1. All claims are to be approved by a mod of the RP.

2. The Technology level is Post Modern Tech The starting year is 2062.

TECHS ALLOWED:
Hovercraft (very limited, light scout vehicles or infantry carriers)
EMPs
(-Mostly all MT stuff-)
Lasers (Very limited, anti-missile and anti-air, slow moving airplanes unless mounted on an airplane)
Mechs (BF 2142 type walkers, no gundam)
Smart Bullets/Shells
Space Craft (Limited. Space weaponry is almost non-existant, except for small missile gunboats. No large capital

ships)
Stealth Detection (Limited; satellite networks would work, but the sky isn't filled with them.)

TECHS NOT ALLOWED:
Capital Ships
Nuclear Weapons (unless extensively researched)
Nano-parasites

3. Wars must be conducted in a fashion that actual wars take place. A Declaration of war, and extensive RPs.

Defensive measures cannot be immdiately built, nor can you say "I've had them because we were expecting you"

(Exception being that the attackers have threatened you a number of times and/or shown signs of such an invasion).

4. Nation populations SHOULD be based on territories owned (Otherwise it wouldn't be fair. However, players with

higher NS pops get first and priority claims pick).

5. Military forces can be no more than 5% your nation's population. It is encouraged it is less than 2% as not to

cripple your nation's economy. Reserve forces can be, at maximum, 15% of your nations population.

6. Any problems in the RP should be resolved by an RP admin or mod.

7. You should come up with your nations history, that isn't for us to make up for you.

8. Please be realistic about things.

I claim the Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, and Bulgaria in the name of the Republican Empire.

I would like to claim Spain and Portugal for the Federation.

Am I guessing correctly that the world as it is now, never happened? Like there never was a United States of America, or Canada, or the multitude of other nations. If this is correct, this gives me and us more leeway with our Histories.

For my history to work it would have to happen over the course of about roughly 200 to 450 years.

Well..let's see...history until about 1560 existed as normal, and then it strays off course. Basically, the year 2062 basically is BF 2142 techwise, not story wise. Italy and alot of Central Europe from about 1625-1923 was the Papal Imperial Power. After this, It's lands were divided. The Imperium retook most of all of the lands by 2013. The United States? The uprising happened, but was crushed before gaining any power. Communism basically never happened, small uprisings were crushed and the ideals were banned. Take it from there (in your land, anyway.)

Tell me, how do we RP invading an unclaimed territory?

We should probably not invade any countries for awhile, at least until we get a few more members. It is a pretty good idea to actually leave some land for people to claim. This is actually a small problem with Earth V. We have so many huge empires that newer people have little to choose.

Also if you wouldn't mind, I thought a few wars between the Republican Empire, formerly known as the Ukrainian Commonwealth, and the Imperium were in order for some history. Most of them would take place in 1700s.

That can either be done by:

A. Someone volunteering to RP the NPC's nation during the invasion
B. RP it yourself (try not to be bias)

But as Granate suggested, try not to until we get more.

I think it would be a good idea for everyone to make a factbook. It allows for easy access to your nations info and can act as a Diplomacy Thread.

I will soon have one up, if you need an idea.

OOC: Can we use our regular nation's factbooks? I mean, most of the stuff except population and geography would be the same...

It's possible. I chose to make different ones since I rp alot of different nations. From a Republic in the Caucasus to a Kingdom of Republics to a Ukrainian Commonwealth.

Also, unless your factbook has a history that works with this timeline, it might not work. Just a thought.

OOC: btw, that about equals my NS population though the territory is certainly larger than my meager domains.

Probably neutral. In truth my empire's biggest opponent is the Imperium. We fought a series of wars in the 1700s over, of all places, Slovakia.

Russia has already been claimed. The First page just hasn't been updated. I could suggest Belerus, Poland, and maybe Lithuania. Your relations with the Republican Empire, my empire, which is basically the Ukrainian Empire with a different name, maybe bad or good depending on how you go about it.

China is available. In fact, most of everything is available.

Okay good. I claim China, Mongolia, and (if you're feeling generous today) North Korea under the name of the Pan-Asian Coalition (origional, eh?)
