Our nation does not participate in a vote. If the government acts against the people, the people let the government know directly and the government acts, either by changing or explaining why it isn't.
As for discriminating against Jews, we do not discriminate against people of any ethnicity. However, if they are religious, they are not eligible for our atheist ration bonuses. This does not, however, discriminate against only people of the Jewish faith.
