Official Announcement of the United States Navy

Due to the economic damage inflicted upon our nation by the war with the Reich nations, and due to the general findings that our navy is considerably oversized – that is, way bigger then we can ever possibly hope to use on anybody – we decided to give certain vessels away to allied nations. As such, we offer to any and all Greater Prussian, Sovereign League, and GDI nations, the first pick of the following ships:

20 Indestructable ( http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=8708897&postcount=112) class Aircraft Carriers, manufactured by Kriegzimmer corporation. While Allanea cannot currently afford, nor does it need, additional aircraft to fill these carriers, we would like to ensure that at least they do appropriate service in allied armed forces.

But this is not all. Additionally, we will be getting rid of 80 Illium ( http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=9923374&postcount=776) lass guided missile destroyers, and 80 Sheffield class 16-inch cruisers.

Obviously, the entire thing will operate on a first-time, first served basis. Only allies of Allanea are allowed to request these ships, of course.

We would like the 80 Illium Destroyers to replace our domestically build Super Charlie Class Destroyers and finally phase them out of front-line service.

The 80 cruisers also interest us and we would like to adopt them to replace our domestically built Calculus and Calculus Mk.2 cruisers in our service.

They will go a long way into making our navy a much better fighting force.

As a member of GDI your offer is of great interest to us as we are in dire need of new naval vessels due to our crushing (well once he bothers to post damn him :p ) naval losses against Kraven. Also rest assured that accepting our accepting of your offer (say that 10 times fast) will do much to in favor of diplomatic relations and the nation of Groznyj will never forget your service in these dark times.

Our Empire, also dissaproving of 'reich' nations, would like to know if it may have a few vessels.

In exchange for all of the aircraft carriers, we offer ten units of the Gorgon Flight I Near-Earth Combat Vessel.

Izistan's offer is clearly accepted.

Knootoss would be interested in obtaining two Indestructible class Aircraft Carriers. We would consider it a sign of goodwill on the part of the Allanean government to send these to Knootoss, where they may be deployed on behalf of the international community.

On behalf of the Imperial Prussian Archduchy of Bavaria, I request some destroyers and submarines.

We only request the amount that you are able to gove, or that you reccomend. In return, I have wired One Billion Reichsmarks from the Bavarian trasury to aid in reconstruction.

Official Response of the United States Department of Defense

Dear Sir, I deliver to you 37 ships, to do with as you will.

There are 5 Valencia class submarines, 2 Timothy Caine class CVN's, and 30 DDG-33 Mark Warner class destroyers. Other ships will soon be provided as the downsizal process goes on.
