Preamble: This is a report on the Mysterious and Enigmatic Nation of Novacom, what little we do know about this strange people and their hidden lands is contained within, this document is of course classified.
Official Name: Novacom
Natives referred to as: Novan
Current Leader: Suprainister Denteth Tolion
Currency: The Novon
Formation Date: 5,000 BC
Geographical Information: Of course what little we do know about the Geography of Novacom is quite limited, we know based on it’s location it’s propably climate, and we can guess what sorts of natural resources they possess, however of course, this is only a guestimation of what lies within the closed borders.
Location: Mid Atlantic, midway between the Continent of Europe, and America

Climate: Hot Wet Summers, Cold Dry Winters
Natural Resources: Unknown, as Novacom does not appear to import any natural resources, yet exports a startling variety, there are known to be several elements which they do not export, yet use in Military technologies, upon closer inspection of downed Tokons, a strange highly resilient and flexible, yet light weight material was discovered to be used in the construction, other such resources are suspected to exist, yet they have not as of yet been catalogued.
Terrain: What little we know of Novan terrain is that it seems to be highly mountainous, yet considering the natural hardiness of Novans to seemingly every climate without complaint of feeling overly cold or warm, would suggest that there exists a wide array of terrain, such as deserts forests jungles, and of course highly mountainous island terrain.
Note: Novacom occupies a highly strategic position in the Atlantic, with the potential to control much Atlantic trade and traffic, however though, because of their isolation, they do not make to abuse their position, instead quite strangely they participate in it, indulging heavily in trade, and there has been talk of allowing traffic to restock at the outer isles, on the proviso that non disembark.
Governmental Description: The Nation of Novacom is one shrouded in much secrecy and enigma, this extends to it’s Government, of which only a few individuals are known, what little is known indicates that it is a well organized and highly efficient organization, with immaculate attention to even the most tiniest of details, there is little to know outside signs of strife, and it is assumed that they either close ranks to outsiders, or the more popular theory, do not let their personal differences get in the way of their duties, as most Novans seem to be fanatically loyal to their state, the latter is held to be true.
In Actuality the Novan system of Government, is a rather slender body, The Suprainister and his wife the Supraster at the top, with the Council of Ministers working in partnership with the pair slightly lower down, the Council of Ministers , composed of the elected Ministers, each has their own ministry, that manages the day to day running of Novacom, Each Region is headed up by a Regional Authority, that is itself made up of sections of ministries, and headed up by a Councilor who oversees the area. The Suprainister was originally selected by the Twin Emperors, who alas, after their line, being ended tragically at the end of World War II, may no longer carry out this role, is now selected by the council of ministers and the current Suprainister based on several unknown values, held a guarded secret to this day. Each Minister is elected to their specific Ministry, and is selected from a pool of individuals from their respective areas of expertise, you do not choose to stand, you are chosen to stand, and only those who may best serve the state are considered.
What little else that is known about the Novan political system is the distinct lack of Political Parties, for some unknown reason, instead candidates are equally funded by the state, to eliminate any meddling fiscally in the business of the state, the measures taken, are at present unknown to the outside world.
Culture: Novans are infamous for their secrecy, though it is in their culture that some of this veil of secrecy has been pierced, or it would be better to say lifted, the Novans are masters of impression, and what we know of Novan culture may be what they want us to see, but experts (at least those who claim to be such) have ascertained (through unknown, and presumably this means they theorize) that the current impression of Novan Culture as a whole is true.
The Novans are known to be Atheist, this is due to their legendary history, of which tales are told in many histories of several ancient cultures of the world, supposed myths in which the very gods themselves came down to this world to wage war, there are many sagas of this war, though it would take an individual a life time to assemble them into a coherent picture, the Novans of course could lift the curtain on this section of history, though it is doubtful they ever would, suffice it to say, their ancient religion, the Diri E I G Ignen were defeated and cast out, ending religion in Novacom forever.
The Novans are known to be a highly stoic people, yet they are passionate, passionate about their state, passionate about their people, passionate about their history and what makes them Novan. There are numerous reports of many great rallies through the streets of their capitol, the ancient city of Novesia, one of the few city names of their that we do know, video footage of them shouting and screaming slogans while doing much flag waving and bearing of banners exists, and from this footage a theme of Novan architecture has been discovered, tall black towers, of a strange obsidian material, traced over with silver inlay, the significance of this inlay is unknown, and the strange aura of these structures has yet to be seen in person, though they seem to emit a pregnant air, one of great mystery, as if slicing into the structures would reveal a wellspring of great secrets, something we may not know for a long time due to Novacom’s still Isolationist policies.
There are yet more culture barriers, Novan, while also being the adjective for the citizens of Novacom, is also their language, a cryptic and unknowable tongue which to this day defies translation, despite many old tablets, confirmed to be carved in a variant of Novan, from the days of the Diri E I G Ignen, exist in museums world wide, in what is assumed to be some sort of great and hurried exodus by the religion, and mentions of a great champion, known as Voronzel Jindrax are frequent, indeed there have been several Military vessels over the millennia christened The Jindrax, Novan seems to be a complex language comprised of Compound words, made even more complex by contextual emotion being a vital part of this language, regional dialects seem non existent, slightly simplifying matters, yet this does not aid, when there seems to be several written forms of the language, needless to say deciphering this language, is a pipe dream that may never be realized.
In areas of Literature and such we know very little, though there are tales of great libraries holding trillions upon trillions, in fact beyond all possible methods of counting it would seem, of Novan literature, both factual and fictional, this seems corroborated by a rare type of Novan special troop, dubbed as a Legend Enforcer in some circles as well as several other names, though many are keen to identify new types of Enforcer, an elite branch within the Novan military, however these specific Enforcers have been seen in actions where there has been known to be an object of ancient knowledge in the balance.
