Good Day.

Welcome to The Great Monty Python Foreign Affairs Department.

This is an official thread that shall update the world in the many happenings around TGMP, including current events and affairs. This shall also help people when they want to set up an embassy in our country; or just get some tickets for events such as the Piemon International Film Festival (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=511197).

This should be updated regularly, with frequent news additions.

Embassies wishing to be set up shall probably be based in the coastal capital, Piemon, but if anyone wishes to be based elsewhere, it doesn't really matter.

Thank you for your interest,
Eric Praline
Home and Foreign Secretary

Good afternoon, and welcome to GMPTV News at 3. In just two hours time, at 5pm (GMT) there will be a press conference (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=511344) announcing the final shortlist for the "Piemon International Film Festival." (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=511197)
This will be held in memory of Sir Edward Ross, and shall contain many awards from "Best Special Effects" to "Best Musical".
Any film makers willing to take part only have an hour to submit their films, and there are free tickets to the event at the Lumberjack Lodge in Piemon.

Good Luck!

This blatant adverting in a news bulletin was endorsed by the Piemon International Film Festival.
