Colombia, drug capital of the world. Powerful cartels control much of the country and conduct their business, unhampered by the corrupt government. Anyone who opposes them live in danger or don't live long. Outside agencies work hard to bring them down; however, the cartels and their drug lords are almost untouchable, weilding great power and influence. Rival cartels wage open wars and campaigns of terror against one another and the populace to keep them silent. In this world where life is cheap anyone with a dream and a gun can gain money, power, women, influence.

Basically it's an open world wher you can control a cartel and manage it, producing drugs, performing hits, gaining power or be law enforcement and bring the cartels down or whatever you want. There's no grand plot, just wide open possibilities.

History: Santos grew up in the slums of Bogota. His father was an alcoholic and regularly beat him and his mother. He grew up getting in trouble with the law and belonged to a low level gang. One day his father after heavy drinking attacked his mother with a knife. After a struggle, Santos killed his father and went to prison for two years when a man belonging to a cartel bailed him out, offering him a job as a soldier in the Vargas Cartel. He quickly rose through the ranks, making much money and imporving his life. Several years later he married a woman named Bianca and they had two children. During a brutal cartel war, the leader of the cartel he worked for was killed. Santos then became the number two man. But the new leader mismanaged the cartel and Santos killed him, taking control. He is smart, methodical, and ruthless and will do anything to maintain his power. He has a scar going down his face, over his eye lid from when his father attacked him. Through the years he was nicknamed "The Jaguar" because of the way he would kill his enemies.

History: Juan grew up in Miami's south beach pushing G's on the corner for a local drug dealer. Years past and the job grew harder and harder, cocaine was being brought in from Columbia, the keys and cuba, the overall drug lord needed people he could trust so he took in Juan for moving the most weight on the street.

Juan learned everything he could from his boss, watching everything, listening, learning the tricks of the trade, eventully the DEA cracked down and raided Venegaz's bosse's home in Miami, sentanced to two life sentances the boss informed Juan where everything he had was left so Juan to continue the buisness.

Now...Juan-Carlos Venegaz has rose to the top and runs a multi-million dollar cocaine buisness, plantations in Columbia and one in Bolivia, not to mention the endless list of contacts stretching from Colombia, east to west North america. Money, power, respect mean everything to Juan, anyone messes with his money, power, or respect...it will be the last thing they ever do.

It should be a good rp. I intend for there to be lots of backstory, drama, intrigue, betrayals, murders, etc.

It will be like an unholy alliance of Scarface and The Sopranos.

I came up with the Delta operator, because Delta and SEALs were part of the manhunt for Pablo.

Recently, Heer has been spotted in Colombia. An area the HOA has previously kept its hands mostly off, preferring to conduct its drug trades in Central and SouthEast Asia, the appearance of such a high ranking terrorist leader in the Western hemisphere has sent alarm bells going off throughout the various Intellegince-Agencies in the USA and Canada.

Short, fat and completely insane, "Mack" claims to have been an Air Force pilot many times, insisting that he was to be the Air Support for the Bay of Pigs invasion, except that the "Weak-bellied, spineless communists running the country at the time" cut his operation at the last second. He lives on a houseboat that is generally moored near New Orleans and flies a converted seaplane. He was once picked up by US customs agents for illegally bringing aircraft parts into Venezuela, but on the grounds of insanity, he was transferred to a minimum security facility, from which he escaped. Is believed to have payed off local police, and most locals are terrified of him and his psychotic fits (often resulting in him running through the swamps naked with only his magnum).
