OOC: This is meant to be a conference, not a prelude to war. Some nations have already been invited, but those that wish to attend, please let me know.

'Fellow prosperous citizens of New Albor, I bring you splendid news that will help bring us into a shining age of furthe prosperity and economic glory. the Federation will be hosting a Technology Conference in the coming months to address the needs of future technology and how it might impact our lives and the lives of those who do not see clearly the path to prosperity.
The Conference will be held in Albor City primarilly but many of our other great cities will be hosting exhibitions, plus the entire nation will be unveiling our nationwide Maglev Train system, FedRail, completed several months ahead of schedule. This will allow swift, safe and free travel between our fair cities and further demonstrate our technological prowess.
Together, this conference will be a shining beacon proclaiming the greatness of New Albor and the nations attending, one that will usher in a new age of technology and prosperity for all concerned.

To: EVIL Alliance Bloc Members; Nations that maintain an Embassy with New Albor

RE: Formal Invitation
This message is to formally invite the nations of the EVIL Alliance Bloc and those nations that maintain an Embassy with the Federation of New Albor to the Federation of New Albor Technology Conference to be held <XX NS March 20XX> in Albor City and various locales around the nation.
The conference will be for 3 weeks and a full schedule will be sent to your Commissions and Embassies for further review. We ask that each nation send a primary delegate and delegation of no more than 20 personnel. Further, the Federation asks each nation to detail what they will be showing at the primary Exhibition Centre. All other details, such as symposiums and other meetings will be sent with initial schedule.
To any other nation that is interested: Please send a request via diplomatic post or by telegram to the Federation so that we may review your proposal to attend. We would also ask that our allies and embassy invites inform us of their desire to attend as well and I will list you as attending.
Further, due to hostilities with the EVIL Alliance, the nation of Laquasa Isle is encouraged not to attend.
