Official message from the Government of the United States
Dear Jennifer!
Observing current policy of California and Alaska, I would like to notice that a new sort of relationship would be feasible between our nations. Perhaps it would be useful if I arrived in California in person to discuss those things… and perhaps even for some entertainment, if you know what I mean (and you most certainly do).
Here are some of the issues I would like to discuss with you: a potential alliance between California and Allanea (including full-on economic cooperation, student exchanges, and the whole goram works), and, most interestingly, the purchase of the province of San Nereiana from you entirely.
As you may or may not know, the United States has an immense navy, approaching something like five thousand combatants (http://z12.invisionfree.com/Allanea/index.php?showtopic=4), an unsustainable enterprise, all in all. However, it is possible for us to transfer ownership of many ships – unscarred by war so far – to California, as well as certain amounts of money. This will be done in exchange for transfer of ownership of the province of San Nereiana.
So, you, me, a few pieces of paper and some vodka, at Executive Tower One on Tuesday – call it a date, if you like.
