at this time.” he said with a smile, his white fangs showing themselves to Rafael.
“Step five and you’ll like this one. The Dominion will be pulling out…” he paused, looking the eyes of Rafael, “of the bases near the cities, but will still keep the four command bases. Those bases near the cites will be handed over to the new Kologkian Armed Forces or whatever it will be called.”
“Step six, the towers will be handed over to the new united Kologkian police force as those towers are state-of-art police headquarters. But this will happen after the training is done.” he said.
“Step seven…” he started, “The Kologkian Senate will gain power only after steps through one to four have been finished . They will still have some power, but not the power to pass laws that deal with Dominionites.”
“Step eight. After the finish training of the new Kologkian Armed Forces is over, a war game will be held to test them. If they can win in this test, then they can be proud of themselves.” said the Count.
He looked at Rafael. “Anything you don’t like about it before I send out the senate and news networks.” he asked.
Rafael looked at the Count. "As far as the individual points of your plan goes, there is no reasonable objection. However, there is one point that needs to be absolutely clear. At the end of all of this training and electing, will Kologk be an independent nation, or will it remain a colony of the Dominion?"
The Transylvania
10-03-2007, 03:41
“Well,” started the Count, ”We’ll have to see about that when the time comes. Having a elected government and a decent armed forces are only a few things an independent nation need to have. Kologk will still be a colony until it pass a few tests. Those tests will be unknown to you and your people, so y’all will not cheat in those test.”
“Anyways, I’ll write up my plan for the senate and the news network. You may leave, if you want. Thank you for listening.” he said, raising from his seat. “Maybe you could be the next Lord Governor.”
Rafael chuckled. "Now, I think we both know that isn't really an option. What kind of message would it send if the Kologkian people were to elect someone who's entire political career consisted of one 'negotiation' if you could call it that, with yourself? I'm not going to disappear, but I won't be quite that visible. Have a nice day."

“Anything can happen. Have a nice life. My soldiers will escort you out.” said the Count. With that, the Devil himself moved out of the dinning hall towards the former office of the Lord Governor. He need to write his plan down and make it easy for these Kologkians to understand. He would try to make them understand that the Dominion is the best for them over the Kraven Corporation taking over. The KLF wouldn't have came to alive, if those Kraven freaks took over.
The soldiers were waiting to escort Rafael out.

The Count was done. After six or eight hours of straight writing and typing, he was done with his draft. He did by himself without the help of any other soul. These were the words of the Count. A ten page report about the plan for the future of Kologk. The first nine pages were about eight step to that plan. The Count went into lots of details about each step of the plan. He wrote it in a way that anybody could understand, be they are a members of the Kologkian Senate or the owners of a local gas station.
The last pages was special. It was about how the Dominion is only doing good. Highlighting the good things the Dominion has already done in Kologk. He even hinted that at else Kologk wasn’t taken over by those evil, cruel nut-jobs from the Kraven Corporation.
With it done, he had copies sent to the Kologkian Senate and every news paper within Kologk. After some times for his report to be read, the Count would show his face again on the TVs within Kologk.

IC: "Now, the reaction of the man on the street-"
The reporter, a small, somewhat greasy looking man, first stopped a hurried looking business man. "Yes, I think it's a wonderful idea. Heil JWolf!" Said the man irritatedly. "Now, I have a meeting to make."
The next man was decidedly more working class looking. He wore an oil stained pair of overalls over a wife beater. "Look," he said, "All I care about is that Kologk gets a free government. If this is how it has to happen, whatever."
The next man wore a long trenchcoat, and had a badly scarred face. "My opinion is not important," he rasped, "I am merely an instrument of the will of God, and when the time is right, He shall reveal that will."
A woman was next, saying, "You know, I really couldn't care less. Hasn't affected me much one way or the other, so why should I?"
A man in what appeared to be a badly tattered military uniform sat propped up against a wall on the sidewalk. "What's the other option really? Kraven? Fifty more years of civil war?"
The tape was submitted to the Transylvanian goverment for review pending broadcast.
The Transylvania
14-04-2007, 23:08
The Count smiled after he saw the tape. His plan was working and he even laughed at the ‘Heil JWolf!’. It started bad, but the looks of it that it was going to end good for the Dominion, the Count and the Dominion Commonwealth.
As his report was send, those Dominion military bases near the cities were being emptied of personal and other things. They left nothing in the bases for the collegian to use against the Dominion. There were only decks ,chairs, tables, and beds for the new Kologkian soldiers to sleep in.
Meanwhile, as the reports was moving around the nation, the Count called a local news crew to the Lord Governor’s Palace. After being searched for weapons, bombs and etc. by the Count’s Black Wolves, the crews was shown to what the Count called the grand ballroom of this palace.
Under the watch of a number of Black Wolves, the crew set up their things to give a live feed about what the Count would say. He was going to drop some more bombs with this message.
And it was time, the Count stood in his black cowboy clothes and faced the camera. Beside him, in Dominion Dress Uniform of the Armed Forces (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/DDU.jpg) with tiher ranks on their upper right arm, stood Colonel Nathaniel Essex (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/Essex.jpg) and Colonel Chris Stark (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/ChrisStark.jpg).
“Greetings, Kologkians.” said the Count after he was given the sign that the feed was live. “By now, you have seen or read my report about the future of your nation. Like everything, this plan will take time to be done. It is my idea to right the wrongs of my past dealings with this nation.”
He paused before moving on. “I’ll be staying in Kologk for four more days to overlook my plan and everything. As I leave, I’ll placed Colonel Nathaniel Essex and Colonel Chris Stark as co-Lord Governors until the new Lord Governor is elected. They will be my ears and eyes on what happens in Kologk.”
“That’s all and have a nice evening or whatever time it is.”
With that, the feed was ended and the view moved back to the show that shown had been on, not the view of some old dude.
Rafael smiled had no mirth in it. "Gentlemen, things are going as well as can be expected. If the Count holds true to his promises, it is entirely possible that the Fracture can be prevented." The other men seated around the table nodded and murmurred agreement, except for a few.
"Now, we need to turn our attention to the matter of our candidate for Lord Governor."
"I thought we'd agreed we weren't going to run a candidate," said another man, wearing a pair of horn rimmed glasses. "I thought we'd agreed that that would too inflammatory to risk now that the Count's actually showing some signs of sanity."
"True, a KLF member would be too inflammatory. That's why we're running a candidate in the KPP."
"Those soft bastards?" Asked another man in disgust. "Why would we want to-"
"Because their candidate is a true believer in the cause, and because he has the charisma and the past to win this election. As part of the compartmentalization policy, I haven't mentioned this, but I control the KPP. They aren't as soft as you, and the Count, for that matter, might believe. Now gentlemen, as per the agreement with the Count, I hereby declare the Kologkian Liberation Front "

The Kologkian Socialist Party- Social welfare, regulation of big business, and extensive civil and democratic liberties.
Stance on The Transylvania- Indifferent, provided they do not interfere in Kologkian politics.
Candidate: Chris Malovich- Served in the Kologkian Socialist Front during the Civil War. Served in the Kologkian Senate until its dissolution.
The Kologkian Capitalist Party- Complete lack of welfare, wide economic freedoms, extensive civil and democratic liberties.
Stance on The Transylvania- See above.
Candiate: Henry Lokia- No record during the war, no prior political record. Recent immigrant to Kologk.

Stance on The Transylvania- Believes that Kologk should remain an independent protectorate of The Transylvania.
Candidate- John Du Asnera- Born as a nobleman before the outbreak of the Civil War. Remained out of the war for the most part, running an underground railroad to help endangered nobility to escape.
The Kologkian Patriotic Party- Considered by many as a less extreme version of the Kologkian Liberation Front. Centrist economically.
Stance on The Transylvania- Believes that Kologk should sever all political ties with The Transylvania at the earliest opportunity.
Candiate- Nathan Petrelli- Part of the pacifist Party for Reconciliation, attempting to diplomatically end the war. Part of a number of peaceful independent protests against Transylvanian occupation.
Kologian Power Party- Far right nationalist group. Believes that elections should be handled on a basis of One Man, One Vote- the Lord Governor will be The Man, and he will have The Vote.
Candiate- Martin Eisal- Served with distinction in the Kologkian Nationalist Front, ran the minority KPP in the senate until the dissolution.

The Count, along with Wolf General Falke, Colonel Essex, Colonel Stark, and Alexander Romanov, looked over the candidates for the Lord Governor election. As the names were announced, the orders was given to do complete background checks on each of them. And the Count even said to do complete background checks on those working from them. The Count wanted to make sure whomever was elected was the right person for the job.
Sitting around a semi-round table, the men talked about this election and those running for the Lord Governor. Highlighting the ones that would be good for Kologk as the new Lord Governor.
“So…I know we like the Right Honorable Nobility Party and hope they win. A nobleman is always good to have on your side.” said the Count, relaxing in his chair with a Cuban in his mouth. “The Kologkian Power Party is another name for the Kologkian Nazi Party. One Man, One Vote. I can I say ‘Heil Hitler!”
The four men laughed at part. “Yes, sir, that’s too much nazism to me. We didn’t free this nation from civil war to have it turned into a bloody dictatorship.” said Colonel Stark, lighting up a cigar.
“The Kologkian Socialist Party will only hurt the economy of Kologk in the long run. Regulating big business is just a dumb idea. There will be some many small businesses that would want to form partnerships with other small businesses, but they wouldn’t do it because of the rules placed on large business.” said Colonel Essex, his tone told everybody that he knew what he was taking about. And he would because on his off time, the young man has been going to school studying anything to do with business and economy.
“The Kologkian Patriotic Party doesn’t have anybody liking them, right?” asked the Count with a smile. He got a bunch of yes to his question. “Yup, it’s their stance on the Dominion. They want to sever all political ties with the Dominion at the earliest opportunity. That’s as dumb as the one man, one vote thing.”
He got some more laughing from that comment.
“The Kologkian Capitalist Party is okay in some ways.” said the Count.
He stood up and looked the four men. “Now, it’s time to show our good side to the Kologk. That side that rebuilt what was destroyed during the whole civil war and the things that we destroyed.” With that, the five men divided to move out and do what was needed.
The order was given to free all of the KLF members within Dominion jail cells. These people were handcuffed and transported to the gates of the towers that they were in. Their stuff was in boxes on the other side of the gate. On the other side, the KLF members were unhand cuffed and told they were free. The gate was then shut, leaving the people in the street to think what was going on.
A message about the bounties of the KFL being called off and that anybody trying to hand a KLF member over will be arrested. As the KLF was disband as part of the plan, anybody saying that they were a KLF member would be arrested. The KLF was still an illegal group like the vampire hunters in the Dominion and that is shouldn't exist anymore. They should really be all killed, but that’s another story.
Another thing that was happen was papers were being mailed out. On the paper were questions like what do you need like food or medicines or clothes, whomever do you think will win the Lord Governor election, and other questions like those. At the end was a placed for the person’s name and address, so they could get help, if they asked for it. The paper even had a envelope with the address to sent their paper back to. The address was to the towers in whatever city they were in. This was to get the good side in the eyes of the Kologkians again.
The last thing that was done was to a message the Right Honorable Nobility Party’s candidate, John Du Asnera, which said that the Dominion’s support was been him and best luck with the election. And a highly encrypted one had the offer of fund to aid in the party’s campaigning for the Lord Governor position.

First Debate Tonight
Tonight, John Du Asnera will go head to head with Martin Eisal. Those who are interested can tune in to Channel Three, or watch the live telecast here on Electionwatch.klgk.
The host of the debate was a bland faced bald man, who sat at an expensive looking desk, while the two candidates stood at podiums facing each other. "Gentlemen, you know the rules. I will ask you a series of questions alternately. After each question, your opponent will have the opportunity to respond. Questions? No? Good. Mister Asner, you are first. You believe that the nobility should be reestablished. Why?”
“Well, George, it’s really a quite simple matter of breeding and upbringing. Who would you rather have ruling you, some ignoramus farmhand, or someone who’s been born and raised all his life to rule?” He was dressed in an expensive looking dark suit, and had perfectly groomed shoulder length hair.
“Response, Mister Eisal?”
“Yes, thank you. Yes, I have a goddamned response! The people have made their feelings on the nobility quite clear! They know that the nobility is nothing but a bunch of stuck up soft inbred prats who don’t give a damn if the country goes to hell in a hand basket as long as they keep their precious status and comfort!” He was a thin man, though he stood a head taller than his opponent. His voice was harsh and raw, and by the time he was done he was shouting. George was noticeably taken aback, but Asnera maintained a cool demeanor.
After a moment of shaken silence George turned to Eisal and said, “Next question, than. Mr. Eisal. You advocate placing all legislative authority in the hands of the Lord Governor. Why?”
“I spent time as a member of the senate. With only a few exceptions, every single time a law needed to be passed, it took days, if not weeks, just to wade through all the useless debate so we could decide if! If! We were even going to put it to a vote. If a Lord Governor is going to be able to get things done- and there are things that need to be done- he needs not to be restricted by a bunch of goddamned old men worried more about the next election than the fate of the nation!”
“Mister Asnera?”
“Actually, I happen to agree that the Senate in its form leading up to the dissolution was more or less useless. That’s what comes of packing it with commoners. A senate of nobles would be an entirely different matter of course.”
“Next question, Mister Asnera. Your party has yet to express an opinion on the Transylvanian occupation. What is your opinion?”
“As long as they allow government of Kologk by Kologk- specifically the Kologkian nobility, I have no stance on them.”
“Mister Eisal?”
“Doesn’t surprise me in the least that this so called nobleman would lick the ass of whoever he thought could help him hold onto power once he stole it. We owe a debt to the Transylvanians, no mistake, and I’m grateful to them for helping to get Kologk back on its feet. But the time is fast approaching for Kologk to stand on its own!”
“All right. One last question for Mister Eisal, and then we’ll move on to the next segment of our program. Mister Eisal, since you feel that ties with The Transylvania and The Dominion should be weakened, if not severed, which, if any alliance do you feel Kologk should align itself with?”
“I meant what I said when I said it was time for Kolgok to stand on its own! Ties with individual nations are an option, but the last thing this country needs is to yoke itself into another alliance!”
“Mister Asnera?”
“I believe we should retain close ties to the Dominion,” replied Asnera.
“And that’s all the time we have for the debate, folks. Tune in next week for the debate between the Socialist and Capitalist parties.”
***
A few moments after the debate finished airing, Rafael again presented himself at the perimeter, this time carrying a small labtop case. He asked the first Dominion official he saw, "Would you be so kind as to relay a message to the relevant parties that I wish to offer my services as a political advisor?"
The Transylvania
17-04-2007, 20:05
The Dominion official, a blonde haired, green eyed man in a pin-striped gray suit, looked at Rafael. He stared at him as the Death Dealers stood and watched over the perimeter. The Dominion official continued to stare at Rafael.
“Mr. Rafael,” the man said, his voice deep and dark, “we’re not here to give message to the parties. We’re here to make sure that this is a fair election. Plus, I don’t any of the parties need a political advisor. If they do, then they’ll be last in the race by now.”
With that, the Dominion official when back to his job as the Death Dealers stood in full body armor with sub-machine guns in their hands. Rafael would get silent and cold stares from those SWAT type police officers.
By now, those whom send in for stuff would be getting that stuff mailed to them. Be it food, medicine, or clothes, the Dominion was doing what it said it would do. The Kologkians would see that even the Dominion was nice and fair. The Dominion did end the civil war and rebuilt everything that was destroyed during the whole civil war and the end of the civil war. So…there is a lot of money that was used in Kologk.
Meanwhile, a new plan was under way of taking the support of the Kologkian Power Party out of the way. Nobody in their right mind would want Kologk as a dictatorship as the Power Party looks like it wants. After only four hours, a new posters was created and mass copied to be placed in as many cites as it. It was a perfect photo chopped picture of the Kologkian Power Party’s Martin Eisal in full Nazi uniform with the Party’s logo in the place of the Nazi’s logo. At the top, in red letters was ‘ONE MAN! ONE VOTE!’ and at the bottom, in yellow letters was ‘Do we really want Kologk as dictatorship? Don’t vote Martin Eisal for Lord Governor!’
The Count had some more posters in the works to even out the playing field. He would hit the Kologkian Socialist Party and the Kologkian Patriot Party soon. He just wanted to see how much the Power Party poster worked.
OOC: Just to be clear, he was offering his services to the Dominion as a political advisor on the situation in Kologk.
IC: Martin Eisal used radio broadcasts. He used television commercials. He used posters on walls, and he used a large number of websites, with a variety of domain names, not all of which were explicit in their support for him. 'Unofficial' videos cropped up across the internet, cleverly designed to appeal to his growing power base in the lower classes.
But by far Eisal's favorite propoganda tool, and one of the most effective, were his rallies. They were to all appearances spontaneous, he would gain permission from a local with an empty lot, set up a makeshift podium, and hold forth for a crowd. These were generally staged in lower class areas, so crowds were quick to assemble.
It was at one of these podiums that he first 'officially' adressed the posters. "Somebody-" he roared at the crowd, not mentioning the Count or the Dominion, if they believed it was a political rival of his, so much the better, and he was as yet wary of directly locking horns with the Transylvania. "Somebody has been comparing the Kologkian Power Party to the National Socialist party in Germany!" There was a rumble in the crowd at this. "Someone has been calling our party- your party!- a means to a dictatorship. Someone, has been implying that the point of this party is for my personal power! Is that true?"
There was an angry response in the negative from the crowd. "Damn straight it isn't true!" Continued Eisal. "You know what I want! You know I want a strong Kologk! You know why I want it! So Kologk can stand free and tall, so Kologk can fight for Kologk, not against Kologk! What defined the Nazis? Fear, racism, brutality! What will define Kologk?"
The three words that followed had been seeded throughout all of his various advertising and propoganda. They came back now in a bellow of support from the crowd. "Courage! Strength! Freedom!"
"That's right! You know that's what I stand for! You know that's what the Kologkian Power Party stands for! That's why you're not going to be swayed by this cowardly mud slinging! That's why you're going to vote for the Kologkian Power Party! That's why you're going to vote for me!"
It was the first of many such rallies, each one followed immediately in the next poll by a rise in support for Eisal in whatever area it took place in. Word of mouth aided along, as did a number of high quality vidoes that cropped up over the internet following each rally.

Political Posters Backfire!
As many of you are doubtlessly aware, there have been a number of posters cropping up, making a connection between the Kologkian Power Party and the German Nazi party. Despite this- or perhaps because of it- Eisal has surged ahead in the polls. Certainly, the way Asnera acquitted himself in the recent debate cut his chances out from under him, but more than that, Eisal has gained at the cost of every other major party in the election. He has, in fact, gained while every other political party has fallen, and now trails behind only the other KPP, the Kologkian Patriot Party.
But more on those posters. A sample can be found here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=12554108&postcount=85). Political analysts theorize that one of the main reasons for Eisal's remarkable gains have been his old fashioned rallies, which lately have been dealing primarily with the subject of that poster.
The Transylvania

OOC: The Count wouldn’t want him to help as Rafael was the enemy.
IC: The first poster did back fire, but the Power Party wouldn’t win the election as one nobody would want the power in the hands of one man. One man in power is a dictatorship as he can do want every he wanted. The Count still was the Kologkian Lord Governor and could order the disbanding of the Power Party under the charges that the election is trying to create a democracy government in Kologk not a dictatorship.
And the problem with the Power Party’s goal is that is counter attacks the Count’s plan. Step seven, that the Kologkian Senate will gain power only after steps through one to four have been finished. Anybody that read the plan would know that. The Count was going to place some power to the people and not one man.
Along with funding the Right Honorable Nobility Party and aiding the party private, the Count would locked horn with the Power Party. He had people trying to help the Right Honorable Nobility Party and win the hearts of the people, which their current movements haven’t.
Anyways, back to the locking of horns. The Count would launch more attacks, but blame everything on the Power Party for his latest actions. It would create feuds between the other parties and the Power party. It would fun to watch the aftermath.
A new poster started to appear on the streets and the cyber streets of the web, this was of the Kologkian Socialist Party’s Chris Malovich with the Kologkian flag flying behind him. On the top, in yellow letters was ‘I’m going to place regulation of big business and hurt us all.’ and on the bottom, in the same yellow letters was ‘He isn’t right for Kologk. Vote Martin Eisal for Lord Governor.’ Under the last part was the Power Party’s logo.
The next one came soon after the first one. On this poster was the Kologkian Patriotic Party’s Nathan Petrelli in front of some building in Kolgok, shaking hands with a figure in all black. ’Making a deal with the Devil to gain his power. Vote Martin Eisal for Lord Governor.’ in blue letters at the bottom of the poster. Under the last part was the Power Party’s logo.
The best one came out a few hours after the poster of the Patriotic Party’s poster. It was one for the Right Honorable Nobility Party. Why would he attack a party that her wanted to win. The reason is so nobody can link to the Right Honorable Nobility Party.
On the attack poster for the Right Honorable Nobility Party was a picture of John Du Asnera in a really, really nice suit in front of a mansion. At the top, in yellow letters was ‘I’m rich, bitches!’ and on the bottom, in same yellow letters was ’Noblemen can’t do a single thing right. Vote Martin Eisal for Lord Governor.’ Under the last part was the Power Party’s logo.
The last one was about the Kologkian Capitalist Party. It had Henry Lokia standing in front of his Party’s logo. In blue letter at the top was ‘Henry Lokia isn’t a Kologkian. He doesn’t care for Kologkians.’ Like the other posters, at the bottom was ‘Vote Martin Eisal for Lord Governor.’
For the fun it, the Count launched another attack at the Power Party. This time, Martin Eisal wasn’t in Nazi gear and in a normal suit. At the top was ‘I’ll take the power and enforce my laws on the people. One man, one vote. Down with step seven!’ in red letters and at the bottom was ‘Courage! Strength! Freedom! Yeah right, I’m only in for the power. Vote Martin Eisal for your next leader and Kologkian Dictator.’ in the same red letters.
Nathan Petrelli laughed as he crumpled up a copy of the poster. He threw it easily into a trash bin across the room. "Do any of us actually believe that Eisal or the other KPP is behind this?" He asked.
His staff of political advisors shook their heads. "No," said Isaac, his most trusted confidant "No, Eisal, whatever else he may be- and he's quite a lot of other things- is a man with a real knack for propoganda. If he was going to attack us- a possibility, I'll admit, right now, we look like the only real threat to him- he would hit us hard and fast. It wouldn't just be a poster. He'd be talking about us on the radio, the television, and most of all in his rallies. Moreover, any posters, especially ones with his name and symbol (he referred here to the clenched fist clutching a serpent that symbolized the Kologkian Power Party) on them, would be a hell of a lot cleverer than this. Deal with the devil." He shook his head. "Nah, Eisal goes gunning for us we'll know it."
"Right, so that leaves the question of who did do it," said Petrelli. "Who else got attacked?"
"Everyone but Eisal, so no help narrowing the field there. Matter of fact, there's a new poster out against him too, though it hasn't got the logo" said Isaac "Again, if this was a serious campaign of someone trying to help Eisal, even outside of his Party, it would be obvious. Best guess, smear campaign by one of the other parties, or our dear Count."
"Who'd be desperate or dirty enough to try something like this?"
"Best guess, either the Rt. Hon. Kologkian Nobility Party, or the Count again. Here's a thought though- it could have been set up by Eisal or someone working for him, specifically so he can deny it and appear to be the target of some deep dark vendetta."
Petrelli sighed. "It stinks, tell you the truth. It should be about the issues."
***
"I'm sure some of you have seen this poster!" Roared Eisal. He held up the poster of Nathan Petrelli. "This is a viscious lie, as I'm sure you realize! It's also not my viscious lie!" He tore the poster in two, and held up a new one, this time the Kologkian Capitalist poster. "Another stupid lie!" He tore it in two. He continued with a copy of each of the posters- including that of the one actually directly opposing him, until he reached that of the Rt. Hon. Kologkian Nobility Party. "This one's the truth, but I still didn't put it out!" This drew a laugh from the crowd, as he tore it in two.
"The truth is, I don't put up posters like these because I don't need to! I'm going to win this election because the people know what I want, and they know that's what they want! Courage! Strength! Freedom!"
The return from the crowd was, as always, deafening. "One more reaon I'll win- because I talk to the people! I don't hide in an ivory tower and try to fill your minds with lies and hatred!"
The posters bearing the KPP fist were taken off walls, mostly in lower class sections.

It was a win and a loss on the Count, but he didn’t care. He was going to drop a bomb, a big bomb, on the Power Party. Her would hit them hard and ship their large head in the waters of the election race. The Power Party was going to be out of the election.
The Count would link his face throughout Kologk via a news crew at the Lord Governor’s palace. Wearing a black shirt, black leather pants, a pair of motorcycle boots and his trademark black cowboy hat, the Count stared at the camera.
“Kologkians, I talk to you on this night about one thing and one thing only. After seeing those posters and everything that has happened, I find it all laughable.” he said, taking a pause. His eyes stared into the lens like he was looking into the souls of those whom were watching. “The election, as said in my plan of the future of Kologk, will be held in six months. Also, in that plan was the step about the Kologkian Senate gaining some of their power back.”
He paused, about to drop the bomb. “The Power Party, the one whom those posters have attacked or linked to, goes against step seven. The power needs to be in the hands of the people, not one man like Mr. Eisal. One man, one vote is the way of a dictator as he can place whatever laws he wants. He will not no better then that last joke of a Lord Governor.” he said, with a smile at the end.
“The goals of Mr. Eisal and the Power Party are the ways of a dictator, a ruler who assumes sole power over the state. That would only hurt the people more then what the Socialist Party wants.” he said, taking another pause. His eyes still locked on the lens. “The Power Party is banned from the election of the Lord Governor for their goals of ‘One man, one vote.’ and that their goals counteracts the plan for the future of Kologk. If Kologk becomes a one man dictatorship, it will not be on my watch. The Power Party can stay part of the Kologkian Senate and even run in later elections.”
“That’s all. Have a nice night. If you need anything, please fill out those forms that were mailed to you.” he said.
The feed was end and when back to the normal program. The bomb was drop and there was a good reason behind it. Anybody with a brain would know it.
Rafael winced when he saw the announcement. "You know, I almost believe he wants to start another civil war," he said, "Does he truly believe that Eisal's followers wouldn't listen to him if in his next rally he suggested they go out and try to kill some Transylvanians?"
Rafael sat in a darkened apartment, with the execption of the small television. A large cat sat on the arm of his chair, and he stroked it absentmindedly as he spoke.
"Perhaps," said a voice behind him, "Or perhaps he assumes Eisal doesn't dare challenge him. Then again, perhaps he hopes he will, so he will have an excuse to completely obliterate the Kologkian Power Party."
"Then again," said Rafael, his voice lowering. "Then again, physical violence is not the only way Eisal could strike back at the Count for this. For that matter, it isn't even the most effective."
"Oh, and what, wise sage, would be a better way?" The voice held two meanings. To begin with, it truly was curious as to what Rafael had to suggest. On another level, it held scorn that Rafael- who's movement had to all appearances collapsed- would offer advice for another treader of the murky waters of politics.
"The time for the Kologkian Liberation Front had passed, and we had entered a new stage," said Rafael, reading both meanings. "Had the KLF continued, it would only have split the liberation vote. And there lie both your answers, if you care to read them. Good day, and I don't expect we'll have cause to meet again."

The first of the pamphlets appeared on the streets later that day. It had a plain dark red cover, bearing the title- Ruminations on the Political Situation in Kologk: Part One of a Continuing Series.
It held small copies of all of the major political posters- authentic and otherwise- that had gone up on the walls. and basic information on all the candidates, as well as Mark Eisal. Finally, it contained a short essay entitled 'The Mistake in Banning the Kologkian Power Party'.
***
The banning of the Kologkian Power Party from participation in the election for Lord Governor is a mistake for any number of reasons. The most important reasons, I have endeavored to lay out here.
First, the usual reason given for the band- that the Kologkian Power Party would be undemocratic, is simply untrue. As any examination of Mark Eisal's manifesto- distributed free under the title of Freedom, Power, Courage: Kologkian Freedom- will reveal, the precept of freedom means maintaining democratic government. That it is democratic government with only one man being chosen by the populace is a valid point, but one that should be adressed through democracy.
The second reason is the hot tempers that will inevitably flare around a figure such as Eisal. Some calming words from him would perhaps manage to contain the suddenly potentially explosive situation, but such words have never been Eisal's forte.
The final, and perhaps more Machivellian reason is this- by this announcement, Transylvania has made a belligerent of Mark Eisal, a man whom it is not a wise idea to cross, especially in the political realm. Watch the polls for the other KPP closely.

The Count wasn’t afraid of the outcomes of his latest action of the banning the Power Party from the election. If Eisal's followers started attacking the Dominionites within Kologk, which are military and police forces with very few civilians, then the followers are as dumb as ever. The Power Party wasn’t banned forever. It was banned from the election for the Lord Governor. Nobody in their mind would attack a Dominionite as only bad things will come.
The Count's counter attack the short essay about banning the Power Party was a mistake with his own, but it wasn’t a short essay. He did like it do things big. He even titled it ‘Why Banning the Power Party was a Good Thing!’ to counteract the short essay. The paper was close to six pages, detailing what the outcome of Kolgok as dictatorship. He even wrote about the editorships he had seen in his long lifetime. The Nazis of the World War Two era, the current leaderships of Roach-Buster, and many others.
He wrote about the outcomes of ‘One man, one vote.’ throughout the paper. Hinting that this one man could use his power to steal form the people of Kologk. He wrote about how this one man could ruin Kologk and make it look like it was back during the civil war.
This paper was being placed on newspaper stands, on buses, on trains, in coffee houses, and anywhere somebody would read it.
"So. You know why you're here! You're here because the Count has decided that he knows what's best for Kologk, and that that isn't me! I know what you're all wondering. You're wondering if I'm going to ask you to rain down my vicarious wrath on the Domionites for this! Well, the answer is no! They have the whip hand now, and they've shown they will use it at any or no provocation! So, the reason I've asked you here is this! I hereby announce my complete support for Nathan Petrelli and the Kologkian Patriotic Party. If you would vote for me, I'd ask you to vote for them! That's all, good night."

“Hmmm…how will we get the Kologkian Patriot Party out of the way?” asked the Count out loud after watching latest message from that far right nut job. He even was planning to kill that far right nut job, but it was too early for that. The Power Party was out of the race and he was happy about that. No far right nationalist group needs to rule a nation.
Mark Eisal was just many people that the Count had crossed during his life. Power hungry idiots that the Count handled without breaking a sweat.
After seeing the latest, the Count didn’t give a rat’s ass about it. Kologkians are fools because nobody has even campaigned around the nation. The only reason that the Kologkian Patriot Party gain that mush was because of what Eisal. The bloody election isn’t for six months, so anything can happen.
Anywyas, the Count was going to light a fire of the candidates to get out and get their votes from themselves. Or he would had to replace those candidates with people that know what an election is.

TO: John Du Asnera
You want to win, right? I’m trying to aid you in this, but you’re not helping me. I know you’re rich, I’m rich, too. So…for you to win this election, you’ll have to get out there show the people that you care about them and not yourself.
This is what you need to do. Go to the homeless shelters and hand out soup or some type of food to the homeless. Go to the slums and do the same time to those people.
Just get out and campaign like you want to win this, Mr. Asnera. I have a feeling you’ll be a perfect ally to me. Get the job done.
Signed,
Count JWolf

TO: Nathan Petrelli
Don’t think the people love you and want to vote for you. They are following the words of that far right nut job. Anyways, to win this election like a real man, do what I say. Get out there and hold meet and greets because the only person whom did it was that far right Eisal.
If you don’t, I’ll get together with your Party’s leaders to find somebody that knows what to do in a election. I bet they want somebody that wins the election because the people want as their leader.
Signed,
Count JWolf
---------
TO: Chris Malovich
Do one thing for me, act like you want to win this election. Get out there and campaign throughout your nation for your votes. Or I’ll get together with your Party’s leader to find somebody that will treat this as a election.
Signed,
Count JWolf
---------
TO: Henry Lokia
I don’t where you came from, but it mush have been a place where there wasn’t an election. Get out there and campaign throughout your nation for your votes. This election isn’t a joke. You have six months before the election.
Get your votes the right way or I’ll be forced to find someone else to take your place. I’ll have a nice talk with your Party’s leaders to find somebody whom wants to win this election.
Signed,
Count JWolf

With those messages out, the Count had created something new. Maybe they will do what he says because the outcome will not be good for them.
Meanwhile, the training for the United Kologkian police forces was about to be started. Throughout the cities, messages were sent to both the Commonwealth And local police offers to come to the nearest Police Academy to learn the basics of team work and other things.
"Who the hell does he think he is?" Asked Petrelli. "No, don't answer that. I know. An immortal vampire lord in control of a powerful country. But answer this. Where does he get off telling us to run the election, without checking to notice that's already how we're running it?"
"Evidently he's been paying too much attention to Eisal," said Isaac, "Yes, his campaigns have always been the most effective. But the only one who hasn't been travelling and giving speeches has been Asnera, and frankly, I'm starting to think he only ran for a lark."
"Wouldn't surprise me. Posh bastard. So we just ignore the letter?"
"Yep. Might get Asnera out campaigning though."
"Good," said Nathan. "He keeps running off at the mouth, we're liable to pick up what few supporters he has left." Isaac chuckled.

That a good thing to ignore the Count. It could piss him off and nobody wants a pissed off a man that could lay waste to Kologk with one order. But he had a feeling that everybody know that. Anyways, he was focused on Eisal over the rest because the far right nut was the major threat in the whole election.
He knew of the others having speeches and whatever, but they were top news like Eisal’s rallies. So, they would have to step up their game to make the Count pay more attention to them. But in thirty-two hours, the Count would be going home. And nobody would know that he was gone until he was already out of the nation.
Anyways, he was making sure that the Right Honorable Kologkian Nobility Party had the funs and political aid to maybe win the election. He had send political advisors and others to somehow get by the support the party had. There were people to write Mr. Asnera’s speeches for him, so he doesn’t sounds like he was better then the people of Kologk. There were people to aid in everything, so it was up to the people.
John will get votes as long as he listens to those political aides and the Count. Supporters will come back to him.
OOC: In my defend, you only posted as Eisal doing the rallies and etc. And you never said anything about the background checks I did on them all. If there is anything bad, I’ll find out about it. Role-play with me here and don’t ignore parts of my posts.
OOC: True, I only posted Eisal doing the rallies. That's because Eisal's rallies were the only ones that were really remarkable. The others have normal political rallies, but without the charged atmosphere of Eisal's. And pray tell, which parts of your posts have I ignored? If you refer to the funding of Asnera, I haven't ignored it, it's just that it hasn't had much of an effect due to A- Asnera being convinced he's better than everyone else and not much caring whether anyone knows it and B- Him being filthy rich and supported by a bunch of filthy rich people already.
IC: The second pamphlet was less concerned with Eisal and the KPPs, and more concerned with Asnera and his Rt. Hon. Nobility Party.
It consisted of a brief summary of Asnera's political goals, followed by another short essay, this one entitled- The Man Who Would be King
For make no mistake, that is his intent. True Kologk has never had a king before, but then, they haven't had nobility for fifty years, and it was the nobility's excesses and opression that started the civil war in the first place. But regardless of the past, it is the future that should concern us now.
A little known book written by Asnera reveals his goals. First, he holds forth that the more noble one's blood is, the more influence one should have in the proposed Senate of Lords. He then goes on in exhausting detail about pedigrees, showing that he himself should have what amounts to a fifty-one percent majority in this Senate of Lords.
One might wonder why such animosity between Asnera and Eisal then, as they have the same views on where power should be concentrated. The answer is simple. Eisal believe that that power must be renewed by the people every two years, whereas Asnera believes his bloodline should hold it indefinitely.
Furthermore, Asnera believes in limiting education for the commoners, and a plan known as 'Home Security' which essentially amounts to reinstituting serfdom.
Asnera's supporters can be forgiven for not realizing the extent of his delusions- only three dozen copies of the book were ever printed, and Asnera owns two dozen of those.

OOC: Would post a rebuttal speech, but as you have apparentally sent speechwriters for Asnera, figured I'd give you a shot.

OOC: No, the parts about the background checks. You could have gave a little something about them. I do need fuel for my attacks.
And that you have Asnera not doing what the Count told him to do.
IC: The Count just relaxed and wait for Asnera to do what he was told to do. If Asnera wanted to become the Lord Governor, he will have to get out there and get votes. Kologk wasn’t a Monarchy, so his noble blood will not mean a bloody thing. He knew right now that those send to aid him were maybe hounding that into the mind of Asnera.
The rebuttal speech of Asnera
I would like to address this person called ‘R’, whomever you are. You bring up my book, which I do owed two dozen copies, and think you can use it against me. It’s a book, my dear sir. I don’t even believe anymore.
After the debate, I was having a talk with one of my aides that is running my campaign for Lord Governor and I came up with the idea that noble blood will not win this election. The polls even say the same thing. The blood that flow in veins doesn’t mean anything in this election. This election is for a monarchy type government. Kologk will have a senate and I’ll be happy as the Lord Governor.
Right now, I’m rethinking my goals with my aides and a number of others. I know this, I’ll try to turn Kologk in a nation like the Dominion or one of those powerful, honorable nations.
If I don’t win as the Lord Governor, I’ll maybe run for the senate because there will still be a senate. I do support the Count’s actions of banning the Power Party because we don’t need a far right leader in power. One man, one vote. That’s just nuts!
~ John Du Asnera
In all frankness, Asnera was not fond of the common folk. After he delivered the speech- not his speech, by any stretch of the imagination- he had to use all of his willpower reserves to force himself to mingle with the crowd. Still, he perservered throughout the handshakes with the great unwashed. And if he was not terribly enthusiastic, neither was the crowd. The free refreshments had done more to attract them to the rally than the candidate.

The newest pamphlet's short essay was entitled- The Hollow Candidate
"For surely Asnera has abandoned all that made him noteworthy. His party, minus the nobility (making it the Rt. Hon. Party, it would seem) has little to distinguish itself from the Capitalist Party.
Predictably, according to an inside source, a schism is about to occur, with the more extreme members splitting off to form the Rt. Hon. True Nobility Party. With Asnera's already miniscule power base thus split, it seems there is little chance left of his taking the seat of Lord Governor.
On a related topic, before bandying about terms such as 'far right' Asnera (or rather his speech writers) may wish, in the future, to check his political alignment. Using a standard one dimensional political scale (woefully out of date, incidentally), Asnera actually figures as more right wing than Eisal.

OOC: You’re still not giving me anything about their background. I want more then what he said early. And it would help me, if you give more things about everybody. Come on and throw me a bone here, I’ll trying to free your nation.
IC: At the Lord Governor’s palace, the Count wanted blood for Rafael’s essays. Those essays were a little one side and they will caused Rafael’s death. The Count would do it, but killing Rafael with Blue Angel would only set him off more. No, he would use his assassin to get the job done.
He would use White Cobra, whom has already been sent out, to kill Rafael. White Cobra would located him and kill him. He was scouting out the locations in civilian clothes, which made him look like everybody else. Under his mask was normal human face.
White Cobra will find him, nobody can say hidden for to long. The way he will die will be a way nobody can blame anybody for doing. He’ll be killed by being a drug over dose.
And with White Cobra out there, the Count moved on to Asnera, which he had dragged to the palace. He was staring at him, right now.
“You’re a fucking fool. You don’t want this!” he yelled at the nobleman. “If you did, you would have did what I fucking said. Shaking hands! Kissing babies! That how you do things. Fuck your noble blood because the people see you as a bloody coward.”
“You’re a joke, that’s why I’m going to start backing the Capitalist Party. They have a little more heart then you.” said the Count with a smile. “Do you have anything to say about your foolish behavior?”
And yes, he was starting to Capitalist Party. By now, there would be a person showing up to talk with Henry Lokia’s aide or the man himself.
“I need to talk to Mister Henry Lokia. I and some others would like to aid him in his run for Lord Governor.” said the man.
There was essay placed in Kologk’s biggest newspaper. The essay was titled ‘Does Kologk need the Patriotic Party in control?’ and wrote by Keith Grove.
Does Kologk need the Patriotic Party in control? My answer is no! There are many reasons why the Patriotic doesn’t need to be in power. There are better Party out there like Capitalist Party or even the Socialist Party. Their candidates look like they could get the job done.
One reason why the Patriotic Party is wrong for Kologk is that they are a less extreme version of the Kologkian Liberation Front. Come on, people, being a less extreme doesn’t make it right. The Kologkian Liberation Front were rebels within Kologk and that’s why they had been disband and can’t form again. They rebelled against a government they placed in control. They rebelled against the Dominion because they didn’t like their soldiers in Kologk. Anyways, I could make this an essay about the KLF, but they are now bad news.
The second reason is that Nathan Petrelli was part of a number of peaceful independent protests against the occupation. A number of those weren’t peaceful. Those protests and those in them were only a waste of time because Kologk was and still is a colony of the Dominion. Does nobody remember the end of the civil war and the raising of the Dominion flag? I think we have gone down this road already.
The third reason is their stance on the Dominion. Believes that Kologk should sever all political ties with the Dominion at the earliest opportunity. That would only be bad for Kologk, if that happens. Kolgok, even after having done everything in the Count’s plan, will not stand up to he forces of Kraven or any of those nations within the Corporate Alliance. The Count is trying to give Kologk back her freedom, not allow Kologk to be open to attack. He could have placed somebody in the Lord Governor position, but he didn’t. He wants the people to choice their leader and choice the right one.
The last reason is that nobody really wants the Patriotic Party as their leader. The only reason the Patriotic Party got high in the polls is that they listened to the far right, nationalist Mark Eisal. That means one thing, the support of the Patriotic Party isn’t real support.
So, people of Kologk, I want you to think about whom to vote for. I have been in this nation as long as the Dominion controlled it. I want this nation to have a good leader and Nathan Petrelli isn’t that person in my eyes.
"I can't say I know who this Keith Grove is," said Eisal. He seemed remarkably calm, especially considering he was in the middle of a rally. "What I do know is this. He is a liar!" The calm was over. "I'll admit, in my time, I have been part of some protests that bordered on riots. This is not true of Nathan Petrelli. Every protest he has been a part of has remained completely peaceful on the part of the protestors. Even when the police tried to break one of them up with tear gas, water hoses, and clubs! Whatever you might say about Nathan Petrelli, he is not a violent man!"
***
Henry Lokia looked the man in the eye. "You're from the Dominion, I take it? Finally decided to drop that holier-than-thou piece of shit Asnera? Well, I could use the help if I'm going to overcome the lead you guys gave the KPP. But I'm gonna say this. No way in hell do I want your public support. That'd be the last nail in the coffin you've built me." And he turned and left.

Rafael was in his home, sitting at a small computer terminal hooked up to a number of powerful machines. His building was one of the few built during the civil war, with the result that it was designed for defense, to the extent that would be paranoia in the rest of the world. It was built of stone, no thinner than four feet thick anywhere, and up to ten feet thick in some places. The single door was four feet of solid steel, locked by a number of expensive and complicated locks, and since Rafael was currently in residence, three heavy deadbolts. The only windows were narrow affairs, barely small enough for a child's hand to reach through, even before the metal security grill- electrified most of the time, though at the moment Rafael had turned that off to deal with a short somewhere in the system.
A camera covered the front door, as did a complicated periscopal device hidden by a two way mirror. Rafael was not minding either of them at the moment though, concentrating on the political situation. A loose network of contacts in the major political parties kept him informed of developments from an insider view.

Seargent Ferdinand's police force, (among others, but for the sake of not RPing each individually, I will say that the actions/progress of Ferdinand's represent the general actions/progress of the rest) meanwhile, had dutifully reported to the designated area to commence the Dominion training.
OOC: As for what you'd be able to dig up? Eisal was officially reprimanded several times for extreme brutality towards enemies, and was once court martialled for the execution of prisoners whom had allegedly surrendered. He was acquitted, but there's rumors that that's just because he was tooo good a soldier to sacrifice.
Nathan Petrelli is remarkably clean, but Isaac- chairman of the party and Nathan Petrelli's main confidant- was a member of the KLF for a time.
Lokia- A number of semilegal business deals and profiteering during the civil war.
Malovich- A number of affairs that would have been scandalous if they didn't happen in the middle of the civil war.
Asnera- Drugs, women, boys, alcohol, you name it.

Another essay popped up in the same newspaper. This was titled ‘Mark Eisal, the Biggest Idiot in Kologk’ by Keith Grove, whom everybody in Kologk should know. He is the Minister of State of Kologk under the last Lord Governor and current Dominion Lord Governors until the election is over.
The first reason is that in his latest rally, he said he didn’t know me. I’m the current Minister of State and he doesn’t know me. Where has he been at? Why do people even listen to him surprise me. In the Dominion, Mark would be by himself as the people would ignore everything that comes out of his mouth.
The second reason is that he has no idea what happened at those protest and riots after the bounty posting. The Commonwealth and local Kologkian police could stop the riots, so the Dominion riot police were called in. Arriving at the scenes, the Dominion riot police only had to show up to break them up. The rioters ran away without having force used on them. And about the protest, well there were some violent ones. Maybe Nathan Petrelli was part of one of them or maybe not.
The last reason why Eisal is an idiot is that he should haven't even joined the election because of his past. Did you know he executed of prisoners that surrendered? He was acquitted because he was too good of a soldier. People, that’s pure nonsense because no army in the world would call someone like Eisal a part of them. He showed extreme brutality towards the enemy. He needs to be in a jail cell, not the streets of Kologk.
So, people of Kologk, I call for you to join up and call for Eisal to be jailed for the rest of his life for his past crimes against humanity. I call for you to link together and demand that the Power Party is forced to disband and never form again. There isn’t a need for a party like that in Kologk. Having the Power Party will only do harm to Kologk.
-----
Right after the meeting with the Dominion official, Henry Lokia would find money added to his party’s campaign funds. Not a few hundreds of dollars, but hundreds of thousands dollars had been wired into the party’s fund.
There was even copies of the background checks of Malovich and Asnera wired to Lokia’s aides. Other papers were wired about the Kologkian Patriot Party and more about their chairman and his actions as a KLF member.
-----
White Cobra found out that Rafael was in his home, which was more like a prison fortress for the person inside. So, he had to think about it. With windows that person his size couldn’t get in, entering by them was out of the question. Same thing about the door, too. The assassin would need a bunker buster to get in unless he tapped into the phone lines.
And that’s what he did, tapped into the phones line going into the house. He would listen for anything he could use to get into the house. He even radioed back to see, if somebody could find the blue prints of Rafael’s house to find the weak spots.
Monitoring Rafael's phone lines would accomplish very little, as he didn't call anyone. Monitoring his wireless internet access would turn up a more or less unsurprising range of sites, mostly political in nature, as well as frequent acess to the local library's internet sight. There a competent hacker would find that he had been checking out books on political topics, including a copy of Asnera's book, with one exception, a book entitled Gun Ownership and Safety. Inspired by this, a good investigator would soon be able to track down the purchase of an antique revolver some weeks earlier.
***
The newest pamphlet did not contain an essay as such, but instead a letter, addressed to The People of Kologk.
One wonders at the policies and stances of the Dominion. At one moment, they announce that several of the peaceful protests Petrelli was involved with were in fact not peaceful, and in the next, they merely say that there were protests which were not peaceful, and they have no idea whether Petrelli was involved in any of them.
But there is a more important issue at stake here. For reasons most politely described as convoluted and senseless, they have decided to urge the people to demand the disolution of the Kologkian Power Party- despite already having banned that party- and the prevention of it ever reforming. The rationale for this, such as it is, is that the candidate, Mark Eisal, was accused- and acquitted- of killing enemies who had surrendered. Given Eisal's flaire for fascist-esque speeches to respond to any criticism, I'm sure we can expect a more detailed report soon.
On another note, one wonders whether the Dominion, having expressed distate for the Socialist Party, nevertheless has something of a planned economy. The best evidence for this is the fact that their mouthpiece- that is, head of state- in Kologk seems to have had his supply of the word not rudely cut off. There seems to be no other logical reason for such sentences as-
-the last reason why Eisal is an idiot is that he should have even joined the election because of his past-
except possibly for a severe case of Multiple Personality Disorder

OOC: Will reply to the rest of your post tomorrow.
The Transylvania

OOC: That was my typo, but thanks for pointing it out for me.
IC: White Cobra didn’t find anything that would be good for him tog et into the house. He, along with some other hacker, didn’t find out that much stuff on Rafael's wireless internet access. Only that he had checked out a number of books lately. So, he stayed in the shadow and watched the house.
Meanwhile, a plan was cleared by the Count and those he carried with him. The people of Kologk would need their eyes opened and he had the stuff for that. Through a black market, the Count had gotten authentic Kraven battlesuits, along with the authentic weapons. And he had some of those thing placed in Kologk.
It would take five hours to get those soldiers in placed to create mayhem in the capital city. Using plain Jane moving trucks that had logo of companies within Kologk, the ‘Kraven Capitol Police’ were moved in the city. The drivers looked like normal people.
And one of those moving van pulled up in front of Rafael's house. White Cobra watched from shadow at this vehicle, knowing what it held in his back. It was one of the plans he gone over with the Count about. Either the Count was pissed off or wanted something to happen because of this action.
Then out of the van’s backs came those ‘Capitol Polices’, moving in the same way as the real ones do. A total of six in each of the moving vans. Rafael's house was just one of the many place, which includes the Power Party’s headquarters, Eisal’s house, Petrelli’s house, the Patriot Party’s headquarters and the other Party’s headquarters. It would look like Kraven had targeted those within the election to prepare the land for them to take over. Even if the means fighting the Dominion to do it.
At each of those targets, each ‘Capitol Police’ was in an authentic Kraven Battlesuit and armed with a GPMG, a Corporate carbine, a Corporate sidearm and that long deadly 18" Bayonet. Along with that was four grenades: a flash bang, a smoke and two frags, and five lbs of C12.
They moved into their targets, firing at anything that moved with their GPMG. Cold looks form their red lens as they fired with deadly aim at the harmless flesh of those people in their target buildings. Knowing that their armor could hold back a lot of stuff, these killers moved on to kill all they could. The ones in the Socialist Party’s headquarters and Capitalist Party’s headquarters were took to only kill those that weren’t Chris Malovich and Henry Lokia. Meaning anybody was fair game, but those two men.
Moving up to Rafael's front door, one soldiers placed pieces of C12 on the hinges of the door and the three lock. Moving out of the range, that soldiers triggered his C12 to open the door with force. With the door open, the six ‘Capitol Polices’ moved into the house to find Rafael.
The Count knew that doing this could get the eyes of Kraven into it, but he didn’t care. HE still need to deliver some payback to those freaks anyways.
