I was thinking of doing an RP to finish to tie off the closure to my major NSNation storyline, but I never knew how to start it up.
Basically, after 300 years of constant war, my nation is finally at peace, but the peace causes more problems than it solves. The nation's largest and most important corporations (depending on the war to survive) have shut down. The economy is on the verge of depression.
Along with this, they [the corporations] also owned and operated highly trained and equiped, advanced security forces, rivaling the powers of the military.
With the end of the war, the economy has been effectively crippled, there is a wide-spread black market selling off corporate equipment, and tens of millions of refugees from other nations pour into the northern regions from the Pacific Ocean. The military budget has been scaled down due to the lack of a threat, and piracy and smuggling is also an extreme problem. Several corporate special forces have either retired or have turned into mercenaries working for crime syndicates and terrorists.
Intensive reconstruction must begin before any infrastructure is fully operational again and the newly independent government (formerly working as lapdogs for the corporations) is incompetent in handling these problems.
So is anyone interested. The calender date (for me) is 2080. I'm currently RP'ing in 2092. If anyone is interested and you need more info, just post or TG me.
