Diplomatic elections recently occured in the Britannic Commonwealth. With a sixty-five percent majority, the former leader, James Swanner, was re-elected to the office of President.
Political analysts state the Swanner was a widely popular leader, and that the cause of his bout of insanity was due to a brain tumour which altered his brain function.
Dr. Valentin Pushkin, the neurosurgeon that removed the tumour had this to say:
"Well, Mr. Swanner's tumour was located in an odd location: the cerebral cortex. This hindered his ability to view the world properly; his decision making ability became flawed. However, all cancerous cells have been removed, and I've seen remarkable improvement, even IQ increases. Swanner was even able to complete a Rubik's Cube in two minutes."
