Introducing the all new:

T-309 "Bug Tank"
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v293/grunt74/NS1/BugTank.jpg
The Bug Tank features an ultra low profile, easy to operate one man controls, and is heavily armored against grenades and machineguns! The turretless design saves you money and weight, and reduces maintenance costs! The gun has basic elevation controls but is completely fixed on the x axis. But no worry, the 0-turn radius skid-steer chassis of the BUG tank (which is a scaled down version of another one of our tanks) allows for quick 360 degree traversal of the main gun. The pilot/gunner sits in the prone in a comfy compartment which is temperature controlled and sealed from chemical biological and radiological elements. Integrated slat armor can be deployed to cover any vulnerable spots along the cockpit with the flick of a switch and slat armor for the sides of the treads is available as an add-on.

One comment, it will be a sitting duck if it is moving and attempting to fire... especially if the enemy appears on its side.

OOC: It's also poorly armoured and has only one crew member... BUT it is exceedingly cheap and so small it's going to have a role. If Dyelli Beybi were buying tanks this would be on the list.
Forgive me if I'm wrong but I believe this is designed to do stuff like blow up bunkers and buildings with enemy infantry hiding inside them, rather than going into armoured combat.

Exactly ... and with a GPS guided shell it would be awesome in my opinion

OOC: I don't RP, but if I did, I'd probably buy about 50,000 of these things.

Nice design!

Considering the thing's about the size of a sedan.... What exactly keeps it from flipping over? 105mm cannons aren't exactly known for a lack of recoil... Besides that, I don't really see any real flaws, other than the fact that I doubt something smaller than a hummer would have better protection and still be able to move.

We can paint it in any color scheme or pattern you'd like, or we can leave it primed but unpainted for you to color as you wish.
