John stood at the room, Being head of the senate he controlled all Diplomatic Matters for the Empire. With the death of Mationbuds we must discide if we give it a try to continue or not.

I send a joint message to all memers of the Confederation of Independent Planets.

"We have to meet and try and get this alliance back on track, or dissolve it completely".

OOC:This is more to see if Phenixica will actually continue doing anything in international affairs, since all my allies are dead and my empire has shrank

IC:
As the meetings proceeded, a hooded figure emerged from the shadows. He slowly and calmly lifted up his hood to reveal a younger version of Emperor Darth Matter. The hooded figure was Darth Matter's son , quickly rising through the ranks, becoming more and more popular among the common folk and the military rank and file. Even the critical military brass were also in favour of him. He was reputed to be a benevolent and caring leader. He was said to be taking over his father...

John looked at this younge man, It reminded him allot of himself when he first became a senator in the Empire.

He sits at his seat and talks calmly and professionally.

"Hello Emperor of Mationbuds, I am High Senator John of the Imperial Senate of Phenixica. Emperor Belcameron II is organising things in the Imperial Court so you must speak with me today"

John was middle ages, with greying hair and wearing a Orange and Golden Robe typical of a Phenixican Senator. Diffrence was he had a ring on his finger carrying the symbol of the Phenixican Senate.

His only protection were 3 Phenixican Infantrymen who stood in there Orange Tunics with LLR (Long Lazer Rifles) in there hands.

IC :

Emperor Darth Matter the Second walked towards High Senator John. Flanking him were 2 highly trained Imperial Dicter Commandoes. They were top notch fighters in both hand to hand and ranged combat.

Besides, the young Emperor needed no protection as the force was there to guide and protect him. Nevertheless he extended a his hand and gave High Senator John a warm and hearty handshake .

"Now my friend, we have been seperated for too long. Now is the time for us to restore relations and contact with each other. Lets get down to business.'

After the handshake John replies

"Our first move should be simply trying to get the older members back into action, we need men for the ships The Phenixican Military is downsized so we can only really make ships for the military. I also say that we need a agreement between the Force Users of our nations so we know longer have any religious disagreement, The Messiahist Knights ar worried about Sith teachings tainting younger Sidearms".

John sits down and continues "also the Phenixican Empire is very close to releaseing a Isolation Policy while we recover from the loses of so many Vassals, We need a trade surplus that will help us pay to keep our military at it's current size"

IC :

"Ahh we are facing the same troubles as you are . The Empire has lost many of its trusted and valuable vassals and territories. Do not fear us as we embrace the unifying force, to us there is no Dark or Light. We just adopt the title Dark Lord as it sounds more ... powerful. We will not influence any of your younger sidearms. You have my word on that."

"And yes, we are currently formulating a plan to recruit more CIP members and call upon the old CIP members to return and together we'll revive the once great CIP ."

"Good the Empire wil be glad to hear, The Emperor should join us sometime tommorow. You can continue your talk about the military then since i have no say in defence".

The Large room starts to shake, and in the window above a large fleets appears on the Red Sky (we are in the Devenis System).

The loud engines of thosands of fighters swirl arounds as 3 thuds are heard and footsteps outside the door, The large doors banged open and I walked threw. My blue cape flying behind me and my Blue&Gold Military Uniform on, My claymore on my belt as i take the most importent seat in the room. The Throne, I sit down and about 30 Messiahist Knights enter.

John then said to the Emperor "Always have to have a entrance dont you?" I laughed and replied "Pfft, if i can make a entrance i will. You can leave now John, All matters to be discussed now you will have no say in anyway and the Imperial Commisioner is still at the Imperial Court".

I turn and look at the younge Emperor of Mationbuds, He was stronge in the gift but the DarkSide wasnt has impressive. He seemed more humble and kindhearted, I sense my Messiahists and they were all pretty neutral in the Force.

I look to the Mationbuds Emperor and discide to start
"Ok, what do you wish to start this on?"

IC :

Emperor Darth Matter the second watched the proceedings with amusement. He no longer saw the need for such a parade and all that ruckus made just to announce the arrival of a dignitary .

After all the parading around and the grand entrance, once the noise had died down . He continued

"First we can discuss how to restore the once greatness of the Confederation of Independent Planets ."

I turn to him and laugh "Younge Emperor, dont worry all that is simply the Royal Fleet which has to follow me everywhere i go, I dont even like it but it is required".

"Monran Shipyards are still ready to construct ships, Im thinking that we should contact the older members via telegram and see who is interested. John will get a Senator to take the role of representing the Phenixican Empire in the Confederate Council, We should also pick a HQ for the Confederacy for us to meet at".

I cough and then drink some water "For the council position tho, i will say that there is a possibility that i will try and get my Daugther, Princess Larita for the position she is now about 21 years old and has to learn about Inter-Galactic Politics".

IC:"Ok, as said the Phenixican Empire is currently reorganising itself threw a budget crisis. We are going to organise ships to be put into the Confederate Fleet about time we did that anyway, Edward City we would be grateful if you did the same and we can try and get other old members to join this pretty importent meeting"

I drink some water and continue "I suggest we pick a Capital for the Confederacy, A planet that equally favors all members. Maybe just a Large Space Station thats moves around the Confederacy"

"These are just idea's feel free to submit ur own"

Yes,I will give some ships for the fleet too.And I like the idea of a Space Station as a HQ.This Space Station could be named "Confederated Station One" or something like.

"I contacted all ex-members 3 days ago and there has been little interest" I stand up and then start to speak "If Mationbuds does not return or this lack of interest continues then this meeting will be disbanded and the CIP will cease to exist".

well, are we going to follow with this threat or not?

May i suggest that you and I just enter into a private alliance? Since the CIP is dead and i dont think anything can bring it back together

Edward City is also welcome to join the League of Free Worlds, like you Phenixica... :)
