HOW SET UP AN EMBASSY IN THE GRAND DUCHY OF AUNESIA

The Grand Duchy of Aunesia is always seeking to extend diplomatic relations with all nations of the World, regardless of their political viewpoint/system. As such, we would welcome any nation to set up an embassy in , our capital city.

We would also like to place embassies in those nations who set up embassies in Aunesia, but this is by no means mandatory.

All nations wishing to create an embassy must fill out the attached form, EB-01a, and by doing so agree to the regulations laid out below:

Regulations regarding embassies:

Embassy Personnel may not exceed 100 persons, unless by specific directive of the President.
Diplomatic immunity does not extend to serious crimes, including but not limited to: Murder, Manslaughter, Rape, Death by Dangerous Driving or Encouraging Civil Discontent, Espionage.
Every Diplomatic Mission is limited to a maximum of two helicopters and twenty land vehicles (All unarmed, however these are allowed to be armoured in any manner)
Small detachments of military forces are allowed, as long as the total number of troops does not exceed thirty.
No heavy weaponry is allowed - nothing heavier than small arms. All weaponry must be declared upon entry into the Grand Duchy and we reserve the right to refuse entry of any weapons or munitions.
Any weaponry brought into the Grand Duchy must remain on Embassy Premises at all times, except in times of Emergency (With the exception of ambassadorial bodyguards who shall be permitted a single pistol each when on duty.)
Embassies are considered the territory of their nations, and as such their own legal systems shall apply (This only applies to activities that occur within the boundaries of the embassy).
The Grand Duchy of Aunesia retains the right to request the departure of foreign diplomatic persons, having provided them with written notice, a minimum of 48 hours prior. Safe passage to airports/ports of the Grand Duchy of Aunesia will always be assured for persons, documents and property.

I can understand the grenades, as we would be operating in an urban environment, but the Ultimate Ratios have stayed with my men since they were in the field. I give you my word that they will only discharge them on approved firing ranges.

Regarding the ban on sniper rifles, very well. We had included them in case of attack by terrorists with RPGs or mortars, but your rules are of course paramount over any anxiety on our part. STATEMENT BY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL OF THE BRUXELLAN OVERSEAS TERRITORY OF AUNESIA

"It is with great pleasure that I must announce that today the National Constitutional Convention of the Aunesian People today finally ratified the Bruxellan Protection Act 2007 as put to and approved by the Aunesian people in last week's National Referendum. This represents the final part of a drawn out process of integration with the Sovereign Kingdom of Bruxella, as begun following last year's constitutional crisis.

From 00:01 Hours tomorrow, all Aunesian citizens will henceforth become Bruxellan Overseas Citizens, entitled to the full protection of His Sovereign Majesty. Whilst Aunesia will retain some autonomy over internal affairs, the foreign relations of Aunesia and responsibility for its defence will pass to the Sovereign Kingdom.

As such, all existing Overseas Missions to the previous Questarian Grand Duchy of Aunesia shall pass to the Sovereign Kingdom. Similarly, all international responsibilities and international institution membership of all peaceful entities now passes to the Sovereign Kingdom.

May this represent a new era of peace and prosperity for all Aunesians.
