If established, these relations would only be honoured by Noiian as long as UN Declaration 127, and all subsequent acts and declarations of the United Nations in regards to embassies and diplomatic relations are respected by the Republic of Czechalrus in full, unless repealed.

We see extraterritoriality and diplomatic protection as afforded to us by the aforementioned UN declaration to be a vital necessity for Noiian to remain able to provide protection and advice to its citizens abroad. All diplomatic agreements are reciprocal and if you agree to our proposal you will be granted premises on Noiianese soil as bound by UN Declaration 127, and all subsequent acts and declarations of the United Nations in regards to embassies and diplomatic relations - unless repealed - for use as an embassy or consulate. Further premises can be arranged on request.

This agreement can be terminated with 28-days notice from either party.
