OCC: The numbers shown are simply guides. For Example, instead of 4,000 tanks, you could produce so many cars. Juts choose which Level you want. As for Labor, Liberty can build the ships in The Peoples Freedom, but they are trying to expand overseas.

OOC: Siap has a 2.58% unemployment rate. Unless of course, you have no problem with using prisoners as labor.

Our workers average on 12 hour days, longer if it's they are housed nearby, payments are considered 'bonuses' and are determined on how long they work, our suggested salary for beginning untrained workers who work a full 12 hour day to be around 3.00 credits a day, we heavily discount our goods so most funds go for extra activities. For employees that work less we advise that you subtract .5 credits for each hour late. We have good ports and a good transportation system and are willing to work with you.

We are willing to hand the land over free of charge provided you commit to a minimum of 75 years of operation. The state is also willing to pay 10% of construction costs and operation costs. The State is also willing to pay 7% of the overall workers wage budget.

The workforce will work a minimum of a 10 hour day with no upward limit. The average wage for a worker a day works out at around 5 Falcon pounds a day. Under Current industrial law the workforce must be gaureenteed 1 day of a month. However should this be unsatisfactory it can easily removed from law.

You will always have the full support of the Federal Government, Local Authorities and of course the military. Should you find you are facing a short fall of labour the military will make up the deficit. Should your finished products require an escort to its destination the Military will provide the escort. Should you require help in transporting things. The Military will be their.
