A most excellent vessel but likely out of price range, though it would most certainly be the flagship of our fleet were we to purchase one. The Chief of Staff (and First Lord of the Admiralty) salivates at the prospect of projecting power with this vessel.

General Hamilton Cherbourg

OOC: Technically, you could, with a 15 billion dollar budget.

OOC: True... ok, you've twisted my arm

IC: Seeing the benefits of such a prize and the fact it would look fantastic in the Albor City Harbour, the Chancellor of the Exchequer has approved such a purchase in the interest of national security. Therefore, a Bank Authorization at Helvetia Savings and Loan awaits the Brittanic Commonwealth in the amount of 925 million pounds less the 5% Bronze Card discount for a total of 879.75 million pounds.

Official Prestonian Statement

We find it cause for concern that the Londinian government would christen a vessel in the name of one of the most barbaric rulers in it's history. That said, however, the Prestonian Navy would salivate at these pictures. It would be doing them a disservice to pass this up on basis of name alone. We would like to order one of these destroyers. The total will be wired on confirmation.

Yours,
Pres. Aaron H. Preston

OOC: Political flip-flop ftw!

OOC: Political flip-flop ftw!

OOC: The reason for that is that this cruiser is extremely old. Nearly six years old on the Londinian calendar. And, incidentally, it is no longer in production, and thus, no longer for sale.

Oh, and aren't you going to interview my Consul?

OOC: You can't copy and paste specs for one ship and use images for another, that causes mistakes. For example your image has a single gun and the specs say it has two 155mm guns. If you're using the specs for the DDX, use the image for the DDX.

OOC: Tolvan - thank you for informing me of mistakes I made over six months ago. There is a reason that I don't use or even mention this type of destroyer. It was a weak and inexperienced attempt at ship design. I cannot help it that certain nations chose to flagrantly grave-dig through the forums.
