The Federation of New Albor has opened diplomatic ties to a few nations and wishes to extend such courtesy to such fine nations as well and the remaining nations in the world. While space is limited, The Federation will do all it can to accomodate any nation that requires space.

While it is recommended all embassies be claimed/built in the sprawling though well-planned capital of Albor City, limited space is available in two other cities (Bahia and New Compiegne) for consular buildings (if a nation requires a second office) or the primary embassy. Note: to allay confusion, no consular offices may be built in Albor City, only embassies.

When making an application, please specify your location at one of the addresses listed after the requirements, and if you wish to open a consular office, please list that location as well.

Here are additional requirements:

Up to 3 Diplomats per embassy; 1 per consular office.

Each diplomat may have no more than 10 delegates/personnel.

No more than 30 guards per facility, though guards may be armed as necessary since the land is, after all, your nation's soil (just no inter-compound wars or amendments might be made to these provisions).

No Artillery or Tanks, or Armored Fighting Vehicles.

Corporate Jets and Helicopters are allowed, as are any variety of armored domestic car or limo. (Corporate Jets may land at a specified secure corporate airport, or if wished, Albor City International Airport). Helipads are provided for every facility that requires them. Other than that, no upper limit is required on vehicles (though most garages can hold no more than 4 or 5 vehicles).

All personnel must have their government issued ID, plus they will receive a Federation of New Albor Government ID that must be kept on them at all times outside their diplomatic compound.

For Public Release

In light of the occupation (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=514364) of the Federation of New Albor by forces of the Imperial Autocracy of Zukariaa, Her Majesty's Government has no choice but to suspend diplomatic relations with New Albor. Effective immediately the embassy established aboard Sheffield Station in homeworld orbit has been closed. All diplomatic personnel will be given safe escort to Aberdeen Border Station, owing to the necessity of security arraignments in light of the change of government.

Her Majesty's Government also takes note of the occupation of Albor City, and most strongly urges the Imperial Autocracy of Zukariaa to respect the sovereignty of foreign soil that was honored by the previous government. Failure to abide by these internationally-respected laws may result in unfortunate ramifications for future diplomatic relations between our two governments.

All Commonwealth citizens are urged to seek immediate departure from the Federation of New Albor. HMG cannot continue to guarantee the safety and security of those who remain inside the country, and advises those unable to depart the country to make their presence known to the Commonwealth embassy in Albor City, or to a member of the other foreign representation present in Albor City. Should any citizen of the Commonwealth of Bautizar be harmed or otherwise impeded in their travels by the Imperial Autocracy of Zukariaa, it will be considered a grave escalation of this situation.

The Commonwealth of Bautizar's government seems to be confused, as it claims that it "strongly urges the Imperial Autocracy of Zukariaa to respect the sovereignty of foreign soil". Currently, there is no foreign soil to be respected that the Commonwealth of Bautizar should be concerened with. If it is refering to it's embassy in Albor City, it is certainly mistaken, as that embassy is no longer recognized by the Zukariaan Empire or the Confederacy of New Albor as foreign soil. As such-even though we realize that it is happening anyways-the Commonwealth of Bautizar is ordered, not asked, to vacate it's embassy without plans of returning. If it fails to do so, there will be, as the Commonwealth puts it,"rammifications".
