Also, what is special about the genetically engineered monkey? How is he changed?

I figured that, since there is no way that cat would exist in my MT/PMT time period, I should just ignore it. Do that for anything outside your time period and this can fit all tech levels.

And I'll take two golden eagles since it's my national animal. Preferrably a male and a female. It would make more sense being our national animal if we actually had them.
