The Most High Academe stood in front of a huge crowd of academics. "My fellow academe, I bring joyous news of an operation planned by the Old Government. We're going to build a deep sea colony! The Atlantis Colony! It will be a difficult task, but I know we can do it. The rewards will be enormous, think of all the knowledge we will gain! The first wave of submarines has already gone to build the landing bays. Long live the United Universities!" Cheering burst out, and a cry started to rise.

"SAPIENTIA!"

The Most High Academe felt a tear coming to his eye. They were calling his name.

We thank you for the assisstance, and will give you information on what the Nova Brittanican scientists learn down there. We wish you to know, that now that you have a new president, all diplomatic relations prior to the "baby scare" shall be reforged.

The Most High Academe, Andrius Sapientia, steps out of the Academic Palace, formerly the Imperial Presedential Palace.

"Academe of Nova Brittanica, I bear further good news! My government has secretly been purchasing large amounts of water covered land for further colonization. There will be many more colonies just like the Atlantis Colony, all of which are:

Celtica (Celtic Sea)
Labrador (Labrador Sea)
Hudson (Hudson Bay)
Caribbea (Caribbean Sea)

These colonies will be relativly small, but will add to the United Universitie's power. Not only that, but they're expected to make Nova Brittanica one of the most knowledge wealthy nations in the world. For Knowledge and wisdom!"

Applause started again.

Do not worry. The land has been legally bought, and has been agreed by the buyer and seller.

Month One

The powerful submarine fleets have constructed the capitals of all five colonies, borrowing the designs from the Terra Luna province. However, they're all ghost towns, as the only way to get in or out is by submarine. Submarine crews are the only ones living in the capitals, maintaining the cities.

To solve the problem brilliant engineer Verlus Fabri, designer of the Terra Luna colony and one of the High Academe, has designed a massive underwater elevator from the town square of the capital cities to the water surface. It is ingeniously built to keep pressure at bearable levels at all times, and has an artificial island for hosting waiting colonists. The submarine fleets have begun work on it, as well as the second cities for the colonies.

Month Two

With the mighty elevators complete, houses in the capital cities of each of the colonies have started to be bought, and colonists are flocking to the colonies. A highway has connected the first and second cities, and people are also flocking there. Cities are continuing being built. Mines have started to be designed, and factories are operational. Meanwhile, researchers are getting revolutionary new information about the Atlantic Ocean, Deep Sea Life, Pressure in the Deep Sea, and much more. The Most High Academe has announced that the colonies will become provinces if this growth rate continues.
