Official Dominion of Mandrivia Communique
To: Nations of the world

The fairly new nation of Mandrivia has finally opened an embassy in it's capital, New Calgary. It is the largest city in Mandrivia, also the most beatiful. The embassy itself comprises of several buildings in the edges of the city.

The delegates job is represent their countries to Mandrivia's government, and to advise them with their affairs with their representative country. They are also used to help keep peace if
tensions are high. These are the requirements:

-Up to but not more than 3 diplomates
-Each delegate cannot have more than 10 officials.
-No more than 25 guards armed guards, can't be armed with more than medium sized automatic rifles or explosive devices. (They may bring smoke grenades however)
-No heavy weoponry
-You may bring up to 4 vehicles or helicopters, they cannot be mounted with weoponry. They may be armoured with up to 6 inch armour and can have bullet-proof glass, but no bullet-proof tires.
-Each member of the delegation must have an ID card to enter the embassy or any government building.
-The Embassy's garden and lawn must be kept to leave a good impression.

Official Government Communique
To:The Dominion of Mandrivia

From:The Imperial Federation of Dai Yuddha Ossyria

We wish to welcome your new nation onto the international stage. We would be honored if you allowed us an embassy in your capital of New Calgary. If so allowed, our ambassador will be Dr. Igo Tal-Eruva and he will be accompanied by the maximum number of officials and diplomats that you allow. A twenty man contingent of the OIRAF SpecOps trained specifically for embassy detail and urban combat will provide for their security. Three armored limosiounes and a helicopter will also be provided for transportation around the capital. And just for the lawn, a team of lawncare technicians from the Ossyria National University Horticulture Department, famed for their frontyards.

In reciprocation, we call on your government to set up an embassy in our capital of Urushalim in the Federal Capital District. It is the second largest city in the Federation, behind the City of Dahleez. You will be allowed whatever you feel is necessary, within reason. Please do us this honor and reply.
