Since it's a nominally secret account, and only members of the Directorate know about it, we don't believe that security features will be necessary. The Empire is very careful about our finances- one of our national banks collapsed recently, and we were forced to execute several officials who were complicit.

If you pay 10% interest on deposits, and take 12% on loans, you fail to consider inflation. That is a 2% profitability, with a 3% inflation rate you make no money and can't keep your doors open. What are you investing the deposits in that gives you consistently better than 15% yields, I do not want to put my money in an institution that is forced to close its doors.

OOC: Where did you get the inflation note from? There isn't any mention of inflation.

Our paperwork indicates that we did not specify the interest rate for our deposit. We would seek an 8% compound interest rate.

Are your rates compounded annually, monthly, weekly, or daily? Furthermore, the Directorate is interested in the investment of our funds, and would like an idea as to where they would be so invested.

On another note, if the bank is interested in investing their holdings in the Imperial stock exchanges, the Directorate would be more than glad to open accounts for the bank in any of the three stock exchanges (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Commerce_and_Business_in_Allech-Atreus)- the IGE, the KRE, or the CSM. As a warning, the only market we can guarantee stability in is the Imperial Grand Market.

The Empire of 1010102 Needs a place to store a recent surplus of 3 trillion(USDs). We will require your best security feterures. For an interest rate, we would like 8% interest rate. We will also be depositing all of our profits from our Goverment run storefront which is 27.19 trillion.

You have, unfortunately, failed to take in to account the high regulation of our economy, and the most-likely equally excellent regulation of other such economies. When currency is entirely electronic in nature, we are able to regulate the amount and circulate of such easily - the amount of currency created is set to a goods standard, thus, as goods get more prolific, so does money - in perfect lockstep.

Other economies may suffer inflation, but the Republic's economy has suffered absolutely minimal inflation for centuries now, and will continue to do so into the future. We are currently running such.. generous terms in order to establish the bank as a long-term, trustworthy institution, backed by the stability and economic strength of the Republic.
